Top notch dealership. We were greeted as we looked at bikes outside and the variety of new and used was great. Ride for most any price range.
Used the parts desk on this visit and were always courteous and accommodating even for small parts.

I bought a BEAUTIFUL bike from this dealership jus...

I bought a BEAUTIFUL bike from this dealership just over a week ago. Michelle and I talked over the phone and set the numbers. I came in from San Antonio a few days later after a couple of conversations with Alex. I walked in the door and Alex called out my name and greeted me at the door. How awesome is that to be welcomed in and made to feel at home? There are only 2 things I can say about the experience that I didn't like.

1. They knew I was coming and the paperwork wasn't complete.
2. The bike wasn't cleaned up, I CHOOSE to believe because it was only 36 degrees and they didn't want it sitting in the cold after a fresh wash.

I decided to have it put on my truck instead of riding it back in that weather. Kelly was so awesome she called the Gruene Harley (dealer close to me) to see if they would remove it from my truck. Without hesitation they agreed and were waiting for me when I got there. I only had 2 straps with me a dark haired gentlemen with braces and another gentlemen who appeared to be in a supervisory position worked their tails off in order to ensure the bike was secure. The supervisor went as far as to get and place a tire at the head of my bed to ensure my bike fender didn't get scratched. I wish I had a picture to show you all. I left and went up the street to get some extra straps and was called by Alex basically looking for me and told me he wanted to place the bike in transport mode I said I would be right back. I drove up and he was actually standing outside waiting for me, remember it was freaking 36 degrees out there, and all he had on was a thin hoody. the dark haired gentlemen saw us out there and without hesitation secured the bike with additional straps for me. that bike rode 4 hours on the back of my truck traveling in excess of 80 mph and didn't move an inch. Lastly, Alex presented me with a Gremlin bell, which if you know anything about it them they are gifted in friendship to ward evil road spirits not by dealership. All in all I would have to say my experience was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I came into contact with.

I recently bought a 2015 Harley Davidson Breakout from Dallas Harley Davidson and couldn't have been more impressed or pleased with the overall process. Jordanne, Josh, Cam and Bryan were amazing and a true pleasure to work with. I live about 370 miles from the dealership and when I took the bike they messaged me the next day to make sure I made it home safe and I was enjoying the bike. I have never had any dealership of any kind contact me to ask if I had made it back home safe after the deal was done and done. Extremely impressed with this place and will definitely be back. They will definitely be hearing from me when it's time to trade in and by another.

Customer service is terrible. Sent in a credit application, got a call back asking for my check stubs. Sent those in and never got a call back. Waited two days and asked for an update on the credit application and still never got a call back or even a response email. How do you expect to get new customers? No way I'll spend my money here, cash or credit, if you can't treat me well. Even if my credit sucks that doesn't mean it's my only option. If I fixed my credit or got cash I would never spend it here just from the experience of being ignored by your sales team. Guy that was supposed to be helping me is named Joshua. There are so many other Motorcycle stores in Dallas, shop elsewhere. I will.

This dealership seems to be incapable of coming up...

This dealership seems to be incapable of coming up with the same number twice when trying to sell a bike. The sticker price on the bike I wanted was changed once we got inside to several thousand dollars more. The discount prices were changed along with the amount offered for my bike trade in although the finance guy tried saying the prices didn t change. (Although they text me the deals which clearly shows that they can t keep their numbers straight). The are crooked and not trustworthy and I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. Indian was so much easier to deal with and the numbers weren t changed every five minutes in order to try to confuse or insult someone.

Sticker was 16 and change with a discount making it 14 and change.

I visited Dallas Harly Davidson today and started out talking with Chris about new bikes and he was super informative and a super nice guy to hang out with while I was there and then went upstairs and met savannah and she was super helpful on apparel and even help me pick out a new pair of sunglasses and my wife a new HD t-shirt, so when the time comes to purchase my new bike I will definitely be back here to look up Chris and Savannah for help.

Bought my first Harley today and I can't tell you what an amazing experience I had. My salesperson Chris Nihan was absolutely amazing. I came to see one bike and I left with another that Chris showed me. I cant even explain the joy I had when I left. I live in Houston and my husband bought his harley in Houston and now he says he will by his next bike from here because not only was the customer service superb, everyone who worked there was genuinely happy for me and they made this experience extremely enjoyable. If you want or are even thinking of buying a Harley, please go see Chris and the staff at Dallas Harley they are AMAZING!!!!!

Purchased my first CVO from Dallas Harley-Davidson last night. Lance helped me with the sale and Nick helped hammer out all the details. The parts department was outstanding in the purchase and explanation of the my detachable tour pak and hardware. I cannot say enough about the customer service my wife and I were given in this process. I told them what I expected and the entire team exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for parts, sales, or service.

I have been employed here for nearly 13 years and that should speak volumes of the environment. Every place can have "ups and downs", but I will always give my best for my customers. This is how I feed my growing family! I have to do a good job or they will starve :p! Seriously, come and get to know the staff and regular customers and you will see how much of a family atmosphere we instill. Here's to 2018 and new ownership!

I have been to this place many many times.. I know...

