Discreet company as services and connection. In my area of Cassano delle Murge forest area, although I have remained a customer, the service has always left something to be desired. We don't talk about when in winter the weather is inclement or windy, the signal completely absent. Unfortunately I had no other solution. I hope for a cable connection.

I have been an ADSL customer of this company. From a technical point of view the service has been identical to that of the other operators (all operators share the same infrastructures!) ... from the point of view of assistance it is better because they are capable of greater flexibility.
When they cover my area with fiber for families, I will definitely come back with them.

Swinging connection, very often has problems and a storm is enough to make it go away. Customer service is bad, they just say '' we'll do a verification '' (apparently imaginary). Despite this, this service is the best solution for those not reached by ADSL.

I can't understand why the service is so unstable, 17 mega download instead of 100 I'm tired of restarting the router dozens of times a day and periodically calling for assistance to fix it. Icing on the cake does not give you the username and password of the router, which is the limit if not outlawed since the router is mine (a poor zte). Result: I should call every time I wanted to change something in my home network, absurd!

At least once a week I have to call for assistance to solve connection problems (very low speed, even with the 56k modem it went so slow). They respond with "we will do the truths" and the days go by without improvements. In a month yes and no I have a decent connection for up to 5 days.
Then all it takes is a pioggiarellina to almost skip the connection. Not that in good weather it's better, but when it rains it gets worse.
Too bad because in the first periods I found myself well and it was a valid alternative to ADSL. But now the quality of the service has dropped a lot.
