security is abundant. El Presidente doesn't have that many goons. 10/10 safety assured. no shenanigans allowed, but overall it's a good time

We stopped to gamble on our way through KC. We had not been here in 5 years or more. It was still fun and staff great but over all appearance was run down on the casino floor. Dirty appearing carpet, cigarette butts at every slot and machines looked dirty.

Celebrating my cousins 50th BDay! We had an amazing experience and the buffet was awesome even though we arrived a tad late, the food was delish! We shall be back! Chi Ching!

Gambling for me, was disappointing. Slots were really tight. Hotel over all was nice, and Harrah's employees were very friendly.

The hotel room was good. The slots were older and out of date compared to other casinos. No continental breakfast. Was disappointed in the lack of newer slots.

My husband and I tried their buffet for the first time because we had a BOGO coupon. We spent $25 and it wasn t not at all what we expected! Not a great selection of food. The lady who came to our table came and gave us our drinks and a high chair for our one year old. Only came back one other time to take plates out of the way. She never came back to check on us, ask us if we wanted a refill or take anymore of the plates piling up on our table. She seemed to help everyone around us but us! I m glad I didn t pay the original price of $55 for very crappy service!! We won t be back!

Room was ok, typical of any fairly spartan casino room. The bed was clean as was the bathroom. Your experience may vary, but the slots were really stingy.

Smells like a nursing home. Was dust all over the chairs and cabinets. The room was not properly cleaned. We're not very many updates. Was not worth the price.

It was a fun night. They could do more to ventilate the casino though. Very smoky
