Pleasant and courteous salesperson. Attended us very patiently. We bought more than we intended
Some fun Christmas gifts. Much like usual in there. Quiet though.
Staff i delt with in merchandise were very helpful. And one of the better Harley dealers I have been in so far..
Fantastic place! I went there as a total beginner, trying to figure out what gear I needed and what size. They helped me so much! Monique showed me around and explained a lot about the gear and what I would need! Friendly to beginners and people who have been riding for a long time I ll be going back, for sure!
Loved the place and experience, the staff make you feel very welcome, saving up for a harley and can't wait to come back Cori was super helpful!!!!!
the mechanic (AL) and service advisor (zack) weren't competent enough to find out why my front brakes were squeaking. they let me drive my harley with squeaking brakes and didn't bother to try and figure out the problem.they need better customer service!!
Nice bikes. Great staff. But what bike I want is not in stock. But nonetheless I would recommend.
I think the thing to realize is that service could and likely will take long at any dealer. They have lots of customers and each one thinks they're the most important. These guys do good work and I was happy with my experience having them fix my bike after an accident. Thanks to Tom for getting me back on the road.
Very helpful bunch of people at Glendale Harley Davidson. People are friendly and remember you. I've never felt uncomfortable or ignored here.
A+ Well stocked with bikes, accessories and parts. Mechanics at the service department, were very helpful.
small store, every body busy. didn't even say hello. not a Harley way
Great staff awesome people
That work there. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. THANKS GUYS!!
Great Place!!
Awesome service!!
I signed up for the riding academy so far orientation was awesome Setta and Rich have alot of patience and a very good at helping you feel at ease and comfortable
Great place! Love it here, Kierstan the motorclothes manager is awesome and the staff is great, if you are looking to buy a new or used bike or get some riding gear I highly recommend this dealership.
Traveling through town when I heard a pop and some god awful sounds from the primary. Tom got me in right away. Rey figured it out immediately and had it fixed within the hour, then he went the extra mile and fixed some other things I had been putting off. Fabian and Bam showed me a good time and kept me from freaking out about everything that could have been broken. Frank hooked me up with a good deal. Very Military Friendly. Turned what could have been thousands of dollars and a very bad day hundreds of miles from home into a nice tune up and a great memory. Bike's never rode better. From hearing the first sound to leaving the dealer was less than 3 hours. Truly Amazing.
Excellent attention and service. I love coming to this Harley agency in Glendale.
Employees here suck, we bought a bike and they said they were going to give us another key (most places will give you 2so you have a spare) but they never did! We followed up with them twice and they just don't respond. The person who did the financing was also a piece of work, treated is like we weren't worth his time a real d-bag
Very disappointed! When I called them to schedule a time to drop off my bike for service, they promised the world. I was told that someone would go over the the recommended 20000 miles maintenance report and recommendation plus a detailed diagnosis of the minor leak that I had ($120-$140 problem). 24hrs later they sent me a video to tell me that I needed a new front tire $243 and an entire stator replacement $411. When I said no, they asked me to pay a $64 diagnosis fee which nobody told me about in the first place. It would have been fair if the $64 fee was mentioned before or if they did anything to the bike at all, like a true diagnostic for example. In a nutshell, they wanted to take advantage of me and when I said no, I got penalized for it. I will never go back there to purchase anything!!
They have always been super helpful with whatever problems I've needed help with
Zack was very helpful on getting me on the bike of my dreams with success, Great service Overall had a great experience purchasing my new 2020 road glide.
I had contacted Bam over text for a used 18 CVO road glide that i was interested in and wanted to trade my 18 street glide. He answered all my questions and even gave me an estimate on how much i could expect for my trade which was pretty decent considering a trade in. He kept in touch with me even though i could not make my first appointment due to work.
Most important thing is he took my inquiry seriously even though i was not local and had to come from San Diego. Everyone at the dealership were friendly and worked really hard to get my business. Great job and great staff. Thank you.
Small harley, nice crew great rides. im docking it for no having much space and a pain to get in, and out
Out of the many wonderful staff in this dealership. Adam to me stands out the most. His exceptional customer service and professionalism is what brings me back to this shop. With multiple visits to this shop due to constant battery failures and a part recall. He always calls me with updates on the status of the bike. The day after I picked up the bike. I received a call from Adam to follow up on the bike. Outstanding.
Great store. Staff was very friendly, helpful and talkative. Even offered to check out their motorcycle museum - great stuff!
Nice shop, very large and the staff are very helpful and friendly
I live in Virginia, was out in California to visit my daughter and stopped by to get a tee-shirt,and check out the dealership, very cool people will visit again when I'm back in California.
Good experience people who work there treat you well
Great customer service. They sold my sister her first bike.
Very helpful, dave, russ and the finance girl and the rest of their staff are awesome advisors. They care for your safety and guide you towards the best choice of a motorcycle. Great vibe and the new bike owner celebration is cool too haha
Great service here and a ton of variety please be sure to check out this location for yourself soon.
Shady people had a used bike with obvious signs of being dropped. Which was not disclosed.
