Sarah was great he picked out some great boots unfortunately they did not have them in my size but Sarah's customer service was great

I've always had a great experience with Harley-Davidson of Glendale from there service department, parts department, and sales department they've always been the best.

Great place to buy stuff there. The people were helpful and friendly. If you needed parts they either have it or they can get it. Service on you machine isn't as good as yesterday's and very costly now. I do my own tune-ups and oil changes now.

I will be honest I was a bit nervous going into the dealership only because I had never stepped into one before. The gentleman who goes by the name Rock n Roll Russ, greeted my friend and I politely and courteously. He made sure that we sat on any of the bikes we were interested in, and that they had available there. On top of that he even showed us the used inventory in the garage they have out back which was really cool. It showed us that he wanted us to know we have options when it comes to purchasing a bike. Everyone from the sales team to the parts/accessories are helpful. Without a doubt I recommend anyone to go in.

The treatment I received from everyone there was like nothing I've experienced before such kindness and respect and not to mention the best Harley Davidson test ride ever at sunset through Griffith Park cursing through the Christmas season Happy New Year HD and thanks again for the spin see ya soon!

There is not enough words to describe how amazing this dealership is. For starters, Brandon the salesman is beyond knowledgeable when it comes to the bikes. He sold me my first Harley and every step of the way was pressure free and answered all questions. Next the manager Grey, another blessing if your looking to buy your first bike. She explained everything down to the last detail with everything I signed. I walked away very confident knowing the deal I had received.

Three months after buying my bike I experienced my first mechanical issues (which later turned out to be just needing a new battery). My bike wouldn t start and being that I never owned anything other than a car, my first instinct was to call HOG. Long story short my bike got towed to the nearest dealer for a diagnostic only for them to call me saying that they could not even look at my bike until mid-December and had to pay the tow truck to return my bike or pay storage fee with them. In anger and curiosity, I called Glendale Harley and spoke with Daniel (another great guy) he apologized for the inconvenience and walked me through every step of the way even scheduled a pick up at my house. In the end my bike got a new battery and they even sent me a video from the shop explaining everything to me and walking me through the bike which I though was beyond amazing.

All in all, Glendale Harley is the best dealership not just in sales but all around. Their staff are honest and direct and provide any clarification that is needed. If your looking for a new bike or fix the one you have, Glendale Harley is the place to go!

After having a really bad experience with Huntington Harley, decided to drive to Glendale Harley what a difference. To bad I live to car to come get all my part from this dealer. I really recommend them

I just want to say everyone was very nice and polite. I also want to give a special shout out to Rich for being kind and showing us the private collection and some of the amazing history Glendale has with Harley-Davidson.

I rented a HD Street Glide this weekend from the Glendale Harley Davidson shop. Despite, the craziness of Labor Day weekend w hefty load of customers, I received a very pleasant and friendly welcome from "Pat" is the rental section of store. He is calm, cool, fun and extremely detail oriented with his delivery of the motorcycles. He instructs both the basics and advanced nuances of each bike.
If you want or need to rent a Harley, this is the place to go. I highly recommend them!!

Class store.
Not as big as Las Vegas or San Diego, but everything is there what your heart desires.
The boss then showed us his small private museum in his workshop.
Again super friendly the dealer, no comparison to our German Harley dealers.

Honestly only have positive things to say about this place. Everyone was super welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate. The purchase process was absolutely seamless. Huge shootout to Robby, Bam, and Rich!

I had a bad experience with this dealership's service department. I brought in my bike and told the service advisor who took care of me to check a couple things for me ( rear brakes, inspect/adjust a couple things, adjust the steering head bearings and do fluids ) and figure out as to why the bike was running lean because I had just changed the spark plugs which they were completely white. In addition, I deliberately told him to check for anything else that the bike may need and I'd take care of it then and there. After the service was done and completed he told me, everything is well and fine , and with that I took off. As i was leaving however I noticed a sound as I was rolling the throttle to move, however did not think much of it since the advisor just told me everything was fine. Well, I took a trip to Sacramento and went to Temecula Harley Davidson to buy a windshield. The first thing I noticed was that my rear brakes were already starting the fade on my way to SacTown. Second, while I was at Temecula HD I passed by a motorcycle shop where their technicians noticed the sound and offered to take a look for free . They quickly found out there were two nuts missing from my rear exhaust and fixed it ;they also noted that this has the potential to ruin my exhaust gaskets considering how hard I was riding without them and that I should have them checked out and replaced. Also it was a major SAFETY ISSUE !!!!! With that information, I was livid on account that I had just taken the bike into the shop and deliberately told the service advisor to make sure everything was ok. After speaking with the sales manager and service manager they only offered to take a look at the bike but after this experience I just did not trust them with my vehicle and if I were you I would not either. Something could have seriously gone wrong, and they should've replaced those parts regardless , on part of their negligence , I would/may have to deal with the future repair costs. Careful who you trust with your bike.

Jon and Marco are always helpful in the Parts department at this dealership. They are great associates and excel in their customer service skills.

Had everything I was looking for. The girls at the front were so helpful. One in particular, forgot her name, helped so much and wrapped my gifts for Christmas. I love it there.

I recently moved outta town, up to Oregon, but was here to rent a bike so I could ride with my buddy for the day. Unfortunately, Glendale was the closest place to where I was staying for bikes to rent. So worth it! Jakub (& Pat) were so awesome and helpful, in spite of the mass mob of a foreign ((not that that's a bad thing!)) touring group just returning but they pretty much did take over the dealership! It was also a big demo weekend, plus other customers as well. To me, it appeared to be complete chaos. However, it seemed as tho the more crazy it got, the Friendlier the staff became! Amazing, they were all terrific and as helpful as they could be - like I said, in spite of it all! Thank you, so very much, for getting me set up on a great ride - I had a Terrific time with my best buddy! No doubt, I'll do this again - especially while it's raining up there and I'm in dire need of a fair-weathered ride. *I even had to keep the bike an extra day, as I fell ill and wasn't up to riding 100mi to return it. Best HD dealership Ever!

