I'm terribly disappointed. Before the weekend when black friday discounts were announced everywhere, I opened their page on Thursday and saw that the discounts had already started. I order 3 items on Thursday night and receive a confirmation mail on Friday morning that the order has been received and will arrive in 2-3 business days. On Monday I get a new mail that there are none of the 3 things I ordered (although 2 out of 3 are still on the web shop) So instead of sending me immediately on Friday that no, instead of a confirmation email I could look elsewhere which interests me. This is how I lost all 3 things, missed all the discounts in other places, and was left with just their excuse to no avail.
