I called at 10:15 am today because the glass in our garden window has been foggy for several months. I spoke with Jackie, saying I thought we'd had it replaced about five years ago. I called back at 2:20 pm and she transferred me to Lana. I left a message. At 2:45 pm I called back to tell them it may have been more than five years. However, since they have such poor customer service, I would contact another company to replace the glass.

BAD BUSINESS, UNWILLING TO HELP ,TREATED ME' LIKE MY MONEY WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH'. WAS RUSHED OUT OF THE DOOR WITH NO EXPLANATION ... 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE

You can get anything that you want glass wise, cut and tempered glass or mirror

I am not just some homeowner with zero building experience...I speak the truth............. This has been the worst experience of my life dealing with these idiots..They have ruined two smaller company's reputations by failing over and over to construct my windows as i had lost confidence in these suppliers thinking it was their faults, but when in truth it was EVANS Glass all along...They lied time and time again about the units coming in on tuesdays and then thursdays..Ultimately never showing up...I have been waiting for 4 months and still no windows..They did however "LIKE COMPLETE SCHMUCKS" send out the glass for the beginning of the project but these units they sent were defective..Absolute trash, and very expensive....I have no idea how a company can be in business for so long and dick people over time after time...These window units i need aren't even hard or complicated to begin with, but still EVANS falls short...I have no idea when i will receive these glass units and even if i do,,are they going to be crap?...Two windows i have that i got from my first supplier were constructed out of square and un-true..Spacers bent, bowed and two panes of glass both being different measurements.. Windows have to be square and straight Mr. EVANS!!!!. . The units wouldnt fit in my openings the way i wanted them to..This is simple common sense. Not rocket science..The house im building is very expensive and i have had to settle for total crap because of this bunch of YAHOO'S!!!..Do not use EVANS glass for any project big or small.....FIND SOMEONE ELSE....The worst glass company ever in the history of mankind...They suck...Morons!!! Idiots!!!! LIARS!!! I hope they go out of business as they deserve....I hate them so much!!!!

Excellent service. Quality work. They did custom glass doors for 2 bathrooms for me. I shopped around and their customer service even in the beggining stages is what won my business.

This company looks like no one has had to try to make a sale in a loooonnnnng time. I came in because they happen to have the mirror mounts my customer wanted I was very excited about it until i got there. I m usually pretty easy going.From the time I got there till the time I had to come back and return the materials I did not use the experience was terrible they have been around since 1953, but I am expecting them to close soon! Customer service was terrible everybody in the office couldnt make eye contact with you the only person that s worth a darn there is the receptionist. Travel further and pay more so you don t have to deal with these complacent miserable people. Especially the old guy in the back whose name I can t recall who cussed more than spoke.

They take awhile but their quality is amazing and it is well worth the wait.

From start to finish, Evans Glass was fantastic. Sammy came out the first time to measure. I was blown away by his honesty and professionalism. He did not try to hard sell me and let me make a decision in my own time. The installation crew, Malik and Hollis were great. Both of them were very personable and explained everything all while doing a tremendous job installing the glass. Well done team!

I had a great experience with Evans Glass. Ted came out and measured and thoughtfully recommended some shower door options. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Jason and Malik were so pleasant and professional during the installation process. They provided a beautiful result!

I paid to have windows replaced at a house I sold they received my payment on 6.27.14 and as of today 5.21.2015 alnost a year later they have not installed the windows. Would not recommend.

2 yr old windows fogging up with white lines down and across centers of 22 windows...7000 dollar plus loss..maybe a lawsuit in the future for these crooks....If you are looking for glass, make damn sure you use anybody but Evans glass....These windows were supposed to be the highlights of my house and now they're eye sores I have to look at every day...horrible quality from a horrible company....

I placed an order on 6/20 and was told it would take approximately a week to finish. Keep in mind it is a small tabletop piece of glass that I ordered. On 7/10 I called them because I haven't heard anything. Their response was let me check and I'll call you back. I was called back and fed some excuses why it was not done. By the way I did not give it to my wife like I had planned. On 7/12 I received a call saying it was ready. I couldn't pick it up until Friday the 14. Got busy at work and went and picked it up today the 17th. Upon paying I ask if they would reduce the price 14$ since it was very late being complete. I was told that part of the being late was due to me not picking it up on the 14th. I shouldn't have to ask for anything. They should have marked it down for the inconvenience. I called them on the status not the other way around. Very disappointed

4 months have passed and still the window is broken. The agent measured the window and then put the wrong card number, with out notifying us they canceled the order. After we called, they promised delivery in 3 weeks, it is not 6 weeks. Empty promises ... still broken window. Recommend other companies.

Fantastic quality and the people are some of the nicest people in Nashville.

The guys were great! Hollis and Malik did a great job, came on time, and cleaned up before they left. They even worked through lunch so they would not have to come back another day. Plus the window are now clear, clean so you can see through them.

Made a quick pickup for 2 mirrors, the people there were helpful and kind

This was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Please take your business somewhere else! The shop foreman spoke to me in a manner that's just unbelievable! He tells me..... "You could have taken somewhere else to be fixed" This was said to me after I asked him to glue the gasket back that they damaged! Wait,what? I can't believe this ,I strongly recommend not doing business with EVANS! OH YEAH , NO APOLOGIES WERE OFFERED!

I called twice for a commercial project. Spoke with Mitch who promised to come over and give me an estimate - a week later after no call or follow up, I called again and spoke to Judy I believe, who assured me that the message is forwarded to Mitch and he will be calling me within 24 hours - over a week now and no contact. For a business that markets their local roots and pride they certainly are not respecting a fellow size-able business in the hearth of Franklin.

Hollis and Malik performed a very professional job - quiet, efficient, friendly, left no mess and played with our dog. We are so pleased with our new windows. Evans Glass Co. makes sure their guys communicate and show up on time. Highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews, but I do when I'm thoroughly impressed with a company and I'm so glad I found Evan's Glass Company. After shopping around at various companies to have a window repaired I quickly realized how expensive it was going to be to have one sash replaced. I started doing some research online to do it myself and found that Evan's Glass made custom sashes to order. I filled out their online quote form, and within an hour I had a quote for my piece. Correspondence was very quick and by the next day my glass was ordered. For a fraction of what other companies were going to charge to come out and do it. They gave me an estimate as to when it should be ready, but my window was done in less than half the time. I got a call from Jackie (I believe that was her name) stating that my glass was ready. I informed her of my schedule, and she offered to stay after a little as I rarely leave work before they close. I thought that this was awesome of her to offer that. When I picked up my glass everyone greeted me and was very nice. One of the guys in the shop (didn't get his name) actually loaded the piece into my truck, and then ran back inside to get some cardboard to put around the edges for extra protection. Nothing but a positive experience all around, and I'm very satisfied with my order. Thanks for running a great company! I highly recommend Evans Glass Co.