Far & away my favorite Harley dealership. I've had some horrible experiences with several other dealerships as I ride my bikes hard & often. But everyone at this dealership has gone been nothing but super helpful & friendly. This is the ONLY dealership I will let touch my bike & would be my first choice for any purchases.

I have been doing business with Glendale Harley-Davidson since 2006. I have purchased two motorcycles at GD HD and have had both serviced at the dealership. The entire crew from the sales, finance, service, parts and motor clothes departments are terrific.

GD HD is committed to community and charity vis-a-vie Love Ride and other charity events that the dealership supports/sponsors. GD HD also sponsors Golden State Harley Owners Group, GD HD may not be the largest dealership but size doesn't always translate into a better experience.

Fabian and the crew at Glendale HD are the best! We were recently on a trip and unexpectedly needed a new tire. They got us a new tire, did a check on the bike and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours! We can t thank them enough! We were able to finish our ride with very little down time and no more issues! We highly recommend them for any of your HD needs!

Went back to GHD to get myself a real Harley Cadillac. A team of super cool professionals made this happen. This dealership has some of the most genuine, honest and sincere staff.

BIG, Big shout out to my boy Brandon Reed. Brandon knew about my interest and he's been keeping me in the loop for over a year. The FLTRXSE is a rare commodity and its definitely competitive out there to get your hands on one. But Brandon did his due diligence. He knew when the time came, I was going to be all in. Checking in with me, providing updates and then finally when that awesome truck showed up last week, he sent me a cool video of the spaceship being unloaded off the truck. Clearly he foresaw my name written all over it!

I also want to show my appreciation for Robby who fought valiantly with HDFS to get me a great deal. Without his call to the company and convincing words of my continued, strong business with H-D, this deal would not have been possible. He got it done!!!

Then there's the Queen of the lot, Grey. Grey has my (and your) back. That's all I am going to say. Well maybe not! Haha! I have so much to add about Grey! She walked me through all the paperwork while suggesting the right options to protect and add ample coverage to my new motorcycle. No up-selling! Just honesty. Grey is patient, extremely sweet, kind and professional. I am so glad I get to continue working with her on my H-D purchase(s). Last year she helped me get a great deal on an extended CNA warranty, which by the way is an absolute must.

Lastly I want to thank GM Daniel for assembling an awesome team of thorough professionals who will work with you and make your H-D dreams come true!! Of course, the man himself Oliver who sits at the top of this awesome org. I can vouch for them as a customer who's got six years of continued relationship with this dealership that has fostered and only grown deeper with time.

Most Harley Davidson shops you walk into are populated with workers who love motorcycles. That make you feel at home and you feel like you belong there. This place is one of my favorites. The bike culture is alive and well here. The employees are incredible, no pressure and are there to help you out. They have a motorcycle rental program which is pretty cool. Especially if you're looking to buy but would like to spend a date test-driving you might just get lucky and find that they have the model you're looking for as a rental.

Zach from sales and the ENTIRE Harley Davidson of Glendale team were AMAZING in helping me buy my first Harley Davidson to be able to ride alongside my husband. A passenger no longer!

great motorcycle academy program. they offer a 2 or 3 day program. super friendly team. the course is very easy and they help you with absolutely any questions. the process is a breeze. they even keep up with you after the program for any needs, great service.

The store is beautiful. You can find variety of jackets and accessories for men and women. Only reason for 1 star knocked down is that the ladies tops are not that good quality but very pricey.

I have to leave this review because I am blown away by the exceptional service I received at a Harley dealership of all places. I haven't spent much time at other dealerships but I don't plan on it since there isn't a need. Rich in the service department and the entire team at Glendale Harley Davidson are nothing but hard working, good hearted individuals. Their knowledge and exceptional service have restored my faith in big companies. Rich guided me step by step in repairing my XL1200N leaving no stone unturned. When there was an opportunity to save me money, he took it, pushing my bike through the repair process amongst the 50 other bikes until it was finished. I can't say enough about everyone I've encountered, from the counter staff, to the mechanics to the GM Daniel himself, everyone has been nothing but courteous and kind. If you're having doubts, swing by and shake a hand or two, my guess is you'll be as happy as I when you leave. Someone give Rich a raise!!

Rented a bike for almost a week and everything went perfect. Richard and the rest of the staff were super helpful and accommodating of us and made sure our trip went perfect. Highly recommend if you are traveling in the area and need to rent a bike!

One of the least helpful places I've dealt with in terms of customer service. From the initial phone operator, to the people in the service department, just an all-around mess with zero regard to the customer. I can't speak to the work they do or their pricing (nor their actual bike sales), just how they answer questions and treat their clients. They will not be fixing my bike and I'd think twice about having them work on yours, if their phone manners are any indication of mechanical service.

I took my bike to this place for the 1k mile service and encounter Very Friendly Staff but... I left my machine "spotless & damage free except for a minor thing on the front fender." Well, I got the bike back full of greasy prints all over, and with the horn cover slightly scratched, I found this out while I was cleaning it before I parked it again. For $404. I paid, I believe the bike should I've been spotless and without damage no matter how minor. Little details like these, speak volumes about a place or a person in my book... I don't think I will be coming back to this dealership.

This place is way too expensive and the staff there got no customer service skills I would never go back to that Harley-Davidson store you think everybody's a thief that has tattoos and they just are really really rude and the prices are ridiculous out the roof but don't go there find yourself a better store to go to this place sucks.
