There was a miscommunication between the technician working on my bike and the front desk in the service department (parts availability for my bike). This created a big issue for me since I was planning on leaving to Gettysburg Bike week next morning at 8:00. I left the shop not to happy to be honest because I might have to cancel my trip, but about an hour later (past closing time) I received a phone call from Chad to let me know that they were able to complete the work. Chad stayed with Marry Ann and technician (unfortunately I don t know his name) and by the time I got there almost 2 hours after the normal closing time they were doing the final road test. Thanks to that I was able to ride home and get ready for the trip in the morning. I had a great time in Gettysburg thanks to their devotion and commitment
