Was off to a rocky start and honestly was a bit disappointed but the operations manager stepped in and moved us out the first room. An into just what we needed due to the access restrictions so for that thank you so much definitely made our holiday trip enjoyable! As I write this review we are currently waiting on safe engineer now for about three hours past checkout we re getting close to Christmas dinner! So if your reading this and you happen to have any pull around here it s Christmas help ASAP! Honesty tho we re supposed to be in Vegas at the other Harrah s at 5 :/. This one is no one's fault due to the safe battery died I just hope we still have a good Christmas. Thank you to all the staff who is helping tho we appreciate all the effort just please we need to make dinner and the keys are in the safe. I m actually starting to panic a bit but I have confidence they will come through with some sort of solution
