No pressure and no hassle dealership. Went there with no intentions on purchasing a motorcycle at least from the dealership floor.A super awesome salesman named Cain met us upon entering the building. I told him I was interested in a trike. He showed us what he had in stock. He let me and my friend look at them on our own. Well within in a few minutes I found it 2014 HD TRIKE! I told him my lovely wife Barb gave me permission to get a trike. I sent her pictures she was on board. Brought the wife back last Wednesday and we finalized the deal. Also thanks to the awesome finance team especially Heather for explaining everything step by step of the financing and getting me set up with an awesome package deal. So excited for my wife and I our first motorcycle purchase together. My first motorcycle ever! We hope to enjoy it for years to come. Overall very friendly staff all the way around and ready to assist you in all your motorcycle needs. Can't wait too get it out of their winter storage next spring.Highly recommended dealership for your next purchase!

My overall experience here was good. JJ was awesome, he helped me out and he took care of everything in a timely manner. I ultimately didnt end up buying a bike but I would recommend them to anyone. If they dont have what you are looking for on the showroom floor they will ship one in.

It is bright & nicely organized. But I was surprised to learn that they don't give veterans a discount.

I ve bought several gear items from these guys, and took my MSF course here. This dealership is truly top notch. Their customer service is phenomenal, and it s really apparent that everyone who works here loves their job and has true passion for the brand and the sport. Several employees of HD actually took the MSF class with me and this made it even more apparent to me that HD hires great people and has an awesome culture. I highly recommend this place.

I took a front tire to put air on it and seal it . They try charging me 100 dollars for labor. And I even had the tire out. Though about even bying a bike here but change my mind. Sorry.

Bought a 2016 street glide special. Bike was as I expected... AWESOME. with that being said, I noticed when I got home that there was a big chip in the paint on the top of the tank. I stopped back in the next day and was taken aback when the comment was made that "I can't imagine the detailer would miss this." I understand where they are coming from however when you buy a 25k bike, you'd think they would be a bit more helpful. Didn't feel the need to argue it as it's going to happen anyways. Settled for a paint pen that I'm still waiting on two weeks later. The sales people were helpful, the finance guy Dan is a good guy. One thing I wasn't satisfied with, other than the insinuation that I put the chip in the tank was the way some of the staff look down at me. I felt as if I were being talked to like I'm an idiot and a few individuals were somewhat rude. Service department was knowledgeable, parts was helpful.. all in all, ok experience. Great showroom, lots of merchandise. Still waiting on that touch up paint!

Just purchased a 14 limited here. Jen and Heather were awesome to work with.

I stopped in last week to get a replacement key. When they looked up my serial number, Jeff in parts told me I had a recall notice on my ABS system (something the non-Harley dealer where I purchased my 09 Road King forgot to mention when I bought it). I scheduled to have the work done yesterday. I rolled in about 15 minutes before they opened and my bike was taken in exactly when they said it would be and the work, including a beautiful wash, was completed ahead of schedule.
While I was waiting, I picked up a new helmet. I knew exactly what I wanted and Penny was very patient and helpful as I tried on a couple different sizes to get the right fit. They had the model of helmet I was looking for, but not the color. That helmet is on back order and keeps getting pushed back for a delivery date, but that is the helmet factory's issue, not the fault of this dealer. Penny actually tried to find one for me, but no luck. She did apologize for not being able to find one, but that was in no way her fault. The replacement key was in and I went to pick it up after I paid for the helmet. About five minutes later, the recall work was done, my bike was rolled out and really sparkled after the wash job. I reserved a spot for winter storage and was on my way.
I have been in other dealers where I was essentially ignored, but the crew here was very attentive. They seemed genuinely interested in helping me and every other customer who was there. Keep up the good work !

Great store! Has all kinds of Harley apparel and accessories and new and used bikes. We went in to pick up a patch and chip and the girl working there was beyond friendly. We will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the area. Did I mention it's huge!!!

I have been shopping at Appleton Harley Davidson for years, the staff is always very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I say honest because they take the time to get to know their customers and they give honest opinions based on what they believe you will like and/or dislike. I have always walked away with a positive experience and a smile knowing I purchased merchandise that I know I will be happy with. I have shopped other Harley dealerships, I have never had the feeling of trust as I do with Appleton Harley Davidson. Keep up the great work ladies and gents.

