Professional staff but high prices! The same corner in Lesnina 5,000 kn cheaper.

Unprofessional and shameful behavior, the garden furniture that was in stock at the time of ordering, we waited 17 days after we made the payment and when it was finally delivered - it was left in front of the building even though the delivery was paid. Customer care no, despite emails no reaction.

UPDATE: The ordered goods arrive with 50 days delay from the first delivery term we received! Choose yourself to be donkeys who buy furniture in Harvey Norman, do not think that it will be different for you.

The furniture sales department is extremely rude. Do not think that after purchasing, you will receive the order in the promised period. I suggest that you come to Harvey Norman to try out what you are interested in and then you can buy the same on Amazon or any web store at 30 to 50% lower prices.
Here at a time when you pay for goods, you become a fool who is waiting for a mail reply after 5 days (after the deadline for telling you that the goods will be delivered) to tell you that you will wait for at least 10 more days for delivery. You will not receive an apology because you have already paid, who blames you when you are a fool.
I expect that the Harvey Norman department of furniture will close in 2 to 3 years, because this example is not an isolated case.

After we bought a certain item in their store in King Cross, and before that we asked to check the same in stock if the available item was not delivered. Also on the day of delivery when the item was supposed to be delivered, no one informed the buyer that delivery would not be possible, but after a few calls, the seller was told that they did not have the same in stock. My personal attitude is to lie and cheat customers shamelessly!

Duxan really has everything and everything ... From beds, couches, televisions, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaners etc. But it's really buggy to charge everyone's living for 260 kunas ... they put the warehouses in Sv.Nedelju and Maybe because of this, but they could have it in Nis, too, to be more expensive and take a little longer!

About Harvey Norman I have good opinion and beautiful and enjoyable experiences. I bought it on several occasions and will be happy to come back again. Employees are exceptionally friendly, just not bad when a man comes and buys more things, with more suits, the employees are not bothered by extra discounts, yet they are more money. All in all a great shop with an excellent selection of items. All recommendations.

Harvey Norman does not deserve either 1 star. BUY IH IN WIDTH. We bought 2 mattresses for which the delivery was 6 to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks we talk to them about what they are doing. It was said that they allegedly missed the order within the deadline, so delivery would be delayed a little. It's a bit of a week now, we have not got the mattress yet. Of course, every time promise "soon" and "pray for patience .." We paid it immediately and it was about 9000 kn. Certainly we will never buy anything with them anymore, and would also advise anyone to buy anywhere else but not with them because they lie and deceive the buyers. If they told me that I'd have to wait for the mattress for months, I would not have bought them in my case.
