Love it here! Walk right out of the hotel and there is all the action
Right under the arch.

Was here over St. Paddy's day. Vibe was great but bets on the tables were extremely high due to the Crowded weekend

I loved this resort! Our room was amazing, the service was spectacular, and the casino is massive.

I used to live in South Lake Tahoe and know the town well. We had a friend visiting from TN and she wanted to go up to Tahoe. We took pictures by the lame and I drove the back road to Harrah's. When I turned I to the back entrance to Harrah's i noticed a gate blocking the parking lot. This is the first time in 31 years that I would have to pay for parking. I drove over to Harvey's and well parking is paid for there too. Of course they are owned by the same company. It's $13 for valet and $8 for self parking. Since I had two older ladies in the care I paid for valet. Using my players card took $2 off. The Harrah's cashier was very nice. The machine's weren't paying off. I don't remember the cocktail waitress coming around too often. Things have really changed up there and not always for the better. I do tip for good service, but paying for parking meant I didn't tip. I hope the valet gets a cut of the parking fee.

$8 for the lame bloodymarrys I was shocked at how expensive and bad the drink was.

No coffee pot in room, lights didn't work in part of the room.

We only walked through the casino, but it appeared to be very nice. The womens bathroom was great and had well lit areas to freshen up makeup or hair.

Pretty average venue with overpriced drinks and food. Even the event we attended was ridiculously overpriced. I guess when you're Reno's closest option for a stadium show (that I know of) you can set the prices as you please.

Arcade is amazingly fun there. Just needs to fix some of it's out of order games.

Walking through Harvey's and decided to play some arcade games. Everything was great! It was a good time.

Hello everyone. The first night of my stay I felt like a lot of dust in the room, I didn't get allergies, but I had to eat there, but I asked them to change the room and soon they gave it to me, the next room was much better, they were very understandable.

I hate not having the ability to breath in oxygen. There was nothing but cigarette smell...

Having two bathrooms was very nice. No refrigerator or coffee maker

A nice sized gaming space that isn't usually over crowded but has enough activity so as not to seem deserted. Friendly staff make it a nice place to spend a few hours winning or losing a few bucks.

Small but decent does give the clients a little bit of a thrill thi king they are winning lol.

I only went to the arcade here so I don't know about the rooms. They have a 24 hour arcade here. I was pretty disappointed though with the condition of the initial D driving games. The shifter on one of the machines was completely broken. This made us waste money playing on it.

Could use a bit of updating but friendly staff at this casino with affordable gambling.

Love Harrah's Casino. The buffet has beautiful views, but the food was just ok. Could use a little upgrading.

Parking attendant was rude ad yelled at me for parking. Won't be going back.

Just went for the buffet and it was worth the money. Only downside was the long line.

Same as Harvey's hotel all the employees are nice and very helpful and polite.

Horrible customer service. Avoid the poker room at all costs. Dealer and room manager are completely oblivious to the rules of the game. The fact that it's also Christmas just goes to show how unprofessional of an establishment this is. Will never step foot into Harveys or Harrahs casino again. Go to Hard Rock or Montblu if you want to be treated fairly and abide by the rules of the game.

Rooms are big and nice, but the bed wasn't comfortable. Parking is not free. Not much good to say about casino. No good ventilation to get smoke out, machines are expencive, very little variety of food places. Dificult to find restroom (I fiund only one restoom in the casino). Everything need to be upgraded.

Gambling is going downhill. Bring back the fire bet in craps! Also the horse racing machine and $5 BJ

Clean, nice, conveniently located. Oh the steakhouse on the top floor. Do it. Even if you gots to put it on two credit cards do it.

Terrible hotel and casino! Old rooms and dirty carpets.. Will not going back again! The one you see in the picture is 10 years ago.. Staff are not nice!

It was nice and fun to watch the playoff football game!

Nice place easy to get around all types of restraunts

Literally all we did was go in the casino to get some food from the... Food area. Thai. The food was fine. The casinos here stink of smoke, and everyone playing looks like they're Never mind. Point is, I'm glad I'm underage.

Went here to gamble. Played craps, black jack, and roulette. Tables were full and the dealers friendly, bit the waitress and environment we terrible. The waitress kept walking by us without getting our drink orders. The place smells like smoke and his terrible HVAC system.

Only ate a meal here, at Friday's Station steakhouse, which was very good and on the top floor with views of the lake.

Great Stateline hotel with good restaurants and bars. Had a drink at their casino bar. Well made and not too expensive!

The room was fabulous - very spacious and sparkling clean. We were awed at having two bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub. It also had a very nice couch! Absolutely quiet and a very comfortable bed. The only thing I found odd was that there was no literature listing the location of things, nor sample menus from the restaurant other than room service.

The food court has 3 types of food - Thai, pizza and pasta, and a Fatburger's. The prices seemed awfully high at all of them. We had 2 original sized Fatburger's and an order of onion rings - for $25!

We would definitely stay here again.

Worst hard rock cafe I've ever been to. Service was slow and food was frozen and heated in a microwave.

Lost a ton of money at the casino but the food tastes amazing and the arcade for kids is great!

Pillows dirty, found a hair, otherwise room looked pretty good, harrahs buffet was good lots of different choices, casino floor was nice with lots of table n slots options.

Rooms were clean and spacious. 19th floor restaurant was pricey but excellent.

Just went to gamble. Staff were super friendly. Got drinks at the slots quickly. Clean.

As a Total Rewards Member was told that they needed card number to get my hotel rate for the room I wanted. I did not have my card as I had replacement, at this point the reservation agent said there was nothing they could do. They would not quote me a Total Rewards rate without my card number. So I had my parents, who were staying at the time, reserve a room under their Total Rewards. I ended up in a smoking room because it was claimed that was the last room available even though that wasn't true when I called Reservations.

Upon entry to the room it smelled of smoke and a faint smell of an awful odor. We noticed that the TV/Desk Credenza was pulled out and several items were unplugged. Trying to figure out what was going on, I opened the mini fridge and the smell was awful as it was unplugged and left in disrepair. The devices plug in the bed end table was also unplugged. I had to plug in devices and troubleshoot problems with THEIR room.

On top of this I had to pay a "Resort Fee" for stuff I had no use of. I did NOT want WiFi services, or exercise room access. Your "Resort Fee" is purely an attempt to show lower rate rooms while forcing your customers to pay $25 on top of advertised room rates. If I am forced to pay this fee, it IS a part of the room rate. Quit playing games.

Awesome hotel and casino in South Lake Tahoe. Always love to visit this place.

Harveys has a great location, and a super friendly staff. We were there for a bachelor party, had quite a few drinks comped and enjoyed some live music right outside the front doors. We'll definitely be returning.

It's awesome and Beautiful and amazing scenery. Love it . My family love it.

This was one of many times visiting Harrah's.. I love the atmosphere, the food and music is great. And it's located within 3 casino hotels. It has great arcade rooms for the children. Which gives us adults some "playtime" I will go back many times. There is nothing bad I .can say. About it! Everyone needs to experience Harrahs, Harvey's and all the great things offered there!!

We had a good experience here. A group of us went to the bar on the first floor for drinks, but had trouble finding a good seat for watching a sports game, so we left. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Location is perfect for some late night gambling but smoke is prevalent throughout establishment.