I have been to this place many many times.. I know one of the first mechanics this store ever had. Things are not the same.. Service is nowhere it used to be.. I do have to give props to those who handle the store front from merchandising to sales of said merchandise.. Great and honest people.. Now, I call on Friday to discuss a tire change and store hours for the following day(Saturday). Get told about the first come first serve etc etc.. Show up around 845-900.. Ask how long it would take.. get asked if I d be staying or would I be dropping it off and coming back.. (weird) Either way, our final discussion was that it would be before 1200.. ok, that s cool. I plan my morning around that.. hadn t received a call by noon.. so I call to ask if it s ready.. then get told that they got slammed.. would be an hour and a half.. cool, whatever.. get a call two hours later being told that while the mechanic had my tire off during balancing it looked as if I needed new bearings.. 72+ for the bearings and 75 for the labor.. I respond with no and we move on.. Finally get a call back at 4:06 stating it was ready.. Holy hell.. this situation stressed me out to a point where I ll do what my intention was in the beginning.. First off, I m a mechanic.. and being a mechanic I m super hesitant about taking my vehicles anywhere.. haven t taken my vehicle to a shop in over 15 years.. One thing I cannot do.. is a tire mount and balance on my Harley.. everything else.. piece of cake.. My original plan was to take it off myself and to a mom and pop or smaller locale that I have always done previously.. I took the direction to just go to Harley from a 30 year customer(of Harley not just this locale) He was even taken back at the price of the tire change.. Simple standard Tire.. can purchase online (which is what I normally do) 129.. same price at the mom and pops .. same exact tire. Wld spend another 40 bucks to get the job done.. to leave Harley for a 300 all day, tire purchase mount and balance.. and spent another 100 upfront.. with the thought of trying to support each portion of this company.. I will in the future no longer bring my bike to this place or any other Harley store.. I will continue to support the merchandising aspects of this store but the trust from the back is gone.. I want nothing for free nor do I need an apology.. it s allll good.. I ll simply continue to support the local mom and pop establishments around town.. FYI, next time y all want to hide a piece of paper taped to your counter that describes the discounted prices on tires.. DO NOT cover it with a small half skull helmet.. yes, I took a pic and put the helmet back where y all left it.. Just remove the piece of paper .. makes it look suspect.. dishonest.. I m sure this will be dismissed but for me it s a lesson learned and ultimately an understanding for those who do their research.. Keep it mom and pop service and do as much as you can yourself. Again, I will continue to support the store front..Take care!

Great staff and awesome inventory. Gonna get me a three wheeled beast. Being disabled I wasn't sure if I could ever ride again and these guys helped me see that riding is still a very real possibility. Now, I just gotta come up with the cash.

Here are the Issues that I have with Dallas Harley...

Here are the Issues that I have with Dallas Harley Davidson in Garland Texas. First and foremost I have had nothing but bad experiences at the service level of this Dealership. My 1st experience was a relocation of my turn signals and license plate. When getting my bike back I didn't get 5 miles and 1 of the turn signals was hanging off the bike. Service found that they had stripped the threads on the signal and it had to be replaced. (I didn't have a big issue with that as mistakes happen) My second issue was that I had just over 2,000 miles on my bike and found abnormal wear on the brake and throttle cables and I was approached by a young lady in service that was pleasant and showed concern as I hadn't had the bike but for about 2 months at that time. At that time Jesse an Assistant Service Manager started giving her grief in a rude manner for taking care of the issue. In fact Jesse's comment to me is that it was a Harley thing and that those cables were going to do that. (He seemed reluctant to want to take care of it and told me it was going to do it again) I really did not feel he even wanted to come up with a solution nor seemed to want to take the time to calmly deal with it. It took roughly a Month for them to even get it into the shop for repairs as cables were on back order I was told. In any event during that time I started hearing a Howling noise from my bike and started getting concerned as it at times would get very loud if I traveled very far, so when checking to see if my cables had come in I brought this up to Tim and notes were taken and he said that they would look at it when I had the cables done. ( OK no problem ) Anyway the Howling seemed to get worse so I started checking Harley forums to see if others were having similar issues and there were different items from a belt being to tight to other issues with primary and brakes. So back to the dealership I went as the Bike was making the noise and I had checked the Belt which seemed too tight and I also noticed that I had a blue ring on the rotor and that the Nut & Rotor itself was extremely hot. On that day I meet Zach in the service department and I must say that he was helpful and very intuitive. In fact Zach took the time to notice himself that the belt felt tight and that the rotor was way too hot. So I made arrangements and my bike was left with them. They changed the cables and I was told that they could not get the Bike to do the Howling after 5 miles and I again let them know that it seemed to do this Howling when I took longer rides. In any event they kept it for another day and said they could not get the Bike to do the Howling Noise. This was very confusing to me as there was no doubt this was happening. So while I was there I seen Zach again and told him the story and once again he looked at the Bike and we noticed that the belt must of been adjusted as it was not near as tight as it was. (Which was not noted on my paperwork) So when asking about it I was told that the guy in service probably checked it and adjusted as needed. (OK than why not note it, this very well could of been the problem) Anyway I had also checked and found that this could very well cause the issue with the back brake and the bluing of the rotor that had abnormal groves and such in it for not having very many miles on it. At this point I asked about why nothing was done and got nothing but lame answers. In short not 2 days went by and I took the Bike out and ended up on the pavement when the Brake locked and sent me for an accident. I now really came to the conclusion that I can't trust the service department that makes changes and don't note them and than makes no effort to change abnormally worn parts. I can't feel that this is not part of the reason as I feel without a doubt the back brake was an issue and a contributing factor of the accident. It's a shame that there are good people like Zach and the young lady that initially helped me there that have to put up with rude and distasteful remarks.(This does not show care for the customer)

Went to Harley with some friends to get them a new bike, I had my two little ones with me. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure to listen to my complaints about a different Harley location and gave sympathy for what happened. She also explained that will not happen with her or the Garland location. Kristi gave my little boy a balloon since it was Saint Patricks Day, and interacted with him instead of ignoring him. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of and to get my business there. "
