You all should be ashamed of yourselves Christmas you were doing nothing but taking. You took a lot of money and wouldn't even give so people could play. You've been doing this to me for awhile now. You give me no play what so ever. I just feed your machines and I don't even get called in your drawings. But yet the sames names are called in almost all of your drawings time and time again. If this continues New Year's Eve and New Years day where all you do is rip me off then you just lost a customer for good and I will never come back to your casino again.

You did nothing but rip me off, every machine I played I couldn't get any play that is so wrong. You all should be ashamed you have taken the fun and entertainment out of gambling.

Once again you have your machines turned off not giving play except for the people you have flagged to get play. You have not called my name in a drawing in over a decade and with all the money you steal from me my name should be called. With your actions you have blown my New Years Eve and I am done with you all!

Best casino in the area. The host are incredible, the hotel comforting, and The restaurants have great food.

The worst place for time vs money. I understand I'm going to loose, but every other casino I go to I can play for hours on $500. Here I was done in 1 hour. Not one single bonus, not one single free spin. Comps suck, if you want REAL comps, go to harrahs. Free trips to Vegas, free gifts, free food. This place is trash anymore.

We were part of a group bus trip. Desk staff was friendly! Room was clean. Our meals were disappointing (buffet) last evening food was dried out and cold we were in at 4:45pm.
Our thoughts were maybe they just were struggling yesterday and the breakfast buffet would be better! Potatoes O'Brien cold and dried out, long line waiting for omlet, fruit bar was not well stocked. We arrived at 8:50am. Very disappointed as that usually the food was hot and fresh. Evening buffet at $15 per person was not a value , asking for a trip at time for paying for meal is poor timing!

Worst casino ever! You dont win here at all ever almost. You get tons of spins then win like $10 if that. I have was accused of bringing in a $1 that had a Santa claus face on it. I'm the one that took it to the cashier! I was intimidated by a cop for$1.00!!!!! If I was going to give a fake anything, it would have been more than $1.00!! Then the employee I think Laura was mad because I didnt get arrested or in trouble! I called to complain. I got free longhouse buffets. I get that anyway! The food is awful! They took my dollar and said I couldn't have it back. About 2 weeks later I got a letter in the mail with no apology but saying that the $1.00 was real and they gave me the $1.00 bill back in the letter!! Only certain people win here! bad.

Dealing with the staff has always been a positive experience, the few times ive had to. The facility itself is very nice and has been clean every visit.

One of the best casino resorts we had the pleasure if playing. #jmmtour2019 ended here on 12/30/19 to a sold out crowd! Slots were loose and we all had a great time. Try the K.C Strip at 3 rivers steakhouse! Killer!

A fun place for a getaway. The staff is friendly. Even the gaming table staff are accomidating to first timers. Cool shows too.

Stingy slots, crowded tables, no more poker room, very smokey inside, spaced out beverage servers who don t have any idea what they re even doing and are super rude to the customers. Most of the employees need to go back to training or be terminated. Was very uncomfortable to watch how some of the floor servers carried themselves. Won t be back.

Three Fires Steakhouse has always been one of my favorite places to eat in northeast Kansas!! Usually it's pretty consistent as far as the quality of food. The filet mignon is always good, but if you're looking at a Kansas City strip or a ribeye it's kind of hit-or-miss. Also, they have probably had three different menus in the last year just to keep the prices going up!! The portion size and quality has not changed, just the prices. They also did a way with her Thursday and Tuesday specials which made it a little more affordable to eat there. However, and November if you had a player's club card you could buy one entree get one free on every Wednesday during November which was pretty nice... And I did take advantage of it!! My new favorite is there panko breaded shrimp! They are a nice size and very delicious. You also get a choice of one side. It would be nice if you could also get a salad with your meal, but I always order the wedge salad for an extra $7 and it is fantastic!! The best thing is the service... Everybody is so nice and helpful, they pick a really great bunch of people to work for them. I have been eating at Three Fires since they opened years ago... You really just need to know what to order, and what nights they have specials. It's a great place for family get-togethers, meeting with friends, or a romantic dinner date. I'm glad we have such a nice place right in the middle of nowhere!!

It was okay but will never go there again. Not worth the drive. The restaurant was okay but the waitress wasn t efficient.

Really nice! Clean clean clean, no hesitation about going in with covid around. Rv sites are huge with full hookups great price!

The casino floor and buffet are great as usual. However the customer service in the new restaurant and cafe are not very good.

The buffet was too expensive for the awful food and lack of choices. We had a blackjack dealer that was terribly clumsy.

It was a delightful experience, although there was much smoke due to cigarettes, I found it to be quite enjoyable. Beyond that I felt as though the machines would give a bit of a win compared to a loss, but with duration on any computerized machine there is more chance to lose and there was to win at tbe Resort.

Great for a smaller casino. The buffet is superb. Good choice of slots and tables are easy to find open.

The casino buffet was the worst of any casino buffet that we have ever been to. The sausage was over cooked by a long shot as well as the dumplings. The selection was very small. The casino didn't have much of a selection for machines. We will not return to this casino.

Only ate at three fires which has excellent food but extremely small portions that were extremely over priced... Especially with all of the cigarette smoke. Also sat at the bar and while service was friendly, unable to start up a tab. Kind of annoying to pay for each drink, especially if you aren't paying with cash. Not a bad experience but wouldn't recommend to friends and would eat in KC before spending that kind of money with second hand smoke... Gross!

Love playing Bingo at Prairie Band Casino! We always have fun and staff is very friendly. We enjoyed a concert there too, they put on a great show.

A food and bingo night, neither was good. We ate at the sports bar, not busy at all, but service was not good at all, and the food was WAY over seasoned, especially with salt, the, no luck at all on the bingo hall or casino. Not winning is not part of the 2 star rating, by the way, that is the luck of gambling.

Wife had great time playing bingo, casino not as smoky as most. Had a good time. Wife and I walked out a little ahead!

Slots were a little tight and it would be great if the place was nonsmoking

All staff was super friendly, room was very clean and well kept and the concert we attended was very organized.

It's very easy to find, right off the highway. The parking lot is easy to maneuver around, with plenty of parking. Entrance is beautifully designed with a clean foyer. The door to the actual casino was a little tricky to find. All staff were polite, informative, & helpful. All of the slots we played were so much fun! Buffet smelled delicious. Bathrooms were easy to find too. Definitely recommend!

It's all about code complAnce says you. Can't. Live in a camper. On. Your place. I'm. Been homeless for. 4years and. Living. On my own place they keep taking me to. Court. And I get fined so. Where did . Or free dome gone I thought I. Live in a free country think about this are we living in a free country. Or. Not. If u think u oven your house do u really own it u should only have to pay taxes. On it one time so do u really own your house you only pay taxes on food one time so what happens. When u don't pay your taxes they come. Take it so is this a free country not in. My mind

i WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! security surrounded me and my girlfriend for absolutely no reason at all. we were just standing there and they surrounded us and i asked if there was a problem and they told us to leave! we were already about to leave so we go and then they have a cop follow us 3 miles after we already pulled out of the parking lot. i did nothing to warrent any of this.

Mislead .... most give new members free play! They did not!

Great Buffet great expensive rooms with they were nice comfortable and had all we needed in spas and swimming pool and comfortable

Awesome place to stay with your RV.. camp ground is super nice..
