The West Indian Tobacco Company Limited Review

Not much to say but it a multi billion dollars company

I am not a smoker, but I feel a kind of affinity to WITCO for several reasons. First: I went to Primary School at Mt. D'or, when we moved to the area. Another important memory: they were sponsors of Desperados, one of the greatest Steel Bands in Trinidad and Tobago. Another fond memory I had was going to some really big & fun parties at their Sports grounds, located just behind the factory.

The Tobacco factory is right at the corner of Mt. D'or and Eastern Main Roads and are one of the original big three companies to anchor this industrial area of Champs Fleurs. The other two are Lever Brothers Soap Company and Carib Larger Beer. All privately owned and major employers.

One star because it is known that the tobacco/flavour of Broadway cigarette has been changed!

Witco through its area sale rep has been discriminating against businesses .Area sales rep are favorably choosing friends and families of businesses to deliver promotions and offers to only such people .

Sales rep under the guidance of Witco is not practicing equity and non discrimination!!! very upsetting by this company
