1 star is too many I would've rated 0 stars if possible...We cancelled account and was told technician had to come out to get antenna and dish off our roof which was ok with us as long as they gave us notice so someone could be home and make sure technician did a good job in removing these items and patched up any holes left behind on our roof..Well, today I find these items have been removed without any notice, THEY JUST WALKED ONTO MY PROPERTY INTO MY BACKYARD, WENT ON MY ROOF AND REMOVED PROPERTY without a phone call, knock on the door or any form of communication to say they were coming!! This happened sometime during the night or very early in the morning. I phoned them and their excuse: "Oh, the technician must not have read the notes."
Now I have to wait for a family member to come over, get on the roof and check their "workmanship"...if the LACK OF COMMUNICATION & LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM is an indicator then I'd hate to see what my roof looks like, I better not get any leaks!!

This company is very customer orientated. I had the occasion to need help on a tablet problem,and they could not have been more helpful. So glad I returned to Speedweb.

Average internet speed. OK download but very poor latency. 1/2 strength 3G mobile is faster, especially for gaming.
Not enough effort is put into installation for optimal speeds.
Price is Fair.

Speedweb staff are great and provide a quick turnaround to any problems encountered. Much better dealing with local people and local owned business.

Great !! After we had lots of difficulties with big companies like Optus and Telstra, Speedweb have delivered much better and faster and cheaper internet to our place in country Gippsland. Highly recommended, we are outside the official coverage area on the map but get far better internet than Optus and Telstra were ever able to provide.
