Went to Harley with some friends to get them a new bike, I had my two little ones with me. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure to listen to my complaints about a different Harley location and gave sympathy for what happened. She also explained that will not happen with her or the Garland location. Kristi gave my little boy a balloon since it was Saint Patricks Day, and interacted with him instead of ignoring him. Kristi went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of and to get my business there. "
