Whenever we are in Brantford Hampton inn is always our first pick

We had a very lovely stay here. Room was clean and large in size. Cable television and free wifi. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The complimentary morning breakfast was good, and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

My 12 year old son and I absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Most importantly it was very clean.

Very comfortable rooms nicely layed out and liked the happy hour in the evening

Meeting room up to standard and service was reasonable.

disappointing from the start. We travel often and this by far was not to the standards of Hampton Inn by Hilton. Rooms seemed dated and not a comfortable look or feel. Our room had blinds that seemed cut in numerous places, wall paper in the washroom coming away from the wall. Sofa ( day bed) arms stained. Long black hair in bed when opening to retire. Not the idea of a well maintained room. Children running in the hallway well after the 9pm quiet time. You can hear occupants above us walking around and the shower or tub emptying above us was as if it were in our suite. I never complain in this fashion but felt this was warranted. I was not expecting over the top service, just a nice experience as we have loved in the past at other Hilton locations.

Just so happened to have a room where the waterworls from the room above were unbelievably loud, so much so that it sounded like someone was actually having a shower next to my bed. The next night they moved me into another room. So good so far.

Nice big rooms. Queen size beds or bigger. Microwave in room. Breakfastt included had waffles, ham, omelettes, breads, cereals etc. No hotel bar. Small pool on site. Oddly located on edge of town. No walking to anything. Hotel has a bit of a premium feel to the decor but still a little pricey for location and amenities overal.. 200$ for room with 2 queens.

Excellent stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Check in/out process fast and easy. Good breakfast goodies despite it being a snack bag because of Covid, fruit, yogurt, muffins, etc. It's located in the industrial park area right off the 403 so a few minutes away from eating, shopping, etc. SPOTLESS!! Only negative: the parking spots are EXTREMELY narrow, almost impossible to open vehicle doors and squeeze out.

It was great. Got it last minute, wasn't too expensive and the King bed was great

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and spacious rooms. The fitness room had more than average equipment. The breakfast had various well prepare choices.

The room was not cleaned up and not set up for the Wedding night and no wine and strawberries & chocolates and special folded towels as promised to be set up in the room on the Night of July 13, 2019. I was and my Son were very disappointed and dissatisfied...and that I also had my daughter and her family stay there. Not very satisfied either.

Lots of construction outside, AC unit very noisy, elevator smelled like cigarettes.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great location directly off Hwy 403. Quick trip to dt Brantford. Close to shopping and food.

Fantastic place. Really enjoyed my stay when out there for a wedding. Very nice rooms, comfortable bed, great staff. Made a silly request for cute kitty pictures in the room and they did it! Arrived to find some printouts put up and a set of towels artfully shaped into a cat!

Friendly staff and newer property make for enjoyable stay. Although hotel is in the middle of industrial area, food and other shopping is available within one or two exits along 403 in each direction

Facilities were top notch. The temperature was regulated properly in the meeting room. The internet connection was fast. The food was great and even had a gluten free offering. Excellent choice for a meeting place!

Very nice hotel. Workout area was small but adequate, nice room and hot breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants. Would recommend to others traveling through the area

Really nice. Surprised the pillows weren't my comfy but I guess I'm picky about that. Parking lot was under renovation as of May 2019

Nice hotel although nothing special. Very good staff. Location is not great at it's very far from the main part of Brantford. So it's hard to even see the few attractions in Brantford.

Went to the Hampton Inn for the Brantford Women's Networking Group monthly lunch for the first time this week. It was lovely. The food was great and the place is really clean. The free coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice touch.

Disappointed, the owner is a joke, doesn't keep his word. Building a new hotel beside this one. Doesn't pay trades , poorly organized , bottom of the barrel. A total and complete embarrassment, not just to himself , but, to both hotel chains as well. The holiday inn is great...stay there

