We started with Harry Levine in 1986 but the agency has gone downhill in the past 3 years with customer service. They will help the customer (sometimes) if the customer does all the work. Most of my family and friends have gone elsewhere because of customer no-service. When one takes away that service edge one might as well shop for insurance online.

I would like to thank Adriana Oliveira for helping my husband and I save over $2500 between new Homeowners and Car Ins policy s. Adriana went above and beyond to explain the programs and had such patience with all our questions. The personal attention Adriana gave made us fee comfortable and trust in her.

I had the best insurance shopping experience I've ever had with HL insurance. The agent walked us through all the details of their policy offers as well as others we had obtained without being pushy or trying to make a sale - legitimately teaching us and being honest about what they could and could not do. He strongly suggested things he thought were a good idea and said we could go either way on things he did not think were as important for us, taking into context what we were insuring, our financial background, and the area where we live.

I mean, the expertise was just obvious, as was the integrity. That kind of stuff is hard to find in this industry! HL insurance won me over for sure!

The customer service from this company was very underwhelming. Already feeling stressed out from trying to find the best insurance, the agent who assisted me did not make things any easier.

I asked for a quote from three companies I wanted to compare, but I only got one emailed to me. The agent did not bother telling me why my other quotes were not included. I had to keep getting answers out of the agent.
This agent also left out some essential details on one of the auto quotes I requested, without telling me.

It was just very poor communication and a lot of one sided answers with little explanation. I was left feeling very disappointed.

If you are going to contact this business, I recommend speaking to Rosa. I spoke to her at one point and she was more helpful in explaining how things worked.

They are responsive and very knowledgeable and explained the quote and answered my many questions. I was confident I got the best policy for my homeowner's insurance. When my bank requested proof of a specific portion of the policy, I got an email with an attachment to send to my bank within an hour. Wow! Once my auto policy was up for renewal, I called Harry Levine insurance and they helped me get a great policy for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

So who wants to think about insurance? Basically, you have to have something bad happen to think about insurance. This place is different. They ask you questions that get you thinking about what could happen and why you get insurance. It doesn't make you feel any better about spending all the money on it, but it makes it make sense. What's even crazier is that if you call or email them there's no press 1 to wait for another 20 minutes. A live personal answers the phone. It's insurance still, but it's always going to be favorite place for one of my unfavorite things.
