The people and staff are ALWAYS super friendly and full of information. I will continue to keep coming back to this establishment because its the best Ive EVER seen :-)

Rented a 2017 Street glide, even came with a stage one kit.. price was super reasonable. bike was amazing! Frank in the service department was awesome! I will definitely be buying my next bike from here!

No one in the garage could tell me where the fuse box in a 2017 iron 883 was.
They are mechanics for God's sake, I'm very disappointed.

They know their stuff...a friend and I have purchased a lot of accessories thru them...and they have a lot of bikes to admire!

Honestly my experience was great for me but as for my wife no one guy was speaking to her about shirts asking her name and just flirting my wife was only there because i like motorcycle not once did he ask my name or help me my wife felt uncomfortable that he wouldnt even ask her name because it lead from tshirts very unprofessional they need to train there staff better on handling situations with women seriously

They were nice and friendly when they answered my questions. It feels like they make you part of a family of riders

I had an excellent experience at Harley-Davidson of Glendale. Zack sold me a BEAST of a bike, a 2019 Harley-Davidson Heritage Classic FLHC 114. That was my first HD. They flew me from San Francisco to SoCal. I met the complete staff, the manager and the rest of the staff treated me as part of the family. I had a complete tour of the dealership, including their museum of vintage Harley-Davidson and Indian motorcycles. RLTW

Do not buy pre-paid service, they don't keep accurate accounting and they will not refund surplus funds. The service itself is hit or miss, not what i expect from Harley. Why pay extra for HD to service the is sub-par, there are many alternatives available in the area.
I will not use them again.

I called Glendale Harley in the morning and verified that they had a part that I wanted in stock. I spoke with Harlan in the parts department and he verified that they had the backrest that I wanted in stock and that he would set it aside with my name on it. He never mentioned that it needed a mounting bracket and after riding 45 minutes to the dealership I spoke with Alicia in the parts department. She retrieved the box with the backrest in it and I specifically asked her if all the mounting hardware was in the box. She told me that it was. When I got home and opened the box the mounting hardware was missing. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with Harlan. He said that Alicia made a mistake and the mounting hardware was sold separately. I asked them to ship it to me at their expense and I would pay for the hardware. Harlan said he spoke to the manager and they declined to pay for the shipping. I just spent over $2000.00 in service at this dealership and they wouldnt pop for a $10.00 shipping cost. I went to my local dealership and purchased the part. ($43.00). I will never shop at Glendale Harley again, I cant believe that they would sacrifice customer relations for a $10.00 shipping cost when it was their error that caused it.

I wanted to share my comment because I had an experience, I bought a motorcycle there and when I took it to service they discriminated against me because I digested, leave the motorcycle, we checked it and then we talked to you, a week passed and they did not call me and I called them and when I called to ask them that if my motorcycle was ready they answered me no that what was the problem with the motorcycle when I already explained Lesbia that the carburetor was dirty and that it was pulling and turning off when I left it the first day and that I They did an oil change, that's what I told the person who received the motorcycle, but when I go to pick it up, I didn't have an oil change, nor had they checked anything.And that same day, it took three hours for him to They could change the oil and for having it parked for a week and for changing me to the Seyte they charged me $ 170 for the bath, the one who attended me answered that if I was not happy with the service, he would take me to my motorcycle that is how they treated me and I had to bring my broken motorcycle As I took it that way they gave it to me they did not want to put their hands on my motorcycle not all employees are the same there are people who have treated me very well there but this time the people who gave me the service for the motorcycle I was discriminated against for that reason I wanted to comment I know that everything does not happen to them and it will happen to them but there is always one and that was me

Best Harley dealership I've been to, period. It's small but staff are super friendly and you can find pretty much anything you need as far as clothing, accessories, parts and services.

Freddy is my go to man and he's always super friendly and open to resolving any questions we might have regarding the bikes.

Ask if you can visit their Harley museum! It's a small spot on top of their warehouse but they have some pretty awesome bikes there.

Richard always takes care of us when we rent and we've had no problems whatsoever.

Free coffee and some snacks are offered in their little lounge and restrooms are always clean.

All in all, this is the best Harley dealer I've visited so far and I will continue to purchase my bikes here.
