Filed a claim back in July the person they have insured was at fault still haven't received payment for my injuries nor has an offer been made to compensate me do to my injuries no one will hire me I've been homeless going on two months now just lost my phone I have no family here in okc,ok I'm out on the streets its cold my spirit is down this has gotten the best of me then when I call harbor insurance no answer I think misty needs to be fired such poor work ethic makes your company harbor looks bad no one there does their job unless it dealing with collecting payments but when its time to payout no one at this company cares something has to be done so that this doenst continue to happen I wonder what the BBA would say this is so unprofessional Harbor insurance

Terrible service and a waste of money. They do nothing at all for full coverage and are impatient when you ask about it. Some of the worst service ever. Only reason why they got 1 star is because I had to put something in order to place a review. GARBAGE

Had one of their costumers hit my wife's car and sprained back my back. Did very little damage to the car, wont pay the bill for urgent care. They are a hack insurance company not worth your time better company's out there.

I called, wanting to find insurance info. When I did, someone answered, and immediately said "Ooops! It's lunch hour, I can't help you!" I said, well, you picked the phone up, you can't just give me quick information? She said "Nope, I accidentally picked up the phone before I could turn it off for lunch hour. I can get you an underwriter but no one will pick up because it's lunch. I said, oh, how convenient. And she hung up.

Not good customer service, at all.

Everything was fine for years until I had another wreck -within 18 month period- and they dropped me without notice leaving me to find out only when I called to make a payment that they decided to drop me. If you use them keep this in mind. But other than that, they took care of my claims on time and always tended to me nicely until today - lol I was shocked how I was treated on the phone. They had never treated me badly. But I guess they think they have to be ugly when dropping people idk - all I asked for was the reason why I was dropped because I had no clue and was unaware , I was never told this at signing, of the 18 months 2 accidents and your out rule and she loudly explained and said they have proof they sent certified mail to me stating so then said quickly we can no longer serve you and she hung up.

For some reason, they raised my monthly rate when I have not gotten any new tickets or violations. They also charge $5 more to pay your bill with a card, even if its in store or over the phone, which is absolutely ridiculous. That means for a year of coverage, Im paying them an extra $60 TO PAY THEM. I've never had an insurance agency do that. I cant recommend this company. Their rates are not very good either.

I always go in around 11pm or midnight and the same staff is there every time...they greet you soon as you walk in, they are also funny they keep you laughing..the cook is amazing my food is always on point and . Its nothing like good vibes and fresh hot good food when your Hangry

This company is terrible. They insure people without American driver's licenses who have no business driving the roads because they do not know the traffic laws. They are one of the only companies shady enough to do this. They are rude, and do as much as they can to cheat the victims of crashes caused by their reckless foreign insured. Beware!!! Stay far away!!!

Been with this insurance company for a few years, they are really good at taking my payments. But filed a claim and it's been a run around game. I have expressed several time that currently I am not in oklahoma and they set me up with an adjuster in oklahoma city. A few weeks later when I Finaly got the Check it has to be stamped by the lean holder (bank), which is also in oklahoma. Called my bank and they informed me they can only do that in person but, that the insurance company should have just issued the repair shop the Check with out the bank on the payable line. So back to the run around game. Would never recommend this company to anyone and will soon be changing insurance companies if something doesn't change.

If I could rate them zero I would, my car was totaled by one of their insured on July 3, they already picked my kia Optima up and still no check to replace my car, they really dont care, I had to practically beg them to give me enough money to get me another car that would match mine, the guy is a joke. I just dont understand how they can do this when their insured is the blame, it's been over a month and I have nothing to drive, no way to get to any of my doctors appt. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

They are so slow to handle a claim and when you call them it goes straight to their voicemail and won t call you back in 2 days or so. I will not recommend it. They took my car already and they still have not heard anything from them . They are settling me under what my car market value. All I want for them is to call me back or email me back. My daughter goes to school everyday and we need to get her another car. So atleast we don t have to struggle. If their insured didn t hit my daughters car we won t be in this situation. Hopefully someone or somebody from their company will pay attention to this and get in touch with me. I called the adjuster 3 times today and left a vm but still no reply from them. First call at 9:09 am and then at 9:46 am and then at 10:35 am today 10/18/18. No call from them yet.

Had this company 2 years ago and trust me, it was a waste of my money. They take your money faithfully, but the moment you get into a accident, they WON'T cover your vehicle and will use every tactic they can to not do so. Run fast if your with this company. Paying the extra money to a reliable company like Geico, Progressive, State Farm, Shelter to name a few is worth the security if it comes to it.

A lady hit my car and she has harbor insurance. I told my husband that I hope if anyone hits us again in the future that I hope they have harbor too! My claims adjuster Annette has been so sweet and quickly resolved my car being taken care of and putting me in a rental.

My rating is based on being the one who was hit by a person insured by Harbor. The victim ALWAYS has to do all the leg work and struggle to get people to talk to you from the insurance company.
I finally got my car repaired BUT even though I gave them information on the wages lost due to their insured hitting me, it has fallen on deaf ears even though I have repeatedly tried to reach out for compensation and closure on this accident.
No respect for what I have gone through and poor customer service for the so called victim with them not even explaining why the silence.
I will have to take it a step further to get compensation......it wasn't my idea to be in a car accident.
Flip the coin folks, there is another side!

