Always a great place to visit always clean and neat and constant renovation being performed on the facility the staff is helpful Pleasant and well-groomed it's a good place to go because you don't have to drive the freeways to Las Vegas and it's just as much fun if not more

Not happy, had to pay for wifi and wasn't very clean and up to date like Pechanga. Pechanga has free wifi throughout whole casino and looks and feels clean

for people who work long hours, Harrahs wont honor freeplay from midnight to 8am. Nothing I hate more than cust service blaming the system. systems dont set policies, people do. Own your crappy policies ...there are other casinos nearby much more accomodating. Add on no cigars allowed just to top off a bad experience.

It looks like slot machines are being controlled. Slot machines paid minimal. Not happy.

Beautiful lazy river. Pools only for 21 and over. Wasn t told that before I got there with my kids. Still had a good time. Get the refillable cup for cocktails!

Great swim up bar, lazy river, casino and updated rooms! Lots of happy hour specials but they are ridiculously strict about the times so wear a watch. We missed it by 3 mins twice!! Make sure to hang out with bartender Neal at the swim up bar for the best customer service on the property!!

Did a wet bus turn around trip to Harrahs. So much fun! The heated pool was my favorite

Had a great time and really enjoyed the Brian McKnight concert. Just wish we could have buffet it was to packed so we settled for Ritas Canteen. Over all a great time.

My wife took me there for a 1 night stay yesterday for my birthday. Bottom line 5 thumbs DOWN! We had a miserable experience that ended up costing us $500 for 1 night not including any gambling and was the worst hotel stay of all time. First, it was a hot day and we had planned to enjoy the pool during the day so we got there early but there was no room at the pool because they reserve 70% of the pool seating for paying cabanas and stations and leave only a few chairs, most without any umbrellas for shade so if you want to spend time at the pool expect to pay a bundle. The food was ATROCIOUS and miserable and way overpriced, the add said the buffet was $26 but when we tried they said the price was $33. Unlike Vegas casinos this one stinks of cigarette smoke and unless you smoke you will not like. Now let's talk about gambling: their slot machines are the cheapest slots anywhere. I never saw anything like it, if you enjoy gambling and losing all your money then this is this place, if you care to win once in awhile then go somewhere else. It was a horrible day and then don't expect to get any sleep: we were on the 19th floor and the noise from the party pool was so loud I could not fall asleep, really really loud pounding music and screaming and paper thin wall... The people in the room next door seemed to be in our room and spoke quite loud. I called the front desk to get ear plugs to try and sleep and while they get many requests for them they have not had any for at least 6 months (don't care). Now to the people: of all the staff only one lady who tried to help us find a spot at the pool was nice and courteous the rest were all a bunch of losers that did not smile and did not care. Did I say the food was the worst? Yes I already did but let's say it again IT SUCKED FYI: Forget the lobster rolls as there is no lobster and the bun was so stale and hard it had to be sitting around for 6 months. The buffet was supposed to have several stations but the pasta station, the mexican station and others were vacant and had no service. Now if you experience any of these issues and expect to be able to ask for help then you are a fool as they could not care less and if you insist then they treat you rudely. Just go somewhere else, there are tons of casinos/resorts in California and none of them come close to sucking like this place. How they have a 4.2 stars on Google can only because they have been posting lies themselves. Tripadvisor give them 2.25 Stars and that is 2 starts too many.

If you want to get away from the city and feel some of the nature while having fun this is great place for that.

So much to do! You have to indulge at the lazy river! The kids had a ball!

The resort is clean and modern. Everything is a bit too expensive. The crowd is as you would expect at a casino.

HORRIBLE food. Raw chicken. Choice steak sold as prime. Despite letting management know, nothing was done except they are sorry. My friend started feeling sick the following day. Never again

The Lazy River is really fun and a great day time activity. There are several pools and Jacuzzi. They have some good restaurants...we especially liked Fiore...great food! We go here every year with s group of friends. Great easy, fun short trip.

The fold out bed sucks but other then that it was OK

Came here for the dive after dark. was fun and the pools were heated. however the outdoor bar seemed a little understaffed so we had to go Inside to order drinks. played a little at the casino itself which was nice compared to other Californian casinos I've been to.

It truly is a great resort option. Beautiful Views. Great staff. Lots of fun stuff to do.

Great range of things to do. Dinner, bars, concerts, and all the same gaming you would find in Las Vegas.

The gaming is great , depending on your luck that day. I don't care for the new food place they put where the buffet was pre-pandemic. Most of the other food establishments are pretty good though. The promotional gifts are generous , whether it's "free play" money or items.

This is a great place to go and gamble have some fun watching football game and they have a nice Lazy River Pool and hotel

My five stars are for the Starbucks. Dalia at the Starbucks makes the best coffee, and is very astute in the art of customer service.

The location was a bit out of the way. The rooms were large size. Love the large tub. The decor was a bit odd but fine for a short stay. Pinks hot dogs in the casino had horrible food.

Slammin' pool party and bands. Be prepared for a delay at the bar, they card everyone (smart for sure) which is why they kinda lag.

The whole 2 days no winning and also do not have a poker room and most of the table cards are minimum 20 dollars bet

It used to be great to come here machines were a little looser, once in awhile you'll win a jackpot and it was the name they pronounce fun, not anymore, it's all tight, even can not get response from my casino representative, I know covid-19 has put things in a tight spot but no excuse to take care of the prime customers, losing interest in this place, no customer service anymore, all they want is your money. Took me less than 10 minutes to lose $500, that's bad. I used to be able to play on that amount for hours. No fun when you just keep losing and you're out money and leave the casino in less than an hour. My trips are going to be limited from now on. I have other places to go that treat me a lot better.

Such an easy SoCal getaway. It was a short drive to feel like you really got away. The pool area and lazy river were so nice and the room was large and clean.

We always enjoy Harrahs Rincon, good food at all their restaurants, great entertainment, great pool for adults and families, rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds!

The casino has many amenities downstairs like Starbucks and a buffet. This place is great.
