Brilliant meal in plesent surroundings, plus 400 Liverpool supporters

Great hotel with fantastic reception staff. Worth to stay if you're in Liverpool, amazing location just by the docks. Highly recommended.

Good location. Hotel has good facilities for business meetings.

Nice spot on the waterfront. Was here less than 12 hours, but the staff was friendly and welcoming. Very nice breakfast buffet. Rooms are fairly standard, but nice. The bed was comfy.

My wife and I stayed last Thursday and felt the hotel had stuck a great balance with the restrictions around Covid. The safety was there to see however we were still able to enjoy our stay. The staff were excellent and the location is superb. Definitely a recommendation

Smashing breakfast. Staff very helpful even when I turned up at 6am on Saturday morning and breakfast didn't start until 7am.

A lovely place to stay with a great view of the Mersey. The hotel was nice and clean and a good size breakfast was had to start the day. The only downside was the club lounge, my husband refered to it as the broom cupboard, not a great room.

Excellent place to stay where you are well looked after and have plenty of facilities. To top that it s opposite the Liver Building- great location for the city and docks

The only problem I have with Crown Plaza is being asked to pay for parking when already one has paid to hire the hall. Something has to be done about that. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place with good staff.

I stay here everytime I travel to watch Liverpool play.

Had a 1 night stay here. Hotel staff were all very friendly and Frank the concierge was very helpful and informative of the local area.

Good service, excellent location for tourism, great breakfast choice, ... Room a bit small. Bit of a hike uphill to most downtown restaurants if one is not eating in. There are quite a few eateries at Albert Dock building just along the quay... I forgot those, they are a bit busy on a Friday.

. Closed to Cavern Club ( famous for Beatles ) . Very kind and friendly staff . Closed to Albert dock . Enough parking lot . Starbucks in ground floor . Warm water in the swimming pool was great for my kids

The food was great. Shame we had to request refills on the drinks. Sadly, when it came time to toast Dad on his 90th birthday, all our glasses were empty..

Very convenient location for Liverpool One and Albert Dock, with on site parking. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the conveniences you would expect. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was ok, nothing special but with Liverpool City Centre so near there are many alternatives.

Excellent bedroom - Elite Aspire but still upgraded without asking.
Club Lounge good evening canapes and drinks choice, and breakfast was good, but location not the best, as offers no views - enclosed feeling affects atmosphere.

Cafe area, bar nice a day quiet. Parking is expensive.

Recently attended a wedding at the Crowne Plaza. The event was great, the hotel and venue were nice but the staff seemed moody and not very accommodating. Parking is also very expensive.

Only visiting a friend that was staying here, so there for just a couple of hours, very high standard of cleanliness, through out the hotel, & in the guessed rooms. Nice & quiet, calm, peaceful, & pleasant atmosphere.

Great location, onsite parking, versatile events space. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was ok,a little small,bed was comfortable and the breackfast was ok but not grate.

The quality of the bathroom was pretty poor. Bad smell.

Reasonably priced, very good service and great breakfast. Only negative is that my room faced away from the river and was a bit noisy in the morning due to the traffic.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Decent room if not quite as spacious as some similarly priced hotel rooms I've been in. Very comfortable bed, and very quiet at night.
The leisure club pool was a bit noisy with kids splashing around, but they were enjoying themselves so it would be churlish to complain about that. Decent size and the water was warm. The jacuzzi was on a timer and spent very little time actually bubbling. The sauna was excellent though.
The bar was nice with a telly for the football. The outdoor area was a bit windy but also very nice.

Very central to everything Albert Docks etc.Staff very helpful.

2014THE OPEN official hotel. I was impressed that players such as Tom Watson and Jim Furick were willing to take photos.

Attended this venue for a training event. The room was a really good size and the food provided at lunch had a good selection and tasted good. Staff were helpful and the area was very clean and well presented.

Lovely hotel. Great views of the Champions league victory parade. Although we were offered a river view room first reception was more than happy to accommodate us. Breakfast good. Staff lovely & very helpful. Would stay again. Thanks