Great dealer! One of the best I have visited (my local dealer) other then probably Ukes, great team down there. Anyways, would have gotten a 5 start, but they don't seem to have many parts in stock (not accessories) but parts like sensors, cables, etc. also, price on parts is pretty high compared to online. But again, overall love that they are my local dealer!

I purchased my 2017 Heritage Softail from an individual. The front forks were leaking oil. I contacted a Harley shop in Green Bay, WI. I was told the earliest they could get my bike in was the following Wednesday. They suggested that I contact Appleton Harley Davidson. Terry, Jimbo and Leo bent over backwards to get my bike in, repaired, washed and back on the road. I sincerely appreciated them modifying priorities in order to get me back on the road. The answer wasn t just NO, it was let s see how we can get this done for our customer. These guys are real professionals and they went above and beyond my expectations. My bike was fixed right, delivered on time and clean. I was 200% satisfied. Terry, Jimbo and Leo are the best of the best!

As someone not sheltered from the reality of the effort required to operate a top notch sales and service franchise, Appleton H-D has great hearted people serving their customers. They care and they show it. I like the brand even more because of this team.

Many months ago, I made a full price offer on a Deluxe that had nearly 60,000 miles- IF- you would throw in bags. You refused to work with me, and were rude and condescending- choosing to address my husband instead of me, even though I was the buyer. Well, two weeks after that, I purchased a newer Deluxe with with far less miles, more extras, and even the same color- FOR LESS from Rt 43... and they threw in bags. I've had my knees in the breeze ever since, and your bike is still taking up real estate on your showroom floor, but I notice the price has been dropped almost $1500.00.... Well- enjoy your bike. Im surely enjoying mine!

After dealing with Wausau HD recently, I had a bad taste in my mouth about HD dealers in general.

Anyway, one day we stop in for a shirt and look around and we end up trading in a sporty and getting a street bob. The ENTIRE staff was amazing and friendly. They gave us an amazing price on the trade and negotiated with us on the new purchase as well. They have since gone above and beyond expectations on post-sale service. We get invited to events and have a blast and we do swing through to shoot the breeze and take a look around when we are in town. Terry & Josh really know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. You would have though we bought two Ultras with cash, not as street bob the way they treat us.

I really do wish other dealers would take a page out of Appleton's book. Since our purchase almost a year ago, every single chance I get online or in person I tell people how well we were treated and how great of a dealership this place is.

The shifter shaft lever gear wore out on a ride I was taking and I had to call Harley-Davidson of Appleton to pick up my bike for repair. They did a top-notch excellent job of repair and washed my motorcycle and returned it to me at a very timely manner and I was totally shocked at the low price I was charged . My 2016 Ultra Classic was in great shape when I got it back. thank you HD of Appleton.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. I own an off brand BIG DOG and even though I had never been a customer before this year and wasn't making any large purchases. Terry and the rest of the team has gone out of their way to make sure my bike stays on the road without breaking the bank. In fact my bike broke down yesterday (starter solenoid went out) on Fathers Day and although they were closed in service they came and got my bike so it wouldn't be left by the road. I cant say much more then that. These guys go out of their way for everyone even the average guy on budget. Now That's Customer Service. Thanks Again Terry and everyone else at Appleton Harley Davidson.

I was looking for a new bike last January 2019 but things weren't lining up the way I wanted and the bike I was looking at was going to need some upgrades to keep the wife happy.
My wife and I stopped by after a Valentine's dinner and found the perfect bike and a good deal on a new Ultra limited. Chaz in sales as well as the rest of the staff were great.
Looking forward to this riding season.

Stopped in while traveling as we do not have a Harley Davidson dealership near home. The sales team and greeters were very friendly. They really know their stuff and are not high pressure sales. We were window shopping anyway. We will definitely go back again and would stop here first when looking for new or used Harleys.

My husband Hoang comes here every weeks to check on new parts, he said you guys did a great job and that makes him so happy, I don t know what you guys did to him and he keeps spending money on his street bob. Anyway the bike is great. Thank you!
