I received a quote from Mia which was very low. The insurance company was Safeco and the quote price was very low. That was the good part. When I looked at the online reviews for Safeco they were lower than sub-par. Apparently Safeco has a hard time assisting its clients and paying for claims. When I posed this question to Mia via email she did not respond.
I found the company online, I assume the people off the street get the lower price since they dont really care about you. Very sad way to manage an operation. I was very surprised about the treatment coming from an established business in the community.

This is the absolute worst agency I've ever encountered. They do not return phone calls, they are rude to their customers. When you call to speak to the owner to resolve matters he does not call you back. We cancelled a policy with them and they gave us the run around on why they couldn't cancel it, and then they sent our policy to collections with ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE. This is just one example, but I have about 7 examples of how terrible these people are.

Stay away from this horrible insurance agency! I just found out that they opened a homeowners policy with Nationwide on my behalf without my consent after getting a bill in the mail! Never have I had an insurance agency break my trust like Harry Levine has. I told them back in September that I was going with another insurance company Farmers because they coverage to cost was too high for me since Florida Specialty went out of business. This is on top of having to contact them two times to get my Florida Specialty policy canceled since I don't want to trust an insurance company going out of business and already had an active policy with Farmers. I wouldn't trust an insurance agency who commits FRAUD!
Very Professional commercial insurance department. Agents are very knowledgeable about their products offered and the needs of small businesses. I just switched from a local agency to Harry Levine Insurance. They reviewed all of my policies and made recommendations about which ones to change and which ones to keep. They helped re-write the changed policies, and stuck with me throughout the entire process. They made sure all policies were in sync with the requirements of my personal umbrella policy (coverage and deductibles) . They even worked with my fiance` to make sure she could keep her existing auto policy while remaining covered under my umbrella policy. Very professional and very service oriented. We have used this company for years for our personal and commercial policies. Roughly 12 different current policies with them and we are starting to shop around because of our commercial policies. We have always had the same knowledgeable representatives for years. We now have a new one and I am completely dissatisfied now. We were essentially told we are not to discuss anything regarding our policies over the phone that it needs to be via email. So now for our company I have to email over 10 emails for 1 issue! Ridiculous. Completely rude when you do call. Completely unknowledgeable regarding our current policies.