I can not even express my frustrations with this company. I have left multiple voicemails with whoever is handling my claim. They say they have attempted to get in contact when they in fact never called. They said they requested something from me when in fact no one ever requested. It has been the two weeks from hell dealing with this company. I NEED someone to call me back and get my car fixed. I am a student in class from 8-5 with lunch at 12, no one is ever available to speak. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner because of how they are handling my claim. I just want my car fixed because their insurer hit me.

This company is trash I had got insurance though them made my first payment December 25 2019. I called my insurance agent to get some information about my insurance comes to find out they had cancel my insurance on Jan 11 with no notice wanting to know why? So hopefully They will reimburse me for canceling my insurance with out giving me 30 day notice and for canceling middle of my policy ...!!!!

My car was vandalized on Sunday, I made a claim on Monday. I was told I will hear something in two days, no one called. Called back Thursday got vm, called Friday got vm. The following Monday I called every hour from 8am until 1pm and got vm. I called Royal insurance to see if they could reach somebody, but no vm as well. Finally 2pm Monday Annett call me, "oh I've been trying to reach you! !" Adjuster came out Wednesday, I called Annett Thursday, and Friday, no answer. I will update once I hear something else.

Jonathan Arnold has been my agent for close to 3 years. Very hard to get ahold of. Will read messages and never reply. In August I purchased a new truck. Transfered and had him put full coverage on it. End of September received call from harbor stating my insurance would be canceled and not renewed end of Oct. due to J. Arnold not sending in paperwork required for full coverage. Spoke with him a couple different times on getting those papers sent in they need. Stated he would take care of it. Saturday he messaged me that he can't cover me anymore thru harbor or any others. I spoke with harbor they said I can keep them but to change agents. In order to change agents J. Arnold still has to send in the paperwork they never received from him. I am currently waiting for email back from Oklahoma Insurance Departments complaints.

Do not by any means deal with this guy please. It's been a hassle the majority of having him as an agent. If he causes my insurance to lapse I will be in contact with lawyer as well.

Have a claim with them. I called about 10 times and can not get to talk with the adjuster. I left 5 voice messages to the adjuster. He never called back. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone who respect themselves and their time. So sad that need to deal with such nonsense. I hope I can reach owners and they are not so disappointing bags of carelessness.
P.S. I can provide proof of phone calls if somebody needs it.

Someone who use their car insurance hit my car ! Than I callet to them and the lady on the phone was rude, when I told her I want report claim she off the phone !!! Good that my insurance company helped me reach them! I hope that the claim process not take many years . I called 12 times to claim department of cours princess dont pick up phone !!! Another day the same ! She swear that will call to me 2.30 and she never called to me ! ...she works 1h a day only? because she never pick up phone! will talk to menager if she dont fix it i will raport this company to INSURANCE COMISION ! I dont be wait forever and not forget about this accident 10/29/18 !

Every time I make a payment (different days and times and different card), over the phone or online, ill get a amazon digital services and an amazon membership fee. I do not have prime and dont buy from amazon often. It does not happen with any other purchases but yours. I have to dispute $24 every month after I pay. Plan on canceling next month because of this. Either you have some shady workers or a glitch in your payment system.

Bogus company with bogus policies. I had insurance through them and cancelled, now most insurance agencies dont pull the termination fee. Well long story short these people do and its alot. I paid 127 dollars down and got 26 dollars back. I got the insurance on the 10th and cancelled it the day after due to family reasons. Bullshit company.

So I did a claim because one of there insured people hit me from behind. Turns out that the person that hit me was uninsured they were excluded from the policy. So they send me a letter that they will not pay, but the car is insured so how is it my fault that they excluded a driver. They should still pay me and go after the owner of the vehicle and the person that is insured they should charge him for my accident. Now I have to get a lawyer or go through my insurance company to get them to pay me. This company sucks besides they denied my claim the lady I spoke to was so rude and they told me they would call me back in 2 days. I got no call, it took them almost more than a week till I heard back from them.

I don t care what anyone says, Harbor insurance is alright by me :) they were prompt and BEYOND respectful(Harper to be specific) I was so nervous about it all and worried to my core. Everything worked out and the customer service was second to none!

I'm not insured by Harbor but I did have a claim when I was hit by someone who was. Harbor was quick, efficient and polite. They took care of all my damage including offering a rental car while my car was repaired. If I ever leave my current insurance company, I will give Harbor a chance to provide a quote. I have had claims with other companies before and Harbor was as good or better than the big names.

The worst! I had a claim with them because one of their insured people hit my van. I got 3 different estimates for the total damage cost, but they didn't care about it, they just sent their own estimator who Estimated the damage for a lot under the other estimators from collision Centers. My problem is: why are they only based in their own estimator price? Isn't that obvious that the estimator who works for them will always give an unfair price, unfair to the people affected but convenient for the insurance company.
