I called, wanting to find insurance info. When I did, someone answered, and immediately said "Ooops! It's lunch hour, I can't help you!" I said, well, you picked the phone up, you can't just give me quick information? She said "Nope, I accidentally picked up the phone before I could turn it off for lunch hour. I can get you an underwriter but no one will pick up because it's lunch. I said, oh, how convenient. And she hung up.

Not good customer service, at all.
