I don't normally write reviews...but I appreciated...

I don't normally write reviews...but I appreciated Hansen's service enough to write this one:

I called the day before valentine's day to order flowers delivered. The first place I called kicked me to an auotmated message that said "we are not taking orders over the phone...please go to the website to order." I wasn't anywhere near a computer so I moved on to the next one. This florist said they could deliver my order, but said they would not deliver the present with it for me if I dropped it off at their office in the morning, because it was over $100.00 value and they didn't want to be responsible for it. (it was $127.00). So now I'm 0 for 2. I called Hansen's next. They were friendly, helpful & easy going. I asked if they could deliver a present for me as well...they said "Sure!" and even said if I showed up earlier than they opened in the morning, to just come in the back door and give it to them because they would be there early too.

Lastly: the flowers they delivered were AWESOME. I've ordered flowers alot, and these were some of the best I've ever ordered.

Long story short: customer service isn't a river in Egypt. And I appreciate it when I witness it. These gals are good.
