I am writing this review to inform others of my experience with Harborside as well as inform the management of my experiences since no one will call me back, despite all the messages i have left. This review will be most helpful for those that cultivate their own medical cannabis.

I will begin by stating I am very disappointed in the clones I purchased. Being this is the only place that carried that particular strain, against my better judgement I decided to buy them. Clearly they where not healthy clones, but i figured they would bounce back and plus Harbor side is a reputable company.....of course they stand behind their products.NO, If you cultivate you would know those clones where hurting. Long story short they all died except three.

I called two days after i had purchased them, I was told to leave a message and someone would get back to me. NOPE, no call.

So I decided to call again, Same song was sung once again. I stated I already called before and left a message, when will the manager be back so I can call again because he is not getting my message..... the response i got was "I don't know" and I left another message. Customer service 101- "I don't know" is a horrible UN-exceptable response. Lets work on saying "let me find out for you"
You should never tell a customer "i don't know" That is a lazy response. I'm a business man on a timely schedule. I do not have time to wait and see if someone will call me.

It has now been about two weeks. I am VERY UPSET now. I call again, I ask for the manager but he is not there once again. So i tell the young man what my issue was. He asks me how long ago did I Purchase the clones, I replied about two weeks ago. He said sorry it was too long ago! TOO LONG AGO?? This was my third time calling with no help or responses. I ask him about his customer service and he got offended and said "I have excellent customer service, there is to many factors that could cause clones to die." VERY TRUE! However this is not my first run, three lived in the same soil. Ph test came back excellent. didnt cook them. I told him everything and again left a message. I will wait and see.

OPEN YOUR EYES AND DO SOME INVENTORY, YOU WILL SEE THE GODS GIFT IS NOT DOING WELL! DO NOT TRY AND BLAME IT ON THE CUSTOMER, A BLIND MAN COULD TELL YOU THOSE CLONES LOOK UNHEALTHY.

I did not ask for a refund, All I want is credit for the nine that died. So far no dice. Not even the courtesy of a phone call from a Manager.

I did give it two stars because(not sure of her name) the young lady with the bright blue fingernails was very helpful and nice.

Another thing I noticed was I did not feel rushed like some places. I didn't get the feeling people are just standing over you. The open floor plan is nice, and is one of the best looking well kept places Ive visited. Real relaxed pleasant vibe.

Future customers-
I cannot say I would not be a continuing customer. I will continue to come to Harborside if they finally have a Manager call me and work this out. I will update my review as soon as a decision is affirmed.

+ The medicine I purchased was of good quality.

But the fact still remains I am very disappointed with the customer service i have received.
