Harrah's Casino, North Kansas City, MO Review

The casino is clean, professional, and tastefully decorated. The air was generally stale, like old cigarette smoke. The food at the buffet and the steak restaurant were delicious! All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The concierge Ivy's services were very helpful. We had some stains in our carpet in the room and the cable tv was horrible-kept freezing up. Overall, I loved it and will be returning.

Currently undergoing remodeling and it's coming together nicely! Clean, cool, and fun!

The voodoo lounge is a great place to see concerts.

The food was all right but they had one little waitress trying to do the job of three or four she did good when she could get there so whoever's managing that restaurant should either get it together or get out

Atmosphere has been improving over the past year or so. Slots are atill a bit tighter than everywhere else however the environment at the tables keep you motivated and excited win or lose

Had a great weekend stay good room and fun in the casino. Needs more up-to-'date slots.

Wasn't to crowded but the smoke was horrible. And having to walk half way around the place to get your players card was kinda different. It was a pretty casino though. Didn't get to eat or stay at the hotel but will in due time.

Filty. At the first glance we were pleased with our room and then we noticed how disgusting and stain to the floor was. Base of the Bed had stains around it. The bathtub was moldy. The chairs at the table looks like old banquet chairs that were unsturdy and stained as well. Our air conditioner made a god-awful noise all night. The fan in the bathroom did not work. We put in a complaint that night and nobody ever helped us. We stay at Ceaser properties all the time I've never seen a room like this. Gross.

I like the casino slot machines at Harrah's. Nice rooms and great restraunt. Always a fun experience.

Super smoky! Need more scented air pumped thru. Good games though. Several were the large video bonus movie games (my favorite).

I had the privilege of staying a couple nights in this wonderful hotel and was very pleased! From the front desk staff to the helpful room attendants to the wonderfully cheerful young lady in the gift shop, just GREAT customer service!!! Not to mention The Buffet, bakery and the casino all under one roof. I will surely book another stay here a SOON!

Rooms subpar. Food pricey. Not a great experience overall.

The buffet was excellent. Service was great, especially Tiffany Brayboy. We did not gamble or do anything else, but that aspect was great.

Honestly, I do not understand how this Casino is getting good reviews. I had to switch room in what you call a Junior Suite,(Outdated), because the sheets had stains. Also, the Casino gaming floor had homeless hanging out and the machines will give you no return, you will lose, lose.. The Sports Bar had good food and service, but if you are looking to get your gaming on this is NOT the Casino.. Beware of this Caesar's Reward partner Casino.. "True Romans" take, take, and conquer...

We went to eat and have some drinks with friends. We went to Winning Streaks. The hostess was nice and we sat very quickly. Now we know why. The waitress came across not excited and rude. It was almost like she was mad we showed up. It took 45 minutes to get our food and for the hour and half we sat there total, we were only able to have two beers apiece as that is how long it took to see and order more from our waitress. Food was decent but for a place that was NOT busy at all and obviously on a Saturday night needed business I see why now it wasn t busy. I would have loved to express it to the manager but we asked our waitress and she said he would come by our table. Nope never saw him. Though we did see a gentleman across the restaurant going from table to table appearing to be asking them how their night was. He stayed clear from us. We won t be going back except to maybe gamble but other casinos have restaurants and the same gaming options. Try those first.

Casino was clean. Game selection was so so. Friendly staff.

Great atmosphere but don't plan on winning a ton of money

Nobody checking temperatures when entering casino. No social distancing at blackjack tables, people sitting next to each other also same at Baccarat tables, and people standing close together at craps. I'm mostly blackjack player but wouldn't have felt comfortable playing under those conditions so played a slot machine for a little while then left.

Great exterior, interior, and gambling amenities. Room was average, 2 beds, fridge, and television. Bathroom was nice, shower was less. Bed had bed bugs.

So when walking into the main lobby the wonderful lady at the counter took my ID signed me up for a brand new card and didn't give me a pin number... Didn't say we needed one or even mention it. And the buffet cashier was impatient and acted like she didn't want to be there. Tapping her 3 long nails as we got money together and then rung us up wrong. Said it was our fault and there was nothing she could do about it. If she wants her job act like it and don't act like a snob.

Recently stayed there at the hotel and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the buffet and it was very good. They're chef does a great job there!

This place is so much fun for a.big Night out but be very careful. Cause your money goes very fast ..and you can get caught up in a very bad habit quickly

They accommodated me at the last minute request I've had better food but I house I had a vehicle so life is good I like breakfast really I had a problem with that they have to cater to people on different time zones

3 times I have receive special room rates and tried to get a room always on a Monday or Tuesday and they always state not available. I've never had an issue with one of their competitors. Wont be back

Great casino to go to if you are on a budget the slots are cheap... but you don't win a lot..& don't have a lot of light's & music that makes it feel like a casino...

This is the worst casino ever! You can play max bet on a slot and not get anything back. Although the food was great 2 years ago, the food went down hill as well. Clearly this casino doesn't care about the humans that enter, they only care about the money we bring in. Sad

Seems far from town, but rooms were nice and service was good.

Went for my birthday. My sister and I had a blast .. We even won a little money..

Ample parking. Nice staff. But smokey in the lobby. Rooms are comfortable.

Never win but sure love to stay here. Clean rooms and such nice people.
