My experience with Ms. Camila preparing my insurance quota for my house was very good to me, she treated me well, she was very courteous and kind at the moment I thought we were face to face but it was not like that since everything It was through messages and phone calls I hope to God that she continues to progress in her company since she is a person who gives everything for her clients, Camila thank you very much with all my heart and I wish you have a beautiful Valentine's Day many thanks for being so DLB friendly.

Francesca is great at what she does, she's ready at anytime of the day with an accepting voice, great attitude, and ready to tackle all of our personal automobile insurance needs. Now, as we also have a business, as we love the relationship and longevity we've had with Harry Levine Insurance Agency, we also have our commercial insurance through their agency. On the Commercial side I'd like to give Michelle Jones, also a great review, whom is also amazing. I have been with Harry Levine Insurance for 3 years now. Rosa was the person who I first spoke with and has always been helpful with any questions that I may have had. Everyone in the office that I have been in contact with is great and will continue to do business with them. Last year when the hurricane struck the entire state of Florida they sent out emails if anyone had any damage to their property to contact them so any claims can be made in a timely manner.

Another awesome benefit of using the Harry Levine insurance agency is the personal service you get from the agents, like my agent Adriana, she responds quickly to my communications so that all my insurance needs are met.Over the years people have left the agency and joined the agency and I have never seen a lapse in the customer service. The agents respond quickly to your communication and offer consistent service. I was even able to contact them during the COVID 19 quarentine and still get the same great service.

We were looking for small business GL/auto/workers comp insurance and were so glad that we found Harry Levine Insurance. Among the three companies we shopped, Harry Levine provided the best customer service ever. When I first called the office, the person (So sorry I forget her name) took my information thoroughly and was very friendly and professional. Shortly after I received the email from Rachel that she was working on my quote based on the information. Since we are new small biz owners, there were a lot of questions about workers comp we didn't know before. Rachel was very patient to educate us on the state regulations and explain the policy coverage details. She was also responsive every time we call to ask question or email for COI. We couldn't be happier with Harry Levine and would definitely recommend to our friends!

I've had this company for 2 years. Then they decided to raise my premium. Mia set up everything at the beginning and she was the one that said it's going up. Told her I'm gonna go to someone else. She said ok please have the new place call me so you have coverage up to the day the other company. They did. Now someone , named Luanne emailed me said I need to sign these papers online. I messaged her back telling her cant sign online to send papers. Mia knew about this at the beginning[ about signing papers] because she also tried sending papers. Should of been in my file. No papers.Company took money out of my account anyways. Became overdrawn cost me 36 dollars. Plus the premium. Became very, very upset .called Luanne and blew my top. She told me you didn't sign the emails. I told her I can't sign online. I yelled she yelled and she hung up.drove 2 and half hours plus took off work to sign papers. Now I'm talking to Francesca she calmed me down , got papers signed called southern owners ins. Which I would NEVER EVER recommend. You should stop giving them customers. They told her 2 to 3 business days. It's been a week. She called AGAIN this time they told her another week probably. So now I have to wait 2 weeks to have MY MONEY back,money they had no business in taking.MIA AND LUANNE DID NOT HANDLE THIS SITUATION RIGHT. They didn't care since there was no money in it for them.so disappointed

Worse company ever!
The list of complaints is so large stemming from the unprofessionalism of the office staff and the owner himself. The problems go deeper than what I will comment on here, but I thought others should know. The owner plays dumb about things he should definitely know how to do. He only does this when he really wants to avoid a simple question from a passed client such as myself. The rest of his staff are unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone. I have multiple businesses and my experience with them has been a sad one.

For those of you who still shop and manage your own insurance policies, all I can ask is WHY??! I have used an insurance broker for every car, home, and business I have been affiliated with since I moved here 13 years ago. I could rifle though my various policies to double check clauses for various claims and initiate them, but after disasters like Irma, I have 1000 other things to do. Like keep my business open. I needed some documents that I didn't have, and needed them broken down for me. They were able to not only walk me through the policies, but also sent me copies and highlighted the different parts for me, which I really appreciate. I'm a client of this company for many years...decades...had a major problem years ago where their lack of attention and professionalism cost me about $2000 out of pocket. This was because a health insurance policy they sold me canceled for non-payment, despite me having authorized auto-debit from my checking account. The policy lapsed without my knowledge, and a Dr ordered an endoscopy because I complained about heartburn. Once I realized the policy had lapsed, it was too late because no insurance company would write me because there was a Dr's order for this procedure and nobody would insure me until after this was done....which I had to pay out of pocket for. Levine insurance ignored the problem though it was obviously an internal issue, saying my checking account auto-debit paperwork had been lost, and just blew me off at the time, saying it wasn't their responsibility or their problem and that I was on my own. They feigned ignorance and said there was nothing they can do and they didn't warn me before hand because they had no way of knowing the policy was going to lapse....which I found out later was untrue. They didn't take the time or effort to warn me the policy was going to expire. When I pressed them Harry (owner) said he'd look into it and see if he could help or participate in the cost. Never heard a word back and then couldn't get anyone there to talk with me about it at all. Fast forward to this year and NOW I get an email from them saying their office will no longer be giving warning phone calls about "late payments and cancellations because of non-payment". They didn't do that when my health ins expired and at the time lied to me about it. There is one employee there that has always been nice and listened to my rants with patience, his name is Fred. He's the only policy salesperson that has ever really gone out of his way to be nice and professional. The problem I encountered was ownership not taking responsibility for their companys mistake. At the time I had virtually all my insurance with them, since then I have cut that back to only a couple of policies. I wanted to sue them at the time but wasn't practical with time and expense. Still, I don't forget when I've been screwed and this was one of the worse experiences I've ever had with any insurance company.

Recently I had an erroneous evaluation of my home. Harry Levine Insurance kept attentive to the details and promptly corrected a difficult situation. It is always very easy to get in touch with my agent, always very helpful and professional. I sleep well now knowing they are watching my back. Thank you so much!
