Great experience at Appleton H-D!! I purchased a used bike and the sales team along with everybody else couldn't of been more helpful and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a used bike from Appleton HD. It was a great experience. Gabe and Heather made the process very easy by answering all of my questions, setting up test rides and handling all of the paperwork. It was seamless. I would highly recommend this dealership and I am looking forward to being part of the family so to speak.

I went to Harley Davidson dealership to get training from the riding Academy. I've never riden a motorcycle before or done a clutch. Tom and Kief the instructors were awesome. They taught me so much and everybody at the store is just amazing. I think everybody should take a course there!

So glad I traveled the extra 30 miles to Appleton from Green Bay. A friend recommended talking to Jennie about looking for a bike. Jennie took the time to size me up for a bike that would fit me better, even thou it was less expensive than the one I went to see. Looking forward to take classes at the new riding academy this spring Great store and staff.

I ordered a simple thottle cable on a Monday and was told it would be there on Thursday didn't show up. I call back today on Friday and nope still not here. Now they said Monday... MAYBE... What a joke. I could have spent $8 more and got it next day delivery from a online vendor. I will never make the mistake again dealing with this location. I recommend everyone go to Doc's Harley Davidson instead. I will be from now on. Way to drop the ball Appleton Harley Davidson.

I had a great experience at Appleton HD. I shopped 3 dealerships in total. They sold me the exact bike I was looking at the other 2 stores for a much lower price. The people and process were both the best that I have experienced. Thank you to Brian, Josh and all the nice folks I met.

Appleton Harley Davidson is the best Harley dealership I ve ever been in. Joe was so nice and knowledgeable about every bike I had questions about. Joe made me and my wife feel like we were a part of his family from the time we walked in until the time we left the dealership. If you want a motorcycle do not hesitate to go into Appleton Harley Davidson and do yourself a favor and find Joe.

I've had a couple bad experiences here with service and sales. There are plenty of other Harley dealers around, there is no need to use this one.

Appleton Harley Davidson is the best, all of the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I can't wait to partake in their riding Academy this spring. Abbi in motorclothes always points me (or Luke!) in the direction of the newest ladies merchandise!

Customer service is Great. Very pricey but it is a HD store!! Prefer Docs in Shawno but still can't drive by HD in Appleton without taking a look!!

Good store with sales people who seem to actually care. My only issue is after they finish selling something to you they seem checked out, no answers to texts they had previously answered rather quickly but that could have just been my guy. Parts and service are rather pricey, I found better prices at Docs Harley than here, so if you are willing to drive there it is well worth your time (1,000 mile service was approx. $100 cheaper). All in all though I would recommend visiting here they have a good variety of products and are very friendly.

Appleton Harley-Davidson does not stand behind their work. I took my 2015 street glide in because I had lost all power to my controls. After they diagnosed the problem they informed me that the wiring from my left controls had a short in it and they would have to replace it, this costed $428. I drove less than a 100 miles on vacation to the Ozarks when my bike started acting up again, luckily I was able to turn my bars all the way to the right to get it to power up so that I could drive ( without any use of the right controls) for the majority of the trip. This was the exact issue I had when I took it into Appleton Harley-Davidson. On Thursday it finally stopped working so I had to take it into another dealer to find out was wrong. After they had did their diagnosis it ended up being the right side wiring which they had to replace for half the price and it was an emergency fix. When I returned, I went to Appleton Harley-Davidson and informed them of the situation and they refused to do anything to try and make it right.
I will no longer be utilizing this location.

I mostly do my own maintenance and repairs (being an Old School Guy). Appleton Harley has been my parts source for years. Also, the Service Advisors always give me great information regarding procedures I may be less familiar with. Top Notch Dealer!

Loved this Harley! The bathrooms had Lysol, they had hand sanitizer in the front, 6ft rule for social distancing, very safe during these times and very friendly staff..... I love this store. 10 for this Harley Davidson.

I cant belive your parts department would straight out lie to a customer. The syn3 oil you sell is the problem why people are getting alot of valve train noise. And yet you tell customers that there engines are in need of a rebuilt or that somebody built it wrong. You should be ashamed of your business practices. We been working in bikes before you even had a building. You people rip people off just for profit and running a scam at peoples expense. People should report you to the BBB. And send your machanics to school to learn something.

Stopped in talked with parts person he was not very friendly and acted like I was a burden when asking questions.

Because of the very people-oriented individuals that are employed here, we were able to have the best weekend we have ever had in our many outings. They made it possible for us to have quality time and wonderful new memories, for our life. Speaking, in part, for myself, I got to fly...I got to look up and and see myself outrun the sky...I got to leave this side of the world, so to speak, and have one of the greatest times in my entire life...and with the man that I love. Amazing service to us and amazing people...they took care of us. I am hoping, when it can be possible to have things fall into place this way again, that we will be able to come back and do something like this in the future...they made something come true for me and bought greatness to the weekend that we had...I can see that they enjoy what they do and I can see how much pride they have in their line. Thanks to Terry, the owner, who is awesome and to Troy, our knowledgeable mechanic. I am a woman who expresses appreciation where it is most honestly deserved. This is real and honest...they helped furnish a creative dream....it is worth it....it is worth making it happen.....

The sales people are very friendly will actually get to know you and help you find what you are looking for. The showroom is awesome and the choice of clothes is unbelievable. Will definitely stop next time we are in town.

Great store with excellent staff. I had the pleasure of working with an amazing young lady named Rachelle on the motorclothes floor and she was able to get me fitted for everything and was a great help. Jennie was my salesperson for my motorcycle and she made the whole process extremely easy and quick, while helping me find the right bike for me and getting an amazing price. Will be making plenty of purchases here in the future.

Gabe was awesome to work with, not only the day we purchased, but everytime we've been in there he always makes a point to come and talk to us. He has ensured all our little requests were taken care of in a timely fashion; even firing up the bike before it was stored to hear the new pipes. When the time comes...I definitely see working with him on another purchase. (SOA bike)
