I actually went in there and not one person greeted me nor asked me if I needed help. The showroom was nice; merchandise was plentiful; but the employees were too busy talking with each other instead of helping customers. I went in to buy a bike, and bought merchandise instead. I ended up buying a bike somewhere else - where someone actually greeted me.
Could not be happier with my experience. Jennie was an excellent sales lady. Throughout the whole process she listened and provided knowledge that led me to choose the perfect bike. Jeff in the back took time to remove some ugly stickers and bring my bike back to showroom condition. 100% recommend Appleton HD to anyone looking for a bike or gear.

We walked by & near 5 employees that were not busy. No employee greeted me or acknowledged that I was even in the store. It did not seem like they cared about Harley Customers.

These guys are great, they treat everyone well and make you feel like they will do anything they can to help you. I didn't buy my motorcycle from them, but I'm always heading there to get clothes, parts and home decor.
A large showroom with a great selection of new and used bikes for all riders. Also, a really good selection of Harley gear, gadgets and clothing.

Last two time I bought something from service department to fix my Harley, was sold wrong part. Sucks going back and forth cause they can't get it right.

Just purchased my second new bike from them. 2020 SG. This experience was just as good as the first. Very fair price, Cain and Russ went above and beyond to get me the bike I wanted. Heather did the paperwork with Russ. Both were great. Cain was my sales contact. Great communication no pressure great job. All the staff there is very nice and I would highly recommend Appleton HD.

Five star dealership with less-than-five-star processes. After being impressed by the staff when I visited, I inquired about one of their used bikes via email... and still haven't heard back from anyone. That was over a month ago. If you ask people to inquire about your inventory, you need to respond to their inquiries.

I have bought 3 bikes from them in the past 7 yrs and the experience has steadily gone down hill from the first time. I'll never buy another bike from them again. From negotiations right thru to service on my bike the experience has not been pleasant. I'll visit Docs or Open Roads next time.
