RUDE, APATHETIC, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on Feb. 14 (Valentine's Day). Although I received an order confirmation email, my girlfriend did not receive her bouquet of flowers. To my surprise, when I checked my bank account, the transaction didn't even go through (even though I got a confirmation).
When I phoned on Feb. 16 to speak to the owner about what had happened she said "it says here one of my girls contacted you by email and phone." I DID NOT have any email from them at all (other than the confirmation) and I had ONE missed phone call from Coeur d'Alene on Feb. 13 which I now figured out is their phone number, but they didn't leave a message or call back. I figured if it was important they would have at least left me a message to call back.
All the owner had to say to me was "we had about 500 orders for Valentine's day we can't contact everybody. All we can do is void your order."
Your job is to fulfill orders and expectations even on the busiest day of the year with 500 customers. If you make a mistake that is fine, but at least try to find a solution to fix the problem and keep a customer not just VOID the problem.

Conclusion: The owner was not empathetic at all that I was not contacted about my order not being able to be processed and was completely rude and carefree to fix the problem and figure out a solution for me.
After choosing this flower shop based on reviews and reputation, I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my experience. NO second chance will be given here.
