The price of a cot, modern (CABAN) ... like a house on sale from 10 thousand kuna to 5600 kn, and the same one identical in another store 329 euros ... who is yelling at whom.

In the month of March I bought a kitchen (6,500 kn) in your kitchen shop Beko (1700 kn), cooking plate 1300 kn). I found the oven breakdown in the month of May, I took her to a licensed service where a misdemeanor bill was issued (by the seller's wrongly written number), which was promised by the complaint department to be correct. For 45 days I waited for the oven to be repaired, which was not done. The service has again asked for a valid guarantee sheet to give me a new oven (05.07) which has not been done to date. I paid for an oven I can not get for two months. I spent almost 9,000 kunas at a point of sale, and I can not get a two month oven. One company like Harvy Normanto can not afford it. When selling, they are kind, and when the problem arises, they do not want the buyer to help. An oven that evidently can not be repaired should immediately be replaced. Now after so much time from 05.07. they finally asked Beku for the correct guarantee account and now I have to wait again.

.. a great choice with great service and incomprehensibly reduced crowds (which is not a minus because you can quietly inspect products so no one breathes for your collar) .... certainly to recommend ... the prices are right with the place ....

Great, but 2 months ago we ordered a corner and we didn't get it because that factory didn't work, they didn't even tell us, but just to make money.

They send you to some strange industrial site near the Holy Sunday, which is located in the middle of various halls overbound cargo trucks. Goods are taken under the clear sky, it will be difficult for you to help any navigation to find it, and nothing is specifically marked.

My husband and I, more than a month ago, ordered and paid for a chest of drawers for TV and arranged delivery. When it was time to deliver it to us, the gentleman said that they didn't have that dresser we paid for, that if we wanted we could take another color. I, if I paid for that dresser in that and that color, I want to get the same one! Very not professional and I do not recommend to anyone! And on top of all that, delivery is late.

The item ordered was duly charged to me until 2 weeks later it was still delivered (and said a few days). And in order to find out what is happening with the order, one has to lose half a life. Absolutely shameful. I will never buy anything again through this store.

Harvey Norman is well equiped store, I visit it mostly when I need IT stuff such as keyboards, computer mouse, etc. Only problem I noticed is employers knowdlage of items they have in store. Sometimes they dont know anything about items they should know about. But usualy they are frendly and polite. Store is clean and everything is as it should be.

We have been renovating the apartment for the last few months and we have been doing business and shopping in various salt pans and shops, but this is really the bottom line. Delivery of the kitchen was supposed to be between 3-6 weeks (it was written on the contract but the seller told us that in 2 ie the kitchen will be available) we waited for the kitchen for 11 weeks. was bought on 15.05. and it was only about 2 weeks ago that everything was delivered to us. All the time during those 11 weeks we were calling, they were constantly lying to us, no one had any concrete information, they were just dragging us. In the end, when we demanded a discount at their branch, since we waited almost twice as much as agreed, we were offered 7%. Misery and misery. Very rude salespeople, rarely who was polite when I called.
I do not recommend it to anyone.

Good luck to the washing machine seller yesterday (9/21/2019) because he really surprised us with his knowledge of the machines and advised on the best price / quality ratio (for a 2.3k kuna Samsung washing machine). I think from now on we will only go to Harvey when it comes to the purchase of white goods, purely because of the courtesy of the sellers, and also the prices that rank second to all other stores.

Good product range. There may be too few employees, but when you find an employee, you quickly get all the information about the items that interest you.

The price in the catalog does not match the price on the product as a printing error. The tutor could be a little more kind, but they gave us a discount on the TV so it was okay.

The worst experience of buying goods in life. It's been 6 months since I paid them. They originally shipped goods of the wrong dimensions. Then 4 months later they shipped a torn piece of furniture. During the reclamation, they wrote that they had forwarded my complaint to the factory and that the factory would contact me but did not even know when. In addition, their communication is extremely arrogant. DISASTER.

A catastrophic 'shopping experience' through their web shop (paid for orders, after 10 or more calls, and their shaky order processing service, continues their murky communication, and goods are not delivered after 3 weeks). Purchase is for delivery outside of Zagreb, as described for 12/19. Brrr!

The robin is not kept in the dungeon. You need to go to the sklash place in Sv. Sunday. There you will still have a lot to do there. I think this is my last purchase in Harvey.