To qualify this post, I have spent money here. If the shop wants to call me out; I have ALL the receipts.
My issue is not with the dealership itself, but the people who work for them. I came into their establishment today for a parts manual (which is FREE). I was told, " I only have two boxes left; this is for those who buy motorcycles."
Well....since I am someone who has a Harley-I am an ACTIVE HOG member- I have spent THOUSANDS here, I am appalled that I cannot get a simple PARTS manual...which by the way I can get from ANY other HD dealer in CA other than GLENDALE Harley Davidson with no questions; trust me I have done it in southern CA- an not ONCE was I denied (Riverside HD, Fullerton HD, Laidlaw HD, Pomona HD and Quaid Harley Davidson) If they have them REGARDLESS if you are buying or not.
I get it- however, IF you bought a new HD...the last thing you are trying to do is go through the parts manual. Shame on you Glendale HD. I will no longer buy anything from you- I am sad to say but there are people you have employed there who will be your detriment.
UPDATE: There was a response from Glendale HD...apparently they did not read or comprehend my post. I was told there was manual...for those " who purchased bikes" . To me you HAVE them now. I just was not important enough...nor was I important enough for you to read an fully understand my post...what a shame.
Went there just to look at some bikes with no intention of buying them that day (I made sure I said that to Freddy, the salesman) and he was extremely nice, very informative, showed me and explained me a little bit about several different bikes. I'm definitely going back there when I'm ready to buy a bike because of him
Russ and Robbie are awesome ! Russ has just been so helpful since day one great guy. Robbie helped out get the deal I need that worked for me . Ask for Russ and Robbie !! These guys are amazing will help you with every step and offer the best deal !
Love Leon, Work's In Bike Sales!! He's A True Blue Old School Dude!! Go See Him If You're Looking!! But They're All Really Great Can't Go Wrong !!
Awesome service and a big selection of merch to choose from
service at glendale was great went there for a normal service. found out i had a bigger issue which i had no clue about but it was under warranty so i wasn't to upset about it. Zach was my tech for service and Tom and Frank all helped me out with my other issue when I came back. real good dudes. got my back bike and have no complaints. Ill be getting my service and work done there every time.
Absolutely love this dealership!!! Best customer service if you are looking for that new motorcycle! From Motorcycle gear to motorcycle!
Great customer service, nice selection of bikes and a beautiful accessory selection.
I have made a reservation 3 weeks ago to rent an Electra Glide for one day to ride around the area. My rental pick-up appointment was Saturday afternoon.
I got a call 2 days before my scheduled pick-up that they supposedly sold 20 of their bikes to Eagle Rider and now they are completely sold out for the next 2-3 months.
What I find hard to believe that this information just became available 2 days before my rental pick-up.
Good luck renting from this dealer!
Great Service Staff, very happy and did not stop until I was happy....GREAT JOB Glendale Harley!
Staff really friendly . Was helpful and the Ac was cool.
I did not purchase my Harley at Glendale, but I did take the Harley Rider Training course there. The class was excellent and the dealer staff could not have been more helpful. I got a great vibe from the dealer and wish I had purchased my bike there. The dealer I purchased my bike from has left a lot to be desired after the sale, but that's a different story...
Will definitely be using Harley of Glendale for all my needs in the future.
The perfect one stop shop for all your Harley Davidson motorcycle knees
Great place nice people... Needs better t-shirt selection
An extremely beautiful store with many HDs to look at a lot of accessories plenty of sales people to help you a very beautiful store I do not ride a Harley but I went there for boots the salesperson Sarah spent a lot of time with me talking about the boots she was very knowledgeable a very nice place to visit whether you ride a Harley Davidson or not well above everyone else's standards on shops I've been to so far
I moved back to LA from Palm Springs where I had a very close relationship with the team at PS Harley. It was a small, real people, family shop where I completely trusted their team both in skill and price. It's extremely stressful building trust with a new team. After a horrible experience at Huntington Beach Harley I was very jaded. Like many bikers I don't have time to learn how to repair bikes at home so I depend on the honesty of the shop which leaves me wide open to being ripped off.
Today I went into GHD to have a rusted set screw replaced. The labor was going to be around 125$ because it needed to be drilled out! about 10 min went by and Fabian in service came out and said the mechanic polished the rust off and it was good as new. They could have easily changed the screw, charged me 125$ and I would never have known the screw was totally salvageable THAT KIND OF HONESTY DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE! Thank you Fabian!
This store always has what I need, from clothing, accessories, and bikes. Their sales rack is still pretty pricy though.
The employees are friendly and helpful. Only there a few minutes and had 2 people ask me if I needed help finding anything. The softail rental I reserved was ready to go as soon as I showed up at 9:30 am. Good place, great people!
Great Academy! I took their New Rider course back in September with absolutely NO motorcycle experience.. I mean not even driving stick shift. Yet they start step-by-step and are very patient with first-time riders. Both classroom and course parts build on one another and the instructors can answer any questions and guide you each step. The group I trained with was very chill too. We had first time riders as well as veterans who just needed their license, and they happily shared their experiences with us new guys. I left feeling confident and just got my M1 license not long ago. Excited to start looking for my first bike!
