Harrahs Resort & Casino Review

My 1st there on 9-11-20 and was nice for my b-day. But I had wanted to stay the next night also, And was told No due to the hotel not having anymore rooms. It was Very Upsetting. Since it was my b-day weekend. Not Sure If I would come back or recommend it to friends. Due to the Rudrness of the young man on that saturday night between 5:pm-6:pm. When I asked him if there were Any Cancellations can I be called. And He said No. That was a Shocker to Me. Due to I work in a Hotel/Resort industry also.

Great place to go to relax and have fun.beatiful surrondings.

Awesome resort! Get the day pass and spend all day by the pool

Very nice room. Up to date bathroom. Very modern. Mattress was a bit firm for my taste. The room smelled clean.
Attended an event in the events center. The staff was very nice. There service was good.
Had breakfast in the regular restaurant. Prices seemed a little high but we got a lot of food and it was delicious.
My only complaint was the cigarette smoke. The casino area is not sectioned off in to smoking and non. The smoke was everywhere.

Love the resort pool with multiple Jacuzzi. Does not offer many wins on slots.

I lost without it even letting me believe I was making anything. Nope. Instantly it just took it all. Then when I DID get bonuses they were laughing at me, throwibg30 cents here 80 cents thers

Harrah's Resort and Casino Southern California is by far the best out of all the casinos I have visited. Harrah's offers so many comps and all you have to do is get a players club card and use it. They give free gifts every week and free play every day not to mention the comp rooms and $30 to $60 dollar meal comps weekly. The staff from the moment you arrive are so friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The host that is assigned to you as well is Awesome and all you have to do is text them and they respond right back and take care of your needs. I'm extremely happy with Harrah's Southern California I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get away for the day or even the week to just have fun and a great time to visit Harrah's Resort And Casino in Southern California. I rate them 5 stars. Thanks Harrah's for everything!!!

Beautiful Casino..did not get a chance to finish eating at the buffet..bummer...

Went to Harrahs Rincon casino and were in pool area. Policy states anyone under 21 not allowed anywhere other than children's raft river area. Adults were in children's area drinking beer in the water and beer cans were left around raft river. We were quietly sitting in area apparently not designated for under 21 so asked to leave. When I asked why reverse rule doesn't apply, and how adults could be drinking alcohol in children's pool with empty beer cans, defensive attendant says adults can drink anywhere and it is not up to Harrahs staff to police the adults only to police the children and she doesn't make the rules. Sad at this lack of logic and her impoliteness. Not kid friendly place!!!!

Well kept rooms and casino. Smoke smell in casino can be a problem at times.

This place is definitely not family friendly. The lazy river is filled with old people that could get out of the way and go to the pool for people 21+. The pools were very dirty both inside and out. The places to eat are very limited. Did not get clean linens or clean towels. Really do not want to come back.

Had a wonderful time, employees have a great additudes. Will definately visit again.

Buffet was great and pleased everyone in the group that came with me! We didn't get lucky in the casino but still left happy and satified!.

I love this place. Especially in the summer with their lazy river and pool, it s home away from home and a short trip away. Makes me feel like we landed in Vegas for a day!

Not sure what was worse the money i lost 130.00 or the 30.00 all u can eat of cold oily,yuck food,,all tasted like it all was cooked in the same pan

Took my wife here for her Birthday. One of the worst nights of sleep we've ever had. The room had a blue and red security sensor that went off every time there was movement in the room. It felt like the cops were in the room with you. When I tried to tell the front desk I was ignored. The next morning when I mentioned it I was ignored again. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Beautiful Hotel loved everything about it recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Gambling, entertainment and a lazy river, what more could you ask for.

Fun place to stay and have a fun filled day without having to spend to much money. Nicely placed in the valley and doesnt have much going on outside of the other casinos near by but its probably the best bang for your buck

Spent the Valentine's holiday there with friends from AZ. We had a great time playing poker. The Buffet was fabulous!

