Hampton Inns are a hockey parents dream! They really know just what we need! A clean, quiet, comfortable room. A great big, nicely furnished common area. Above average complimentary breakfast. A warm pool with convenient hours. Friendly, patient staff. Lots of parking. Convenient location. What more could we ask for? Special mention to the nice security guard who had infinite patience with the kids, and the lovely ladies who took care of the front desk and lobby areas, they worked hard for us and it was appreciated!

Very comfortable bed, spiffy clean bathroom, great breakfast area and food. After the previous 8 days in cozy inns and unique hotels, it was nice to stay in a clean, comfortable place right off the highway. On the pricey side.

Paper thin walls. Brihania the night manager, threatened to kick everyone out because I complained as someone was slamming doors, after I was abused for walking out with no shirt.
You can even hear TV's from the next room word for word. Disgusting hotel with terrible management.

Hockey tournament which was organized by Alliance Hockey inwhich we paid an extra $20.00 more per room than those who just bought it on their own online. not the hotels fault but something to stay wise too . Rooms were small but clean, low pressure in the bathroom. Decent wifi but they are only licensed in the lobby area. If you plan to enjoy adult bevies that can only be in the lobby away from rooms. We were fine in that our kids are a bit older now but to any young teams peewee under this may present an issue. Breakfast was simple and fine. Staff were courteous. Special thanks to the night guard, an older fellow who is a sweet man, considerate and attentive to the kids who remained in the room playing video games.

We have been coming here with the grandkids for years. We've enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms are clean. Jennifer and her staff always makes us feel like were home.

Went to have a getaway for my son's birthday. Great hotel with very good rates. We had one of the two queen suites, and had plenty of room for us and the kids. Pool and whirlpool were small, but good enough for the kids. Warm breakfast was also included!

Very friendly. Ok location, easy to get to Paris and very close to the highway. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the cable options. The staff were so welcoming and warm.

A good hotel to stay in Windsor. Many amenities that made a 2 day stay better. As expected the free WiFi provided everything I needed and there were options for missing items rthday I forgot such as a tooth brush.

I haven't been in here but the staff are very friendly I work right beside this place

Room was nice and clean. Service was good. Complementary breakfast. Food could have been better, but it was good enough. I have a random charge and I don't know why.

Had a great stay. Was "guest of the day". I was flattered to come into my room with some snacks, and decor on the bed. Very welcoming. Room is a good size, as well as the bathroom.

Great hotel. The front desk girls have great personalities and are very friendly. Like that the location is a bit out of town so you feel like you're at a peaceful getaway.

Place was fine for our meeting but have to be honest in one of your meetings rooms you had a bug infestation that actually got into the lunch provided. We kept quiet but it did put a damper on our appetite

Excellent helpful staff who go out of their way. The light dinner meal in the lobby was handy since there is no restaurant nearby. Salt water pool just the right temperature and hot tub not too hot. Really quality hotel.

Located close to factories but once inside you dont even notice the factories. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The service at the Hampton Inn was incredible! Their complimentary breakfast is amazing and the staff is precisely the high level of customer service that you would expect from an establishment such as this. I would highly recommend anyone who is coming to the Brantford Ontario area and needs accommodations to book in a room here. Well done!

This is not necessarily a five-star place and it's not designed to be such. However, it was clean and welcoming. I believe the most significant difference I found between this particular Hotel and others was the front staff. The three young women that we dealt with over the 2 day stay last weekend were absolutely Pleasant and extremely helpful. They always had a smile and answered every question pleasantly and enthusiastically with a genuine smile. I've stayed at high-end places which are five star or above for accommodations but are one star for the people that work there. This place is a 3 star with a 5-star staff. I would definitely go back there if I were in that area again.

Nice hotel. I was there for a workplace orientation and the lobby and boardroom was clean. The front lobby looked nice as well and the staff were all courteous.

Rolled into the Hampton Inn this morning to participate in an Enbridge Town Hall meeting. The facilities are perfect for our needs.

Rooms were fine. Clean etc.. check-in was smooth. Unfortunately there was an insanely bright light outside our two rooms, along with extremely loud AC units. The front desk was sympathetic to the light, but couldn't do anything to help. Unfortunate.

I've stayed at a couple Hampton Inns and this was the best. To-Go bags for breakfast(although mostly unhealthy carbs), large fitness room, pool, clean And quiet room. TV is larger than most although TV channels aren't so great (maybe because I'm American?). Best of all free social hour evenings with free wine and beer (help yourself !) and appetizers. And very important to me: both fridge and microwave in room!

Was only able to see the reception hall area of this hotel and the meal that was provided for lunch hour, but both were fantastic and the staff was amazing. I'd stay here in the future without hesitation!

I expected more quality from a Hampton Inn Hotel, some dirty carpets, armchairs with liquid stains ... I was driving from Mexico with my family and I chose Hilton for its prestige and it was NOT what I expected.

A great hotel, very friendly knowledgeable staff. A pretty nice hotel, but way too much chlorine. Breakfast is pretty simple but tasty.

Had a wedding booked here during COVID. They were very hard to deal with in cancelling, or re booking my wedding. Turnover in staff is very high and unorganized, I was not made to feel sympathized with when having my wedding cancelled due to a pandemic, and was made to feel bad that money was wasted by the hotel on the food for the wedding. Often had to call multiple times as calls, emails and texts would go unanswered.

This place only accepts credit cards for the room deposit. What disappoints me the most is that I can't find anywhere on their website that states this. Half the staff I met is friendly and the other half were just putting in their time.

Clean - quiet - welcoming. Salt pool was wonderful. Hot tub, divine. Serviice was outstanding. Best stay in a hotel I have enjoyed in a very long time. Thx Hampton Inn and suites

Nice hotel and the service was good. Only complaint is that there is nothing in this hotel or around this hotel as far as amenities go. If you need anything, you are driving to get it.

The room was great but the service really sucked. Receptionist was rude and standoffish. I'll never come there again. It was so bad even tho I wouldn't get a refund I didn't take the room
