Horrible experience. They said they would do what I needed only to find out when I got here that I was misinformed. They still wanted to charge me 10$ for a rush fee. I asked if they would waive that since I now needed to Pick out an item in the store for much more money and it was giving them more business. The owner was very rude and said "hmmm... No I'm not going to waive the fee." I told her I felt she should and she rudely said too bad. Will never go here again and will advise against it. My gift was ruined because they couldn't do what they promised and I refused to do business with them after the owner was so rude to me in person. This is the first time I've ever posted a negative review but I felt compelled to share this. The owner lost me and many other customers all over 10$, not sure it's worth it.