All precautions taken at the door. Temperature taken once entering. Spaced out machines. No buffet.

You are at the mercy of other people but hey such is life.

Small casino in the middle of nowhere. Be prepared to become a 2nd hand smoker

I loved absolutely everything about this place! Well except check in....that was a long wait for our room to be ready but at the end it was worth it. Luckily you can still use the pool while waiting for your room....so show up early and check out the lazy river..the chaise lounges set up IN the pool..lots of inner tubes to float around on in the adult pools...theres a few hot tubs and a waterfall! Fun! The room was clean with a great view of the pool. They close the pool area so you dont have to worry about noise. We went on a Sunday for the reggae concert and we really had a great time. We ran into the band at check in and they were so nice and friendly. Convenient to text them with any questions while we stayed there. I actually booked the room just because I wanted to soak in a tub and it was luxurious! The beds were soft and the bedding was cozy. I cant wait to come back! My mom loved it too!

The rooms were roomy. The buffet was amazing. Not the best place for children

Casino was really tight, accommodations were on the same level as Motel 6. Staff was very friendly but overall we were disappointed.

A gret casino and hotel for a quick getaway. Their pool is amazing but oses too early, and their food offerings are great!

We had the funestestester time Celebrating at Harrah's Great staff , Great food at Fiors and great amenities.

The place is not what I expected. Will not be back. The Pala is so much better.

Nice rooms, a bit far from anything but if the goal is to get away this is perfect. There was construction while we were there.

The food here is so below par compared to the other 3 major players ( Valley View, Pala, Pechanga ) I don't understand why they cannot get the food at this place right!! Everything else is right there but the food is the worst not even close!!!

Fun times and great staff! Casino and rooms have always been clean nice! We don t always win but we have fun and there are plenty of games. Slots, video poker, table games! Lots of choices and also some really good food/restaurants. Can t wait till they open again!

In a hidden area from highway 76. It is quite and peaceful. You can be more relaxed here if compare with the other two major Casinos/Resorts in the same area. Very good buffet with reasonable price! Nice rooms! friendly staffs! Nice stay at this fairly new facility. Before, I had to get food from the Shell gas station(7/11 -- Which is next to Casino) after midnight. But, they do have more restaurants (includes 24 hrs. cafe) now. I had Chinese food and delicious Tacos.

Update:. I just stopped by again and had a pleasant time as used to be.

Awesome Casino and Resort. I have stayed here previously and I always recommend it to everybody. I'm never disappointed.

The banana split in the cafe was a rip-off. Very small scoops of ice cream and way too much whipped cream, like they are hiding the small scoops.

A classy place not too loud or full of guests who are to focused to be curious. Great food and just a nice vibe to enjoy yourself in.

Stooped by just to have a look, and 4 hrs later walked out. My husband and I had lots of fun. We ended up at a bar and had Jeffrey served us. His people skills are incredible. Loved the way he interacted with us and everyone else sitting around the bar. For him alone we will continue to drive back and enjoy a night of fun, fun, fun.

We love Harrah's Resort. We just don't like the AIR CONDITIONING. it's just down rite to cold. Sometimes I have to wear gloves in the nonsmokers aria. Just saying.

Love it. Absolutely love it. Love it so much. Did i mention that i love it? Do take my advice and visit some time, i promise you will not regret it, you will love it. Love it.

I lost thousands in August and they comped me free play for the month of September but b/c I wasn t playing any of my money they told away all of my sept. Comp. they are shady. Not worth the drive.

Room was nice and the buffet was pretty good. Had a good time.

Do not go there on a weekend until Covid-19 is over. In order to go to the pool you had to reserve a spot the day of at 7am. You can't get alcohol drinks unless you buy a food item per drin or gamble. No one was winning any money, you can't even break even.

Great friendly place, family oriented and inviting. Highky recommended.
