I have made several purchases from them, their website is very user friendly and self explanatory. The quality of the goods and packaging is outstanding.
Lead time from Dublin, Ireland to Naples, Florida is usually 3-5 Days. With COVID-19 we ran into a few backorders but they kept me updated and even upgraded the shipping once the goods became available to help compensate for some of the lost time. They truly care about their clients.

I ordered some race boots from Murray Motorsport on the 25th November with an expected delivery time of 3-7 days. I still have not received my order at the time of writing this on the 4th January. I have emailed them many times but they have been reluctant to do anything but apologise and pass the blame onto the courier. It is extremely disappointing to read reviews from customers in America who received orders merely days after purchase in late December when I have been waiting almost 6 weeks. They have not even offered to refund the postage price which was extortionate in the first place. Poor customer service.

Massive range of parts with competitive prices, buying here and having to pay import duties was still cheaper than buying within Australia!

Will certainly buy from them again when the opportunity arises.

There were a few bumps along the way but Niall, Eoin and Chris worked diligently to sort things out. Would recommend.

Absolutely love ordering from here! The prices are great and so is the customer service. I live in the United States and the products I order always come very fast. I would definitely love to visit this store one day if I visit Ireland. Would recommend getting your motorsport and especially sim racing equipment from this place.

I ordered a quick release for my Simucube from these guys. It arrived at my door in the US 2 days later which was great but the package was missing the nuts and bolts used to mount it. I emailed them about this, and before I got a response I decided to order the Heusinkveld Sim Shifter from them.

Customer support responded the next day telling me I should in fact have gotten the nuts and bolts with my QR. I suggested that if my other package from them hadn't shipped out yet, just include the hardware in that package. After I sent that email, I realized I had gotten an email 2 hours before stating the package had already been shipped.

A little while later I get another email from Murray Motorsport saying they INTERCEPTED my package and put the nuts and bolts in it! Not only that but I received the package the very next day. These guys are great and I'll be buying from them more in the future.
