WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could rate -5...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! If I could rate -5, I would. Sent e-mails to their customer service, as well as management and media relations... NEVER got a response from ANYONE. Called the San Jose location; the phone rang for over 15 minutes before anyone even answered... When the girl finally answered I was rudely told that she did not have time for me and was hung up on in less than a minute...
Now, this has been my Go To dispensary for months now ( I know how busy it gets.. there is NEVER a time when there aren't enough employees needed to answer a phone in less than 15 minutes). I even know some of the bud tenders by name. So, of course I would be shocked and taken aback by the way I was treated when trying to reach out to the company via email and phone. I have never been so mistreated by an employee when I was just asking a question. At least now I know and will make sure to visit PURPLE LOTUS, CA COLLECTIVE, CALIVA or THE GUILD next time. At least I know that there, I won't be treated with such malice and will be welcomed and appreciated for my business.
