Nice customer's service. The product pricing is okay.

They had everything I needed and more thank you harborside

Sad that there was a promotion to buy 8 eighths for $99. That was to last until the 17th of March sold out in one day and there us no resupply. Wouldn't be so bad if it was a 12 hour sale. But you sent out emails for a 2 week sale and the next day gone. Got to do better. 1/2 a star.

This shop unfortunately seems to be run by a bunch of people who don't know what they are talking about. I mean they have a very basic understanding but, the whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth and it wasn't from the herb. I couldn't help but, feel like I was being scammed. I do not recommend these guys.

Trashy warehouse location. Overpriced for such crappy product. I don't see how people could be fooled----its that obvious!

Harborside is my favorite dispensary in the Bay Area. They always have an amazing selection of everything. Flower, vapes, edibles, and much more. Taxes are outrageous but that s not really on Harborside. Most of the staff is really amazing. Harborside brand products are usually quality products for decent prices. Online ordering is always the best way to go.

Very professional and clean atmosphere but a bit pricey. They need to come up with some kind of happy hour or reward system to benefit their repetitive customers too. But I will give it to them, every time i buy flower here it is extremely fresh which I is one of the main things I look for in a dispensary.

They are always happy to answer any questions, very knowledgeable staff, and their member rewards program is wonderful. The place is very clean and professional, with a wide variety of products. It is my go to place. Their pick up program is awesome! I can't say enough good things about this place.

Feel a warm welcome and all staff once know you, and even get to know your routine.

This place is beautiful. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I am writing this review to inform others of my experience with Harborside as well as inform the management of my experiences since no one will call me back, despite all the messages i have left. This review will be most helpful for those that cultivate their own medical cannabis.

I will begin by stating I am very disappointed in the clones I purchased. Being this is the only place that carried that particular strain, against my better judgement I decided to buy them. Clearly they where not healthy clones, but i figured they would bounce back and plus Harbor side is a reputable company.....of course they stand behind their products.NO, If you cultivate you would know those clones where hurting. Long story short they all died except three.

I called two days after i had purchased them, I was told to leave a message and someone would get back to me. NOPE, no call.

So I decided to call again, Same song was sung once again. I stated I already called before and left a message, when will the manager be back so I can call again because he is not getting my message..... the response i got was "I don't know" and I left another message. Customer service 101- "I don't know" is a horrible UN-exceptable response. Lets work on saying "let me find out for you"
You should never tell a customer "i don't know" That is a lazy response. I'm a business man on a timely schedule. I do not have time to wait and see if someone will call me.

It has now been about two weeks. I am VERY UPSET now. I call again, I ask for the manager but he is not there once again. So i tell the young man what my issue was. He asks me how long ago did I Purchase the clones, I replied about two weeks ago. He said sorry it was too long ago! TOO LONG AGO?? This was my third time calling with no help or responses. I ask him about his customer service and he got offended and said "I have excellent customer service, there is to many factors that could cause clones to die." VERY TRUE! However this is not my first run, three lived in the same soil. Ph test came back excellent. didnt cook them. I told him everything and again left a message. I will wait and see.

OPEN YOUR EYES AND DO SOME INVENTORY, YOU WILL SEE THE GODS GIFT IS NOT DOING WELL! DO NOT TRY AND BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER, A BLIND MAN COULD TELL YOU THOSE CLONES LOOK UNHEALTHY.

I did not ask for a refund, All I want is credit for the nine that died. So far no dice. Not even the courtesy of a phone call from a Manager.

I did give it two stars because(not sure of her name) the young lady with the bright blue fingernails was very helpful and nice.

Another thing I noticed was I did not feel rushed like some places. I didn't get the feeling people are just standing over you. The open floor plan is nice, and is one of the best looking well kept places Ive visited. Real relaxed pleasant vibe.

Future customers-
I cannot say I would not be a continuing customer. I will continue to come to Harborside if they finally have a Manager call me and work this out. I will update my review as soon as a decision is affirmed.

+ The medicine I purchased was of good quality.

But the fact still remains I am very disappointed with the customer service i have received.

The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful with choosing the right medication for my needs. Security was easy to approach and very professional. This company is highly recommended to anyone who needs they're services.

