Nice hotel. Room comfortable, clean, temperature ...

Nice hotel. Room comfortable, clean, temperature regulation is good. Beds are great. The luggage carts are hard to use ... the wheels don't rotate well when the cart is loaded. The business center was down part of the time ... the front desk clerk assisted by using the computer there to print something for me. The breakfast was good, but the attendant wasn't keeping up with the guest use ... eggs ran out, utinsels not kept full ... A little more attention is this area is needed. Overall ... good stay ... not great.

Nice hotel with very comfortable rooms. The pool was a little too chilly and the jets on the hot tub weren't working. There was a great coffee and tea area in the lobby at all times and the breakfast buffet was very generous.
Hampton Inns needs to modify their reservations to allow Visa Debit. It would help those of us who don't want a credit card.

Everything about the room is acceptable. The beds, sheets, carpet, and bathroom looked clean. The air conditioning and heating both worked well. WiFi was a bit slow but other than that all aspects of my stay were great.

My family has stayed at this hotel on average one weekend a month for the past 3 years with an increase to every other weekend for the past few months. Initially, this was a wonderful place to stay: Clean, friendly staff, quiet. The past few months has been a nightmare. Children and adults screaming in the hallways, banging on walls and doors at from 11pm to 3am. When we call and ask the front desk to come and ask people to stop - they do not come even when we call repeatedly.
In the pool the adult guests are leaving children unsupervised or under supervised and are drinking beer. Children are whipping toys around till it is unusable by anyone but them. Every time we go to the desk to discuss this the staff literally say "What do you want me to do?" and shrug it off.
After this past visit we talked to the people at the desk (again) who said the GM would call. A week later: No call. We called and the GM told us they can't push back on the hockey tournament or wedding guests when they are unruly. We were informed we should find somewhere else to go and try again in the summer when they have less tournaments.
I suppose it is the tournaments that bring in the money, but you would think that all consumers would be considered welcome. I am sure if those people banging on the doors and screaming/playing their music with their doors open at 3am were listening to one of my children cry in the night - I would get a call from the front desk.
