Typical Hampton experience, good breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, courteous staff.

Wonderful service! Our reservation was messed up, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to straighten things out. Comfortable bed and nice shower! Housekeeping was very friendly as well.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The staff was amazing and extremely welcoming. For me feeling welcome is a huge plus for me. The staff went above and beyond to talk to me everytime that I passed by the desk. That was amazing. Keep up the good work.

Well kept quiet hotel close to Interstate 70, Rifle, Highway 13, shops and recreation! Staff is polite, helpful and warm!

Rooms were very clean and nice. I really enjoyed the quality of sheets and bed comforter. Breakfast was also good. Stations were kept tidy and the selection was fresh and wide variety. Overall, good experience

Was only here to sleep but this hotel was quiet, does have an indoor pool, and some complimentary breakfast options.

Wonderful place to stay! Great breakfast and comfortable beds. The pool is heated and it is quiet. The only negative I had was when I tried to print off our tickets for an event we were going to. We could not get to where we needed to be online to print them easily.

Love this hotel and the staff. It is exceptionally clean, the breakfasts are fresh and offer options, and the staff go out of their wy to be friendly and helpful.

Messed up our rooms twice but once it was right it was fine

Front desk reception is friendly. Breakfast decent. Room temperature someway colder than thermostat. Towels smelled a bit odd. Pretty good overall.

Nice and quiet place to sleep. About an hour and half away from Aspen.
Continental breakfast is okay, orange juice have too much water in it or didn't mixed well, for two days, bad taste.

I stayed in this This Hampton Inn on April 30th 2019. in Rifle Colorado I was very happy with the rooms and services It was a great stay!

Great location, great service unfortunately this one like other Hampton Inn & Suites have changed out the beds. They must have a new corporate person who likes hard beds, we want our pillow top mattresses back it's what made you famous. I will not be staying here again. LaQuinta is across the road and has nicer beds.

Please Hampton bring back the better beds. You can have a great Hotel in every aspect but if we can't get a good night sleep it's not worth it.

Also two laps and cell phone couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work.

The breakfast is terrible but the real issue is the internet is not usable. If you need a connection to get work done you have to go somewhere else.

My company often utilizes the meeting room here for...well...meetings. It's always clean, stocked with fresh coffee, and has access to a surprisingly fast and stable wifi network. The lobby and hallways are always spotless, as are the restrooms. I haven't spent the night here, but follow these tidbits to their logical conclusion...if a hotel staff cares enough to maintain the spaces that people DON'T regularly pay for, they probably maintain the guest rooms pretty damn well. Did I mention the staff? No? The staff are all extremely friendly. Like, hey let's crack a joke and share the fries from my lunch kind of friendly. It's also in a great location! Easy access, and close to what few amenities the thriving metropolis of Rifle, CO has to offer. 10 / 10 would have a meeting here again.

Great hotel with great breakfast and super nice people!

For starters.. While sitting in the lobby you can over hear Loud and obnoxious employees making vulgar remarks towards one another.. At times guests would get snide remarks from the front desk as well.. Complimentary breakfast was worse than any hotel I've stayed at

I am so upset with this place. I booked 5 rooms for 4 days for a family reunion and was booking another 4 when we got there. The reunion got canceled so i called and spoke to a lady a week before and she told me everything would be taken care of. A week later i saw that i was charged for all of those rooms. I called and spoked to a manager and told her my situation and also how Covid affected everything and how our interstate was shut down due to a fire. All they said was they wanted proof of me calling. They handled this situation so poorly and never gave me back my money. I will make sure our next family reunion

I recently stayed there for a few days unfortunately I had a very bad experience, which I was surprised because I used to always have a good service, but few months ago everything has been changed management is horrible the new manager Renee is the most unprofessional person, I don't know who in the right mind hired her, so if you people are looking for a bad service go ahead and get a room I'm not going back until management change.

The staff is lovely. Greet you with a smile each morning. The breakfast staff is very kind and the food to great.

We checked in pretty late (almost 2 o'clock in the morning) and was greeted by the front desk lady with a smile. The room and bathroom were clean and sort-of comfortable. The pillows and comforters were nice, but I hope they change the mattresses soon.

As we went to bed late, naturally we woke up pretty late (9:30 am). But to our surprise the breakfast items were still full and fresh. They even have breakfast to-go brown bags which I thought was a brilliant idea!

The morning staffs (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast room) were amazing as well. Every one greeted us with smiles.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk is staffed with friendly people. The breakfast had a great selection of waffles, eggs, assorted breads, juices, etc. The cookies in the afternoon were a nice bonus.

Had already stayed 2 nights. 3rd night I used hilton honors points. Waa told to leave property because I didn't pay. Tried to have desk person confirm with hilton rewards and would not. Very embarrassing. Never stay there again.

Nice hotel in Rifle, CO with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location is pretty nice. Not a bad place to stop and rest.

Very attentive front desk. We'll maintained hotel with clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was well stocked with a dedicated attendant who was extremely efficient and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here.

They didn't have a room available but the cashier let us have some waters and hang out until we did find a place with availability

It was comfortable, the staff is great, and the hot breakfast is pretty good. Close to the beautiful Rifle falls and Glenwood Springs, and a bit more of a drive to get to Colorado National Monument.

Indoor pool was too hot, humid, smelled bad. No sana or hot tub. Full of kids, so family friendly for sure.

Nice rooms and friendly staff but had to have my room key reprogrammed three times in four days.

It is a really great place! They clean up the room very well. There are multiple restaurants nearby . Although the place is a bit old it's still really nice. The closest national park is Arches I believe. It's about a 3 hour drive there. If you need a place to stay in Rifle then stay at Hampton Inn!

Rooms were updated and clean. Good service at the front desk and lots of food/beverages/snacks available for sale at the front desk. Would recommend, great place to stay in Rifle. Also close to a barbeque restaurant and a Starbucks.
