Very comfortable and clean rooms! Housekeeping does a really good job!! Morning breakfast is great also to!!

The hotel staff was polite and friendly and always helpful the room was clean and it was a convenient location to where we needed to be the next morning. Our stay was comfortable the breakfast the next morning was OK quality of food could be a little bit better but other than that great stay.

I stay at this hotel pretty frequently. It's always friendly, clean and comfortable.

The rooms, pool, and hotel are immaculate. The breakfast spread is Incredible. I almost fell over when i walked into the dining area. Every morning there was a different hot order served. By day two I couldn't wait to wake up and head down to eat. But what really made this place extraordinary was the staff. They were so friendly, extremely accommodating, they let me swim laps in the pool for an extra hour because i arrived later in the evening. My last day, they opened the pool early for me because my meds were giving me major photosensitivity effects on my skin. So i got to beat the hot sun. I would reccomend this place to everyone.

Great hotel, great staff. I had to extend my checkout date twice in three days due to a family emergency and the staff was very accommodating, kind, and professional. Fitness room was nice, laundry was inexpensive, and our room was kept very clean. My only complaint is that the breakfast area is over-air conditioned; it was mid-June and we always wore a sweater to breakfast because it was so cold! But, overall a great place and we will definitely stay here again.

Never ever again will I stay this close to a major highway. Couldn t sleep at all. Terrible. The fact that I could hear the guy in the next room sneezing all night didn t help either.

Unless you want to leave this establishment with a bed bug infestation I would highly recommend that you DO NOT stay here.

After 9 hrs driving, At 10:30 pm we came to this location. First they told us they have room. I checked in and found out someone else was already in that room. Then they said sorry we don't have room after I unload all my luggages and got my little kids inside.
Manager didn't even offer any other option.
Never ever come to this location again.
I will give --5 for the customer service.

Thank you to the staff of the Hampton Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway for the prompt, courteous service during my family's stay. From providing a baby crib and other amenities for the room to keeping it consistently tidy, it's a very positive experience for everyone especially for the baby. Kudos to one of the managers, Michael, for arranging a second crib right after encountering problems with the first one.

While the family generally enjoys our visits at Hampton Inns (parking, hot breakfast, business center, fitness center, Wi-Fi, pool), the constant flow of hot water, coffee and popcorn in the lobby, as well as staff's willingness to share their knowledge of nearby places, it's one of the best overall hotel visits.

We would definitely book another room at this location if another opportunity to travel through the metro New York/New Jersey region arises.

My wife and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The facilities were extraordinarily clean, the room was well appointed and the staff was so kind and friendly. Additionally, the continental breakfast was superb - waffles, eggs and sausage were far more than expected. We were thoroughly impressed with our overnight stay.

This hotel has been very nice. I stayed one night to go to a Rutgers orientation the next day. The accommodations, service, and quality of the rooms were all impeccable. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

My room was superp during COVID-19/20. The room was fully cleaned and dusted down and sanitized. Accommodations was more than expected. I loved the very very huge television. I just gave more of a relaxing home feel during my short stay.

It was very good until the person who clean the rooms put my stuff in the trash. I complained with the management a week ago and I didn't get any answer so far. Very disappointed.

Well appointed rooms; albeit no microwave. Excellent, friendly staff.

Clean comfortable room. Standard hitel breakfast fare. Adequate parking. 24 hour coffee and water for tea adways hot with adequate supply. Assess to major highway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Everything was nice and shiny and new and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs including late check out until 1 p.m. Looking forward to being able to stay here again.

My first trip to New Jersey and I found the trip to the hotel to be reasonably convenient. The check in process was quick and easy after some delays getting out of the airport. I found my room to be as advertised. I like finding enough toiletries and bath towels. The room was comfortably cool and the daily cleaning left the room straightened without making me wonder if my personal items had been moved around the room.

I enjoyed my stay and I plan to visit again, in the future.

The location was in South Plainfield, NJ it was very clean and I was greeted immediately. The staff was very friendly.

