Top notch mechanics and friendly management and sales staff

My mom and dad come here all the time. The owner let me sit in his big truck one day becausei think it is cool. My little brother wanted to buy the yellow volkswagen. My mom and dad always say nice things and are happy. Bob always smiles and he fixes our vans.

Dont give this man business run him outta town sells lemons and lies to get trade ins at slavage prices

Just traveling through and had a clutch cable break on my Indian Chief, they had me in the shop and back on the road that day. Price and service excellent. Before leaving the area I went back to give them some more business I had planned on doing after I got home.

Before I went to prison, I left Bob with $3,400 of my hard-earned money and a 109"S&S engine and tranny that he rebuilt for me himself when I blew it up. The engine and tranny were over $6,000. I have done a lot of business with Bob. I have sent a lot of money his way. Now I get out of prison and I'm having hard times anybody who's been there knows this so I need my money back and I want my engine and transmission back. When Bob found out, he ran to the Walmart and sent me $500 which I needed badly and I thought he was going to be a stand-up guy and give me the rest of what was mine. He hasnt, he's ripped me off, he's a piece of human excrement. I told him I needed the money two get my children back . He won't answer my calls he won't return my messages. Dont ever believe his stories of gun violations and weapons crimes. I know what you did Bob I know why you went to prison. What else do you do this day and age when a man steals so much from you. Give a Google review of him I guess that's all you can do. I'm thousands of miles away. I can't go get it I'm on parole and he knows this, if I did I would just end up going back to prison. Bob is a scammer and a fake and a phony who will rob you if you fall on Hard Times. You want to steal all that I had left in the world when I got out of prison Bob? You know when a man gets out he has nothing or even less than nothing. Low down dirty rotten scoundrel anybody does business with this man you deserve what you get which might be stand up and right on one day but the next he'll steal the cane from off a blind man. What could be lower than to steal from a man who has nothing? Steal from a man who thought you were his friend and trusted you with almost $15,000 worth of Steel horsepower torque and money? Oh he's a virtuoso with them wrenches, but I'm telling You who he really is.

Said they would look at my car on Monday. One week later I came in on Tuesday and said they didn't want to work on it. Wasted my time, and lied to me. Very unprofessional.

Whenever I have the need to do business with Independent Performance I do so without hesitation or reservation as the owner has consistently stood by both his work and word over the years. I have entrusted Bob and Mike to work on all my vehicles for some time now. From metric bikes to Harley's and import cars to heavy duty diesel trucks, I have as of yet to be disappointed and as such Independent Performance has earned my loyalty.

I not going to lie and tell you Bob has the best customer skill services I have ever seen. Bob has little patience for drama or the ridiculous low -ball offers that all used car salesmen and / or auto mechanics must routinely get. He is not out to cheat the customer and as such expects the same from those who he deals with. All of the vehicles I have purchased from him I found to be listed at a fair price and held no costly surprises after the sale.

If you are in need of a new vehicle or repairs for your current vehicle I strongly suggest you give Independent Performance a call.

Owner went WAY out of his way to get us back on the road when we were passing through there from out of state and only asked for $20 labor plus parts! Paid him more than he asked for his outstanding service and understanding of our situation. Wish we had someone this stand up in my town!!

Bought A 2004 Chevy Duramax Asked them about the injectors and they told me they were perfectly healthy so I took them at there word but a few month later the injectors started blowing the bluesh white smoke from the injectors... I wouldn t ever buy from them again!!!!

Four years ago we had an engine problem that would've ruined our trip and the team at Independent dropped what they were doing, fixed us up and we got on the road with just a small issue they repaired cheaply and honestly.
This week we were up on the trails, got a flat we couldn't fix on our own, and the only shop that again saved our week was Bob and the team at Independent!

Sorry I have to rate this business a 1.
Found the vehicle I wanted.
Bob-Corey, did not honor advertised craigslist price of July 13th..said it was an error..oh well. Drove vehicle anyway, seemed to run okay..I bought it..duh!!! Paid $501 more than advertised price.

Drive back to Seattle...less than 48 hours later, engine light came on..took to local shop and $710 later, it is now fixed up and running good.
Spoke to Bob, to see if we could make a deal and reimburse $310, no way he said,.he ultimately hung up on me when I indicated I could not recommend his dealership.
Buyer beware!

Don't do business with these people. They're rude and unprofessional and I doubt their honesty. I wouldn't give them any stars but apparently I have to give at least one in order to post this.

The whole crew at Bobs treat me and my family very well. They know what it takes to run a business properly and how to treat customers with respect and honor. We have been customers for quite a few years and look forward to our interactions with them every time and take comfort in knowing that we are welcomed with open arms and are always treated fairly.

Couple years ago sold me a 2007 duramax Lbz said it had original miles and healthy and said it was untouched by tuning. I trusted their intel... I was a local. Later after many cold air days I took to Chevy dealer shop in town and determined it had blown head and previous tuning that was misused plus 250000 miles more then what was on odometer... replaced odometer. I was in the hole with the truck cost 10000to fix and I was hosed. So I to the people who run this show i want to let you know i saved up to get this ride. For work and have young kids at time..you hit me with a low blow... I signed the papers I should have just done my research I know... but i took you bob for a.honest man

Cory and Robert are awesome . They not only helped get us financed, but the payment was lower then we thought and when I went to pick up the title registration they handed me my plates .no dmv line for me .Thanks a ton I will be doing business with you for a long time .