Not how it used to be. Since they make less money on clones, they are edging out of the market. Their other products are good and staff is ok (not great). Not much for specials and deff. no incentive for 1st time visitors

well harborside was really a dissapointment. Ive heard great things about this place, but when i went in they had pricey buds that werent even fire, and i felt i knew more about the marijuana then the staff themselves. not comin back here again

I recently when to buy clones..I bought 2 and both looked like they are stressed clones..to much light all the leaves where burn at the tip..and cut of in a angle..I brought them home..after 2 days one just died the other one still making it I have done the same on both plants so I know is not the soil..after doing some research and asking people .they have had the same issue from this place I would say check before you walk out and I'd you dont like the plants replace it for another one because once you leave really hard for them to refund or switch up the clone

The customer service is top notch, best dispensary in the Bay area. They always take the time to help and answer all questions you have.

I arrived at Haborside to purchase a few clones. I usually go to Haze or Ca Collective for my clones.
When I got to the counter I was shocked yo see dozens of clones all drooping,yellow and sick .
It amazes me that they woild try to sell such raggety stressed plants ...plus their prices are thtough the roof!

I will never ever visit Harborside again. They are the most over hyped, over priced dispensary around. I can get bud off the street that is 10 times better quality than their "lab" tested strains. I had no problem with the employees. They were very friendly and eager to help. I normally visit the one in Oakland, but I was in San Jose picking up a friend at the airport and decided to stop by since I had never been to the San Jose location. What I'm most upset about is that I purchased several clones and 1 clone (Key Lime Pie) is now infested with spider mites. The other clones are fine. I am new to growing and should have known what to look for when I was purchasing the clones so I'm also at fault. Because my son who is an avid grower told me the day I brought it hope that it had spider mites. But you would think that a business as well known as Harborside would not sell clones infested with spider mites. I called Harborside to tell them about this and their response at first was "we can't talk about this over the phone, come to our location and we can talk about it here." I told the guy I live in Modesto, 2 hours away, I'm not driving to San Jose to "talk" about the problem. All I am doing is NOTIFYING you so that you don't sell these clones to others. Then he puts me on hold and tells me to bring the plant in, leave it in my trunk and they will give me a replacement. So I'm supposed to drive 2 hours there, 2 hours back for a $12 clone? It will cost me at least $40 in gas. Terrible customer service. They could have offered me store credit for my next visit, anything but asking me to drive for 4 hours. I will never purchase anything from Harborside again.

Amazing assortment of flower, concentrates and cartridges!

After waiting 1/2 hour due to computer issues and being told what I came to get they had in stock. They didn't have in stock. Very poor customer service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could rate -5, I would. Sent e-mails to their customer service, as well as management and media relations... NEVER got a response from ANYONE. Called the San Jose location; the phone rang for over 15 minutes before anyone even answered... When the girl finally answered I was rudely told that she did not have time for me and was hung up on in less than a minute...
Now, this has been my Go To dispensary for months now ( I know how busy it gets.. there is NEVER a time when there aren't enough employees needed to answer a phone in less than 15 minutes). I even know some of the bud tenders by name. So, of course I would be shocked and taken aback by the way I was treated when trying to reach out to the company via email and phone. I have never been so mistreated by an employee when I was just asking a question. At least now I know and will make sure to visit PURPLE LOTUS, CA COLLECTIVE, CALIVA or THE GUILD next time. At least I know that there, I won't be treated with such malice and will be welcomed and appreciated for my business.

Haven't been to store in a min, but they were very helpful last time I was there. Always stop in when in San jo. Fresno county is medically legal, but I like to browse! That's not an option there.

The employees here are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer my questions thoroughly and with total honesty. This is the first dispensary I've ever gone to and its the one I keep coming back to just because they are so welcoming here.

I like that they have clones but their prices are so high that once you add taxes 8ths are almost 75.i got to San Francisco and still get $45 8ths

"God's Fuel" - The best medicine ever! I love Harborside ! I was horrendously eaten alive by a vicious dog. THE PAIN ! THE PAIN !

I was very impressed with the overall experience at Harborside. The staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. The store itself was very clean and simple; it's not cluttered with stuff and the presentation of the products is impressive. This is probably one of the nicest dispensaries you'll ever step foot in.

This club represents greed at its worst. They try to hide behind a "for the patients" persona, but its pretty obvious once you go here, you realize what they are really about. I went here a couple times and lately the meds they have been getting worse and worse. There was a considerable amount of shake and few popcorn buds. When I got home and opened the bag, I was shocked to to find that 1: i payed top dollar for an ounce of FLUFFY POPCORN NUGS AND SHAKE, and 2: it didnt even remotely look the same as the meds i was shown, almost no crystals on this stuff at all. To top it off, I couldnt get my money back or exchange it for something of equal value that wasnt a bag of shake. so sadly to say, i will not be going back to this terrible collective.
