After a month of using an electric bicycle, the bike is broken and does not work anyway. I was looking for a service that only one in Zagreb, but in the service nobody knows how to repair electric bicycles. The only person who knows this is for a further 3 weeks. On Friday they told us they would call us on Monday to replace the bicycle, but on Monday they did not answer so I called. They said they would not replace the bike and wait three weeks for the repairman to come back.

Do not buy electronic devices here. 3 different purchases, all dead-on-arrival. Either very bad luck, or it's a dump for low-quality series of devices. Also, they refuse to give you replacement or money back, as the law requires, instead forcing you to accept waiting for servicing period. Not buying here ever again.

Orders and complaints are extremely poorly managed. Don't bother to call them complaints because they only blame the sellers (as if this solves your problem), although the sellers are the most positive that can be associated with this company.
