I bring my laptop for cleaning and agree to their proposal to replace a better hard drive. They give me back a laptop that doesn't have a keyboard. After the complaint, I again bring them a laptop to repair the mistake they made (laptop in excellent condition but without keyboard function) and return my laptop which shows no signs of life at all and does not turn on.
I would not recommend them to anyone or ever do business with them again.
