The best resort for locals. Great shows. Relaxation plus!

Nice rooms, good selection of restaurants. Pretty good service. Slots seem tight. Pay offs and jackpots are few, and small. I have better luck in Laughlin or Vegas. You have to pay for drinks here.

Haven't won big or lost big, just a bunch of second hand smoke

Spent time there for a friend's birthday at the pool area. Had a great time, very attentive service at the cabana.

Cool Casino to just get away from everyone. Everytime we go its never packed anf thats what i like about it.

Rooms are nice, casino is good. Only complaint is that there isn't much around, no places to eat

This casino has it all just like Vegas, good food different kinds also a small nightclub and finally a good place to try your luck. I recommend it.

It was okay. Not a winning spot but the comped room was okay. Loat a lot.

If you have cdp make sure to use a mask, lots of machine and good buffer.

The location is absolutely gorgeous, well worth the drive. The casino is good and clean, on the small side. We ate at their buffet, it is NOT good, the food at all the stations had been on the warmers too long, it was dried, no one offered fresh food or even acknowledge us. I don't know if we'll go back again.

So I ve been back a few times now. The pool is great. The lazy river is fun, the volleyball net in the other pool gets everyone together, and the pool with the bar is great for getting drinks on those hot days.

Just had an amazing couple days here. Didn't win, but enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, fun music and food.

I have been coming here for many years and it's a nice casino , clean with many vegas style card games and also they have roulette and many slots new and some old , I personally prefer the old ones, and I've seen some people win some nice jackpots here especially on the keno machines, and they have some good choices for food and the buffet its not that bad.

Something about this place just doesn't deserve a 5-star rating. The sign really throws me off, too. Are we in Vegas or San Diego. What's up with that "Harrah's " sign! The pool is the best asset. Reggae Sunday's rock!

Buffet was nice, especially for the price. The staff was courteous and friendly.

I would give then 4 stars, however the cigarette smoke that gets accidentally piped directly into the upper floor hotel rooms (via the vent chase in the bathroom) was horrendous. I ended up sick the day I returned home from smoke allergies!...

This is one of my favor place on west. I am from New York, anytime when I come to California I mostly visit this place and stay there for one or couple night.
The employee of this place are very very friendly and professional. I appreciate them.

Some distance drive need from any direction but worth it

My wife and I saw Penn and Teller. The performance was really good. The only issue I had was the casino had too many penny slots

Loved their lazy pool. The room on the north tower was spacious and clean. Good restaurant in site as well.

Harrah's in southern California is a great place to stay. The rooms are great with great views of the surrounding mountains. They have a very large outdoor pool to relax at. There are many different restaurants with great food, as will as many gaming options to have a good time.

Only experienced the restaurant Fiore which was delicious! Had the 8oz filet mignon, a tomato salad, 5 onion soup, and cocktails. My husband had the 18oz prime rib. Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was imppecable.

The place is very nice but the slots are toooo tight!

Great casino. Not so generous with their promotions compared to other casinos but the machines have been paying out. Plus there pet friendly.

Very nice hotel. Big open space. Lots of variety of things to do. Have poker table. Food is good. House is pretty lame/tight on giving out free coupon for food/drink.

The workes are super nice and helpful. If you need ineternet you need to pay $12.95 to use it otherwise you are out of luck trying to use WiFi in the casino. If you are going to a concert there and you purchase tickets in groupon print them or screen shot them cox you wont be able to pull them in your phone unless you paid for internet

Very dissatisfied. Came here to the lazy river for our children who love it and look forward to it, and when booking they never told us the heater was down in the lazy river so we checked in and came to the pool excited and now no lazy river. The pool manager was rude and not helpful in making up for this. Won t be returning!!!

AmazING pool area with swim up bar and lazy river. Everything else is mediocre. Small casino as well.

Hotel room wasn't very clean. There were some cracker crumbs on the floor near the bed. And some hair next too the trash can in the bathroom.

The S slots are tighter than a nun's grip on a ruler

The food was decent to good. Prices were 'ok' by hotel standards but robbery by casino standards.

Generally a good casino experience. The host Ken Gilmore is the best! Always great to my mom.

A little pricey but well worth it. I was alone for a few days and very much enjoyed the wide range of slots. Pool area is NICE! And the bartenders can make DRINKS! Scott at the dive bar was the man as well as an older gentleman at the bar "spiked" inside the casino (didn't catch his name but he was serving the goods!)

Didn't get rich but had a great time. I did not leave broke. So all in all my time was well spent.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Casino floor action was fun and exciting.

Myself, my daughter, and a friend of ours checked in on Sunday January 21st, we had a lovely experience all week. Great rooms with comfortable beds , nice size tub and shower, great service in their cafe and pool area. Upon checking out today i was very disappointed, now our friend is visually impaired and walked right into one of their signs and knocked it over. I look over and the security guard that was next to me speaking with another man was laughing and clapping saying good job man, instead of walking over to my friend to see if he needed any assistance. I am still irritate that the security guard could be so childish. I definitely would not want anyone with a disability to go to this casino if they're not going to be treated with respect or any person for that matter.

The Harrah's is our favorite spot for our short weekends and getaways ... But this last trip they completely changed the pool rules... Which is fine but the head of security Tyler was very unprofessional and utterly rude to my wife(raising his voice and yelling )... Then the second day after again trying to clarify the new pool rules I get hassled by a security guard for bringing in a coffee from Starbucks that I had to approve and bought from their coffee shop.... Come on Harrah's kinda wack....