We where so excited to relax and enjoy 2 nights as a family of 6 at a hotel. Took time to find a hotel with free breakfast, a pool and most of all a hottub to enjoy. As a family of 6 its important to make sure we find a hotel that can take 6 people not a easy task. This is why I was so happy to find a place so close to home that we could take a min vacation. As I looked online (Google) I saw everything we needed at this hotel. Pool , breakfast and hottub.....perfect. looked at pictures to get a idea of the cleanliness and room size but most of all the pool and the hottub because we would be spending the most time enjoying the pool area. Under pictures posted by the owner shows a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous pool and hottub. Not 1,2 or 3 but more great pictures of a pool area with hottub. Theres even a 360 degree overview of the hottub and pool area posted by the owner if this fantastic area to use. So I call and book it! Tell the nice lady on the phone haha I know it's funny we live 5 minutes down the road but we are only staying to enjoy the hottub and pool for the weekend. Unfortunately with a car full of excited kids ready to jump into the pool I go into the hotel to check in. Happy and so looking forward to sitting in the hot bubbles with my wife as we watch the kids play in the pool. I pop over as you can see the pool from the lobby and there it is a awesome pool and hay nobody using it....awesome we are going to have a awesome time. Look over and what do I see .....3 steps up with a steel railing to a concrete slab. It was hard not to freak out. Oh man I needed a break, time to relax...theres 4 kids in the car with goggles already on there heads. This cant be I did my homework it said pool it said hottub. There where pictures of a hottub ny the owner. When I called to book it I told the lady that was the only reason we where coming to stay. I cant believe this is happening why would they have it still as theres a hottub why are all the pictures still on line from the owner and why the hell wouldn't the lady tell me theres no hottub when I booked it! I the nice lady explained they filled it in and she called next door to see if they had a hottub for us. They didn't but the GM would come talk to me as it's the same owner of both hotels. Nice man he said sorry alot and offer me a room jacuzzi or a one bedroom next door
..no hottub but the kids would still get to use the pool. As he was trying to make this disaster better. Another man that works there jump onto the computer looks at my down his nose and says "well Google can say we could have a helicopter pad, dosen't mean we do" then gives me this little laugh with a smirk. This made me so mad! I explained I understand that but it wasn't just Google had hottub it was all the pictures and the lady that booked it. I was so upset I had a hard time getting the words out but I did only to get a wonderful bigger smirk from the guy. As the GM saw how upset he ask me to come next door to look at another room. Outside I explained to my wife what happened and she asked the GM who the man was that disrespected me the GM said dont worry about that and he was dealing with things. She ask him two more times who the man was and he would not answer. She then ask if he works there the GM said yes. Then she ask what his job position was and again would not answer. At this point we asked him to cancel the stay. We walked back into the lobby and in a couple minutes we had a cancellation. We talk about trying to save the weekend....calling around great wolf in the falls to best western London we find a hotel that may work...ok great kids stop crying as I make the call to book only problem is I only use a low balance credit card for traveling and it has a authorization so we cant book anything else. Oh man as we drive back home to unpack with upset kids I think to myself how in the hell did this happen. Was it just laziness or are the just hoping to scam people.

Was there forba corporate event in a banquet hall. They served a hot breakfast. Food was good and the hotel seemed clean.

Overall nice but the heater was so loud it woke me up repeatedly every time it came on.

Great, clean, tidy stayed in room 600 it was spacious perfect for business. island desk and separate lounge. Cont breakfast was great food was verry tasty selection was typical. Amytime im back in the area ill stay here again. I wish i could have taken another day

The lady working the front desk had zero customer service skills ...she was unfriendly, rude, and didn t seem to care to help. In the middle of talking to her about my check in she walked away to answer the phone without even asking me to hold on. I was refused to stay because my credit card was maxed out and Hampton inn Brantford would not accept a deposit on my debit card for the room which most hotels do. It was my first time booking with Hampton inn and I ll never book with them again. Very unfriendly and unprofessional customer service and the location is not great. It s on the outskirts of brantford with nothing really around.

The complimentary breakfast was astounding, as was the eatery area.

Staff were amazing and hotel was extremely well kept. Expectations were high from the get go. But honestly our final experience was better than expected. Considering the great photos and reviews we read just before booking. HAMPTON Lived up to the hype and exceeded all our expectations. 10/10. We'll book at this Hampton again and again!

The rooms and location are good for the reason of business. Close to the highway and the ability to get into Brantford, Waterloo, Woodstock and Hamilton effortlessly.

I booked a room with sofa bed which this hotel advertised but when I checked in the room the wasn't any sofa bed . I asked receptionist but they said sorry no room left.

A good value priced hotel in western Brantford. We stayed there last night, along with three other couples in town for a funeral. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff seemed to be making an extra effort to be welcoming and helpful. The included breakfast was just fine, with ample fruit as well as lots of hot and cold options.

I was at the Hampton Inn for a bridal shower. The staff was friendly, the room was set up and ready, and we were provided with everything that we required. I would recommend the Hampton in to family and friends.

Just went to an event for an hour. Beautiful conference rooms.
