Staff are friendly and helpful and nothing is a bother to them

I put my caravan in for a service this week ,the whole process was handled in a friendly and efficient manner from the receptionist whom i spoke to on the phone to the staff that met myself and my wife at the workshop.Subsequently a problem with my motor mover was handled and repaired very well which was a relief to me . After moving to the Highlands of Scotland sold our Caravan to Harper's of Elgin in 2007 and we received a great deal and a great service.

I have dealt with this company over the years a always found satisfaction in service , goods and backup. Stuart and Dougie are more then willing to find you what you want . Three caravans and one trailer plus repairs, shop goods, and advise . And more besides. There's not much Dougie can't fix. Spot on.
Stuart and duggie will bend over backwards to help and nothing is every to much for them You will not find any better customer service from any other caravan retailer
