A huge shout out to Jon, Peyton, Steve, and Todd at HRHD for making my trade-in amazing! Process was smooth and they made sure we (myself, wife, and 3 little ones) were taken care of while we waited on processing and such. 1st trade-in (2nd bike) from HRHD and both experiences were outstanding! Looking forward to many more trips there on our upgraded ride!

Came in looking to upgrade a starter bike that I hadn't ridden in a while. KB was extremely helpful without being pushy. They did not try to push me over my budget and made sure the bike was a good fit. They even agreed to come pick up my trade-in since I was not able to get it to them that day. Steve and Darlene were also very helpful. Even though I live closer to other stores, I will continue to make the longer drive for the excellent customer service

Despite computers being time saving devices, that was not the case yesterday. Debi spent a good hour getting me the manuals I needed to fully understand my new CVO Triglide. Shes an awesome team player!!!"

Will did every thing he could to replace my speakers, which was under warranty. He was constantly communicating with me and the manufacturer trying to get this resolved. My motorcycle was at another dealership for 4 weeks with no progress. Will was able to take care of it in less than 2 weeks. I appreciate his hard work in this matter and I am very happy with the service that was provided to me. The service department did an outstanding job fixing my motorcycles. They expertise and knowledge is above the rest. Thank you!

Always running into someone you haven't seen in a long time. They are always have something new to show you or let know that they where able to get the item you have been looking for. Besides the fact they always have something going on . Weather it be a Blood Drive or just a get together . When you pull into the parking lot & see all the Bikes ,you just know you can expect a great day . Smiles everywhere , Plus the best part is seeing Deb there when we walk in the place . She is an amazing woman . We've become great friends over the year's. I've been looking for this small type wallet. So Deb introduced me to Kathy . She does ordering there for your accessories. So when you're looking for something special she's the woman to go to . To see if she can order it for you. Like myself trying to get this wallet for me for my husband-to-be . You always leave there with a smile on your face because you had a great day while you were there at the Hampton Roads Harley-Davidson .

There was a miscommunication between the technicia...

There was a miscommunication between the technician working on my bike and the front desk in the service department (parts availability for my bike). This created a big issue for me since I was planning on leaving to Gettysburg Bike week next morning at 8:00. I left the shop not to happy to be honest because I might have to cancel my trip, but about an hour later (past closing time) I received a phone call from Chad to let me know that they were able to complete the work. Chad stayed with Marry Ann and technician (unfortunately I don t know his name) and by the time I got there almost 2 hours after the normal closing time they were doing the final road test. Thanks to that I was able to ride home and get ready for the trip in the morning. I had a great time in Gettysburg thanks to their devotion and commitment

"I recently had Murph in service install some T bars on my fxbb Street Bob and they turned out great! This time around I had a complete stage 1 installation (tuner, air cleaner, and exhuast system) and decided to go with a cobra 2 into 1 el diablo full exhuast. Once again, Murph did an outstanding job on the install and it turned out looking (and sounding) awesome! If you need anything installed or modified on your harley ask for Murph in service he does great work!"

I don't even ride. But I love to visit this spot. Great staff members to assist your endeavors. Plus they have Cars and Coffee events that draws a nice crowd for the best of both worlds. Big open store with bikes, clothing, accessories and parts. It's not the most modern looking store that you see of those off an interstate yet it has a hometown look. The only thing is it's not easily visible and can be pass easy as you are looking for a huge pile on sign. Get them a visit.

Junior has installed a number of significant engine modifications to my 2000 FXST over the past 16 years, and his work has been top class every time! Because of Junior's superior skills, I have NEVER had a breakdown of any type and I now have almost 50,000 miles on the bike. Plus, the bike makes more than 100 rwhp and runs like a dream. Keep up the good work, Junior!

I was greeted with a friendly smile when I arrived. However, It went downhill from there. I was passing through the area and decided to stop in to buy an aftermarket accessory that cost about $10. Went to pay by credit card and they wanted my drivers license. Never heard of such a thing. Parts guy said it was company policy if I wanted to pay by credit card. He said they have had a run of stolen cards. Fortunately, I had $10 cash. Paid for the part. Got out of the store and they didn t get my credit card, drivers license and personal info. If you ve ever had your identity stolen (and I have) you understand why giving someone your drivers license to enter all your information is crazy. How do I know what they do with my information and what is there policy on protecting private info. Not a very friendly customer purchasing process.

. My experience at HRHD was great. Purchasing my 2015 CVO took awhile but we got it done by 11pm!! Parts and service were exceptional. Upon picking up my CVO the battery died in front of the dealership. A Service tec took it into the shop and installed a new battery with minimal delay.

When I bought my 2004 Fatboy (from another dealer) in 2005, I counted on HRHD to maintain and service it. The service I received was always professional and prompt. Fast forward to 2016...I purchased my 2006 Ultra Classic from HRHD. I got a awsome trade on my fatboy, and a great price on the Ultra. The price was so good, I was able to add lifetime maintenance and extended service. I won't go anywhere but HRHD!!

This is, by far, the best location in the Hampton Roads area to purchase a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. They also have great apparel, and parts selections.

The kicker though is the staff here, from the enthusiastic Jessica in sales, who seems to zoom in on your particular needs and wants, to ol' "Panhead" in accessories and clothing with her tough and wisened stories of the past. Steve, the floor manager who is honest, courteous, and a man of integrity. The folks in parts, the wrenches in the back, and a fantastic finance crew, you just can't get a more trustworthy group.

I have dealt with all three major HD dealerships in the Tidewater area, and, believe me, THIS ONE is tops, hands down. Southside is decent, but Bayside ... Well not so good (bully tactics, upsells, you get the picture).

Why go anywhere else? Hampton Roads Harley will do you right. Look up Jessica and Steve, my favorites, and you will see why my brothers, my wife and I keep our business right here. Ride free.

This dealership is awesome! The staff was great and Paden "Baby Santa" Haas made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend the moment I came through the door! The entire experience was enjoyable, even the paperwork which can usually be tedious buying a vehicle. It ended with every member of the staff coming over and saying "congratulations" and/or "welcome to the family" as I stood by my new bike. I'm so glad I bought my first Harley here and I'm proud to be a part of the HRHD family!