My shocks failed on a cross-country ride. I called and spoke with Service. They didn't have the shocks I needed in stock, and told me the other dealerships in California that had them. I explained that I was a traveller and that I couldn't "call around" to look for shocks. I suggested that maybe since he had access to the Harley database, that he could call around and get the shocks from somewhere else. They said that he couldn't do that, but said that I could get my bike serviced when I came to town on a 'first come, first served' basis, as long as I found my own shocks to get installed.
So I went to another Harley in the area and they had a couple options of shocks available when I arrived, and they got them installed immediately. Done and back on the road.
I love Glendale California's Harley Davidson!
I love their programs and their people are beyond cool.
Hi five Harley stay safe y'all !
I recently purchased a brand new Harley Davidson at this location. Had a really good experience working with everyone there to make it happen. Luis was the biggest help of all considering he would follow up with me every once in a while for a whole year. That alone definitly earned my business and I live closer to two other dealers. I preferred Glendale because of his service. Leon and Bronko provided great service as well. Leon from showing me the motorcycle all the way through delivery. Answered all my questions as well. Bronko made all the numbers and the hassle of it real simple. Thanks again! Will definitly buy my next bike from Glendale and will be referring people I know.
I love this place. They're all friendly and courteous
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Russell and everyone else were very patient and accommodating in my process to buy my first Harley and I really appreciate it. He took me on several test rides and talked me through the pros and cons of each and it really helped me find a bike i love. Thanks guys!
Absolutely cannot recommend this place. Do not trust them they will try to take advantage of you on interest rates.
I LOVE COMING HERE im a new rider in the works .. went to look at some motorcycles back in august .. its january .. and i just gatta say LEON...hes a dope guy helps alot gives very good tips and advice never felt any pressure for anything everytime i go always a happy environment im anti social AF but here i love to talk to them haha and BIANCA nices sweetest person very wise !!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. They help me find the exact bike I was looking and worked with me to get me a great deal. I have been going to Glendale Harley for years, to get my previous Harley serviced, for parts, and gear, and I've always had a great experience.
Fun to visit and see all the bright clean new motorcycles, but beat of all you can load up on harley hate and clothes and merchandise! Great gifts for people who are visiting from other countries too.
These dudes are great! worked with me over a month to find me the right bike. If you're looking for a new or used Harley Davidson this is the spot for you. Ask for Luis!!! he's the man!!
Good dealer, good service, super attentive, they speak Spanish.! I found the spare parts you request. !!
I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my life, but this experience was something special. Vincent who was my sales representative was patient with me the entire time. I came in not knowing very much about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and he was patient and walked me through and let me see it on every single like I wanted to. He kept me updated on the motorcycle that I wanted until I could come back to purchase it. They sent me information to my phone and inbox about the bike to make sure I made the best choice. When I went to actually purchase my motorcycle, gray helped me through the financial process. They made it fun with a game of poker where I got to go to each of the Departments and learn about the services provided by Harley-Davidson Glendale. I even won a free shirt! After my purchase was complete, the entire Personnel got together and celebrated my purchase. I felt extremely welcome. Before I left, Vincent went over the safety features of the motorcycle in general operation for me. It was an amazing experience
They asked me to fill out their survey... This is what I had to say:
I felt like I got the runaround in a major way and that the assistant service manager (Lee) wasn't really interested in me or my Buell AT ALL.
I kept having to call to follow-up after experiencing longer than expected periods of silence, and when I reached him, it seemed like he was totally unprepared to discuss the current state of the work order and made dubious sounding excuses involving his personal life/affairs (as if it matters to me) which is VERY unprofessional and a BIG no-no in Customer Service. Furthermore, I couldn't get a straight answer out of him to some of my questions regarding what they had/had not done. After several months of getting virtually NOTHING done, I finally had enough and retrieved the motorcycle which I am having serviced elsewhere.
The only positive is that they didn't try to charge me for storage. That would have been adding injury to insult.
The unfortunate truth is that I pretty much expected this treatment since H-D has kicked Buell to the curb. It has cemented my resolve to never, EVER, purchase another H-D product again. In fact, I did just buy a Yamaha FJR1300ATC (in Galaxy Blue) a few weeks ago and have already put over 1,700 miles on it. I subsequently test rode (what a concept) an Aprilia RSV4 APRC ABS and intend to add one to my stable eventually... Unless the price on the new EBR 1190RX has come down a bit when I'm ready to buy.
Considering my tastes and the product line offered by H-D, I guess it was unlikely I would be interested in any of your outmoded and over-priced junk anyway.
Awesome experience. Came in for test rides. Peter was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Other staff and floor manager was very forthcoming with advice and information to help me decide.
Twice i was charged extra when i went to pay the quoted price over the phone, it was extra when i went to pay my quoted price at the service desk.
I will not return to have my sportster worked on again.
A home away from home... Loved the demos and even rode a trike!
I am very satisfied with service, Freddy was perfect
