Alex was able to provide the information I needed to make the decision on a temporary ramp for our front door, along with bathroom hand rails. Very happy with our door ramp. We had an uneven entrance to our business door. We order the heavy duty mat and it works perfect. A wheel chair will now be able to come in without any problem and it a nice transition for normal foot traffic.

We ordered a window well cover for a window well. The window well cover fit great looked awesome, but after about two weeks we noticed rust on it. We contacted handi ramp they sent another one out, that one rusted as well. The company stood behind their product 100% and we're in constant communication with me about getting a window well cover that would not rust. We got another window well cover that has not rusted, I am very happy to have dealt with handi ramp their customer service and constant communication was excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone that would like to get a custom made window well cover.

Staff at Handi-Ramp are amazing! Not so much, UPS. Delivery came on time, unfortunately, I was asleep and missed them, then couldn't do anything until the next business day (4 days later) having been a long weekend. UPS doesn't work weekends or holidays...wow, what world do they live in, eh

These stair treads work very well regardless of the weather: I have three sets of outside steps (11 steps in all). It took me about 15 minutes to install all of them. I bought the wide ones, and in turned out that there weren't quite enough screws in the bag, but they sent the rest (and then some) right out once I emailed them about it. No slippery steps to worry about anymore! For heavy ice storms I still throw some salt on them, but otherwise I don't have to do anything. These things will outlast my porch. Worth the cost, definitely.

The Non-Slip Stair Nosings are a quality product and the perfect finishing touch for our re-built steps. We used the 48" X 2.75" in brown and they look terrific. They will outlast us, for sure. They are sturdy, solid and very well made. Kudos to Handi-Ramp!! Well done!

Well I had a different review but since they fixed it better I will write a new one. The nonskid is good for everything but snow. Can t shovel all the way down to the material I learned and turns in to ice so pretty hard to get up it. The company called and asked me to delete what the reviews are for. Also I couldn t figure out on my phone how to delete the review and had a one of them calling me 4 times to delete it and leaving messages about me deleting it. And saying I saw you wrote a review on someone else. For the price a wood ramp would have been easier to use I feel. Trying to shovel snow as a paraplegic on there s is very very hard to do. I m not sure if they do but I wish these companies that sell ada stuff would have people with disabilities to try it out.

My wife and I needed some anti slip stair treads on some outdoor stairs. We live in Canada and often have a lot of snow and ice to contend with. I first found HandiRamp non slip treads on a ramp in Vermont. We have now used HandiRamp across campus. We used sheets of the button material to resurface a 65' wooden ramp that had an uneven surface and was slick in winter. The users and custodians love it! I purchased flat treads for the stairs and ramp at my home in Vermont and have just purchased treads with nosings to repair a concrete stoop in a rental property. At the University we are using treads with nosings to resurface old Marble and granite exterior stairs. HandiRamp is flexible in their approach to manufacturing and their staff go out of their way to make sure your project is successful. They are a great company to work with, I can't say enough good things about them.

Put Handi-ramp treads on my folks' wooden deck ramp. Ordering was a breeze. They arrived quickly, installed easily, and they work great.

Ordered a window well for a half moon basement window. Received the well yesterday and it fits perfect and looks great with the pavers around the well. Great job and will order a few more covers in the near future.

Here in the pacific northwest our wooden stairs don't just get wet they stay wet. When that happens algae grows on them (happens to composite roofs too) and makes them as slick as if you had smeared grease on them. The HandiRamp 48" aluminum non slip treads have been the ONLY solution that has worked for more than one season. They work great mounted about 3/4 of an inch from the edge of the step. In that position you shoe will always get a grip. I've had a set (brown aluminum) on our back porch stairs for about 4 years now and the still look good and work great.

The representatives of handiramp, were extremely helpful with my questions, and willing to help me with my odd task of tryin to build/design a ramp to cover a large gap. I look forward to dealing with them again.

if you need sturdy window well covers this is the place to go. Ordered two, but have one window well along my drive way with an asphalt brim around the lip. With the provided templates was able to get a perfect fit for both.. Tested out the strength - no bend or flex. Now can keep out the neighbors leaves this fall and not worry about people or critters falling into the window wells. Thanks guys for the exceptional service, and quality. High quality product that is perfect for the slight step up from our living room to our kitchen. My dad is moving in with us and this is exactly what we needed to keep him safe from tripping/falling.

The safety step plates that we bought were reasonably priced and functioned perfectly, and the rough surface really gives you traction. Aluminum plates will last forever, safety tape just peels off in a month or two.

If I could give 6 stars for this product , I would. I installed these treads on a wooden ramp and they provide a wonderful secure footing without creating a high profile to trip over. I expect the deck will fail before the treads do!

I needed a portable dock at a new building while we are building a permanent one. My Experience in renting this was quick and painless. It has been a lifesave at the new facility so far.

After taking a bad fall in October due to ice on our steps, I tried multiple adhesive items in an attempt to provide secure footing on steps made of fake wood (a plastic compound). None of the products we tried either adhered, or remained afixed to the steps for more than one week. They especially failed to adhere when the weather turned cold (we live in Minnesota). Then my wife and I then tried the Handi-ramp product. It's metal, and screws into the steps (screws provided!) What a difference. The raised metal surface of the product has "bulges" that feel very secure under your foot. Despite several ice storms, our steps are no longer dangerous to us. Forget the adhesive nonsence and to with the HandiRamp product.
