I visit this place monthly! They do a great job every time!

I have got to share how wonderful this business was and the quality of work the personal service how pleased I am and how happy they have made me. I was looking for a special T shirt for my sister who passed away on Monday night she loved the 60 s and the Beatles so I wanted to make her a shirt that said All you need is Love with a heart in love instead of the o and the Beatles . I had call so many places and no one could do it or not in time for the service . I call Happi Names Thursday morning and told them my story she said I am sorry I will squeeze you in bring in your shirt . I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted and it looked beautiful !!!!! and didn't take advantage of me on the price. I will for ever be grate full and if any one want quality work good customer service and caring people . call Happi Names they will be my go to place always . Thank you Happi Names for doing this for me and my sister. Love it

Horrible experience. They said they would do what I needed only to find out when I got here that I was misinformed. They still wanted to charge me 10$ for a rush fee. I asked if they would waive that since I now needed to Pick out an item in the store for much more money and it was giving them more business. The owner was very rude and said "hmmm... No I'm not going to waive the fee." I told her I felt she should and she rudely said too bad. Will never go here again and will advise against it. My gift was ruined because they couldn't do what they promised and I refused to do business with them after the owner was so rude to me in person. This is the first time I've ever posted a negative review but I felt compelled to share this. The owner lost me and many other customers all over 10$, not sure it's worth it.

Took a backpack in to get my name on it. They said it would take a week, got a call 36 hours later saying it was ready. Looks great.

Took my son's hoodie over there to get the number added to the back. Very friendly, easy to work with. It was faster than I expected and was done perfect. This is a great place!

We've gotten our taekwondo belts embroidered here for over a decade. If it's not right, they fix it. Creative staff. If you have an idea for a gift or other item, they can make it happen!

Happinames has supplied us with custom sports attire, cute tanks and has even personalized cups for us! We are always happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them!

Woman working today (6/29) in yellow blouse was rude. First-called to confirm addresses. Tone was rude. Second-went in to store to pick up and was rude. Third-got out to my car only to find that they gave me the incorrect item. Went back in to tell her and she acted like I was inconveniencing her because I wanted the item I initially ordered. I showed her a photo of the shirt... (the one we received was a different design AND color) and she just says so you want the other color. I went on to inform her it was a completely different shirt. I then asked when it would be completed. She said they would just have to call me. NO apologies given. Hopefully we get it sooner than later. We ordered through our team's spirit wear website.

I have been using Happi-Names for personal and business embroidery for over 3 years now. Everything I take them turns out better than I anticipated! Great group of girls to work with! Highly recommend!

Happi Names has some of the cutest gifts for all occasions. The employees were very helpful in helping me pick out a special gift for my grandson and the quality of the embroidery was superior. I love shopping at Happi Names.

This place is all about making money not wanting to take responsibility when they make mistakes..instead of resolve the problem they want to put blame on me and wanting to get pay again. No, you can keep the money.

I have been shopping at Happi Names for 18 years now and have never had a bad experience with service or quality. Jen is absolutely the BEST!!! I had her paint our boys name on a cork bulletin board with sports theme and at age 23 and 26, both boys moved to college to use and now in apartments, ha! Each year I have her personalize Christmas ornaments. I have purchased the most adorable Easter baskets for my grandbabies and great nieces and nephews. I have purchased so many priceless gifts from this store, thank you, especially Jen!!!

There is nothing they can't do here! Very accommodating and eager to help!
