This was the best hotel experience I've ever had anywhere hands down. Friendly service, very prompt, excellent room service & tasty breakfast. Check in was a breeze. Called the desk and asked for a late check out and was graciously granted one. I love this place and I'll be back!

Harrahs has a nice open casino with plenty of slots and tables to keep you entertained. There are multiple bars on the main floor so it's not too hard to get a drink. I just wish Nevada would catch up with everyone else and ban smoking inside.

Disappointed to say the least regarding the cleanliness of the room. We asked to have the clogged sink fixed and carpet vacuumed - how would you like someone s used toothpicks poking you in the feet? The sink was unclogged but left disgustingly dirty and the carpet never vacuumed. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

We had been here to try our luck on the game of Blackjack. The staff was extremely polite and helping. She was the reason we felt like playing more and more. Some of us lost, some of us won, so it balanced out. Ofcourse it would, it's a casino after all.

Family reunion so had fun with them. Gambling was OK. No one made a fortune. Rooms are fairly nice, comfortable beds and self managed thermostats. Safe in each room which is reassuring. Maid service is great.
Exhausted and on our way home.

Very fun classic casino. Many tables to choose from and slots to play. Unfortunately, in two hours I only had one server come by. Additionally the lowest table minimum was ten and I was hoping for a more casual and less expensive table gambling experience.

A friend and I went for a conference and it was THE BEST experience we have ever had. We stayed in Harvey's and all of the staff from front desk, bellmen, security, restaurant staff and the chief made us feel welcome like we were family. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the excellent service!

Beautiful view. Great service. Nice prices. Very yummy and well plated food. The prime rib was fantastic. Well seasoned and medium rare, just how I asked for it to be. I had a baked potato. They serve all the condiments to load it on the side which I really appriceate and loved. Great wine selection. The bartender made perfect red wine spritzers.

What a gross hotel. The bar tenders near the South entrance casino floor are very rude. The food court is the worst food. And the rooms are gross. I got a "Premium" room with 2 King 2 bath. Nothing seemed clean...NOTHING. luckily I was impaired so I was able to sleep. Never again will I stay here. Oh the restaurant staff were also super rude. I believe they all hate their lives.

I went there to gamble, pure and simple. While the facility is nice and the service is good, the gambling odds seemed terrible. But then again, maybe it was just a bad steak... I did spread the love across many machines, though, and still a vacuum for the money. I also ate Fatburger while there, which was delicious. Will go again for location.

My fiance and I went this past weekend to Harvey's. It was a last minute trip, and we booked the reservation that morning. We arrived at around 7 that evening to find that their system had been down for about an hour and were not able to check anyone in. We understand that accidents happen to everybody that can't be helped sometimes. So once we were manually checked in, since they were unable to create room keys, we had to be escorted up by a bellhop. We were told that for our inconvenience, the hotel would be comping our resort fee and a drink if we presented our receipt on check out. The rooms were clean and nice (though we both found it strange that there was no fridge in the room). The staff was courteous and friendly. However, when we were checking out the next morning and brought our drink receipt, we were told that it wouldn't be comped because it wasn't charged to our room. We were frustrated by the miscommunication not only between us and the staff, but also between the staff members about what was going to be done for the patrons who were inconvenienced. Unfortunately, the way this was handled has tarnished our opinion of Harvey's, and we won't be staying there in the future.

Absolutely amazing hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel.
You can pretty much get anything you need within the hotel.
Fa static location, quick walk to the ski lift, shops, restaurants and other local facilities.
Swimming pool and spa on site.
Great restaurants on site for every pocket and style. Basement diner with great breakfast, buffet on the rooftop restaurant and upmarket lobster bar opposite, both with great views across the town at great height.
Amazing staff, great service.
Ski locker at entry with staff collection and drop off.
Car valet service with local parking in abundance.
Absolutely sumptuous rooms, great furniture and interior decor. Very spacious. Great bathroom - could benefit from a towel radiator.

Spent a summer afternoon in the casino playing blackjack and roulette. The dealers we're nice and helpful to another player who hadn't played blackjack before. The table service staff was nice and quick. I had a fun conversation with the roulette table dealer when it was just the two of us then it started getting busy around 6/7 pm (on a Wednesday). I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in the area as I had fun.

2 stars is probably generous. I used to love Harrahs but this experience has been disappointing at best. The staff has been overwhelmingly unfriendly to the point of rudeness, it's impossible to get a cocktail waitress and the gaming just sucks.

Nice hotel. But be aware that they will charge you $41.50 a day to park! Are they crazy or what! That's ridiculous. I can see $15.00 but $41.50 What! For this reason we will not stay there again. When I called the front desk to question the charge the man who I spoke to was rude.

So first off I did not stay at the hotel so I will not comment on the hospitality. I am only posting on the gaming aspect. We rolled in at 9pm, I being an avid roulette player was hoping to play. I saw a $5 minimum table which is normal, and usually my style as I like to make my money last for a while. I gave $200 and was then only given 40 $5 chips which confused me, as I usually like to spread the table. The girl then informed me that they only do $5 per bet, so I could only put $5 or more per number. This seemed odd, I tried to in my head justify it to Covid, and maybe they are short on chips? But still it felt miss leading, and if I cant trust the casino, I will not play. I immediately cashed out. I hope they will read this and revise there gaming practices. I do not mind losing money. But when It seems deceptive I do not mind walking away.

I'm not very happy. We booked our room through American Express Credit Card and booked for LAKE VIEW BALCONY SUITE AND PAYING OF Over 500 dollar a night. The room that I received was not anything like it was decribed. obviously BAKE and SWITCH.
I spoke with manager she claimed that over sold.