Though im still currently here, i've never been more pleased with a hotel. The housekeeping is constant, the desk people are lovely, polite and humorous

The front desk staff is top notch, after 6 months of not staying here they still remembered my name! The rooms are all in great condition, with soft nice smelling beds and air conditioning units built into the wall (not cheap ptac units). Several food options within walking distance or less than a mile, lobster pub nearby is a great choice

Room is spacious and always clean. Even got a smoker's room AND it did NOT stink at all. The complimentary breakfast has everything you may expect from a complimentary one. The Fitness Room is excellent (1 cross trainer, 2 treadmills and even weights! all pretty new). Could not check the pool as it was closed all the time.
The front-desk people as well as the housekeeping staff are VERY nice, polite and humorous.
Would stay here again!

Great water pressure in the shower. The pillows are a little too soft that we needed extra but it was a very comfortable room. Lots of lighting and the TV has cable.

Found the hotel very hospitable, clean and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and gyms (LA fitness and Planet Fitness). Asked the front desk if they were affiliated with LA Fitness (honored free passes) ,the incredibly helpful attendant couldn't find the passes but went out of her way to call over and let them know we were coming over. Will definitely stay again.

Went to New Jersey to see family and attend wedding so decided for overnight stay at Hampton Inn. Great place, Merle the receptionist was very very affable and warm, we came early and quite pleasant surprise to find our room ready and had time to rest before the event. Thank you for the staff , our room was very very clean and had all amenities in the bathroom ready. Thanks Merle and staff once again !!

The location is close to the center of South Plainfield with a lot of restaurants and other hotels in the nearby vicinity. I stayed here specifically because of a badminton tournament hosted at the International Badminton Center, a convenient 10-12 minute drive away.

The rooms were well maintained and everything was to my satisfaction. We were provided with plenty of towels and there were multiple charging points by the bedside for phones/tablets/etc.

The breakfast wasn't out of this world, however it was enough to fill you up and let you last until lunch so I'd say it served its purpose! The desk employee was very kind and welcoming. I would stay here again if I had to come to this area another time in the future.

If you need to stay in this part of Central New Jersey, this Hampton Inn is a great value. Friendly staff, huge (free) breakfast, and functional, clean rooms. The pool is nice, but a little small. They also have a hot tub. In the afternoons, they make fresh popcorn and/or chocolate chip cookies. Free parking. Near the freeway. And there are several restaurants, a movie theater, and a Target very nearby.

Hampton Inns are my go-to hotel, and I came across this one on an unexpectedly terrible night. I was on a drive home from PA when it started raining so hard it became a problem to see. I was incredibly mad at the prospects of getting a hotel room for the night, but then I walked into this Hampton Inn and a lot of my anxieties went out the door. Cindy checked me in and she was so warm-spirited and lovely that I felt instantly comforted and took a few deep breaths and remembered that I was in a hotel I really like and maybe I should just relax.

I got an adjoining room with my parent. Everything was clean and lovely the way you expect a Hampton Inn to be. Beds were comfortable, though there were a few minor stray hairs on bedding and towels. Nothing terrible. They ve added sanitizing wipes to the remote control for the TV, which I very much appreciate. The shower was pristine. I was provided a toothbrush (almost a full one, not the usual flat plastic with some bristles!), toothpaste, extra make up wipes which could honestly be made with a better, softer material, and complimentary drinks (non-alcoholic) because of my parent s membership.

My biggest complaint is that their tissues felt like literal sand paper. Get some better tissues!

Some other perks I noticed on this quick trip is that they have a really nice, huge dining area. A fully stocked convenience food bar: candy, chips, frozen meals, Campbell s soup, drinks. They re also located almost directly next to a mini mall with a few food and shopping options.

I drifted off to sleep while watching Castaway and felt instantly dumb for being so mad about being able to stay in a lovely hotel for a night. I would definitely stay here again if another horribly rainy night should arise!

Compared to the other hotels in this immediate area it is the best option. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and breakfast included. It's not the most up to date modern hotel but certainly was acceptable for my multiple nights stay and would stay again.

There for hockey tournament. Hotel VERY accommodating. Friendly caring staff, from the time you enter until you check out. Breakfasts are a wonderful bonus.

Hotel is nice to stay. It has a outdoor pool, free hot breakfast, free hot chocolate or coffee, and popcorn. There is a snack bar on the main floor where you can buy snacks and toilets trees. Also there is room service. This hotel is kids friendly for families. If you are a Hilton members you can get many different deals. Lastly this hotel is good pricing and its worth it the stay. So if you need a place to stay, stop by and book a room.
